I have put a promocode weeks before which is still not yet redeemed!!
Yeaterday also i have put a promocode wich is pending to be redeemed.the amt in bth promocode being 30₹ each!!on purchase of fortune sunflower oil!!i request u too adress my complaint in a very efficient n effective manner n satisfy ur customer!!kindly redeem by coupons n promocodes n add d money to my wallet account!!

I have placed the order on No is[protected] 8:08 pm, Mar 09 2016.
But it was not delivered and without my interaction. it was refunded to my account.

Hello Paytm team,
Today morning around 11:09: 06 while ordering the food through food panda mobile app (Paytm 20 % cashback payment page )money Rs 227 got deducted from my account . This is my order I'd : n6ct-x2de. Till now the money has not yet credited to neither Paytm wallet nor my bank account. Pls refund my money back as soon as possible.

I booked a bus ticket at travelyaari.com on 20-Feb-2016. Due to jat reservation protests in Haryana, bus got cancelled. Total booking amount was Rs.1518. And i was expecting almost full refund but got refund of only Rs 695 on 1st March 2016 in my paytm wallet. On enquiring about the same from travelyaari customer care, they confirmed that they have refunded around 1450 (i don't remember the exact amount) to paytm and have provided me the reference id for the same[protected].

I logged a ticket at paytm site with all above details on 9th March and have got only 1 response from their side asking me the email address/order id etc details for the transaction. I provided them the requested details on very much day. Since then i have been continuously chasing them for an update but of no use.

Finally, i am raising a consumer complaint for the same here.

I had ordered a fila shoe, its unfortunate to say that i got some things like some dirty clothes and one marvel plate. This type of cheating will not be tolerable. I need a refund for the same within short period else will take appropriate action that you better know.

I have booked a ticket from bangalore to erode in sachin travels via paytm. Normally ticket costs around 600 rs. But as that was emergency i booked for 1499. I called the operator in the number [protected], he said the bus is cancelled already. Also bus didnt came as waited in madivala stop till 11 pm. So i called paytm immediately and informed about that. They said to send a mail. Hope why they have customer care number. I sent email as well. They sens me email that want cancellation email. I dont have anyhting. I sahred the number which i called. They are saying the number is not responding. But when i call they are picking. The paytm is asking for sachin travels phone number from me.. What a joke know. For last 4-5 days there is no response to my ticket from paytm. Operator is saying we will refund the money if paytm calls and confirm. But this paytm guys are simply sitting in their office and eating samosa i think. Will you paytm take action or not???

I have added money amounting to Rs. 300/- thru my bank debit card on 26/2/2016 but the money was not added to my wallet however the money got debited to my bank account. Since last 15 days i have done so many follow up by sending mails and talked with customer care people but no proper action is taken by them. My ticket number of the complain is 00489280.They only give false assurance but my query is still pending till date. I am now fed up and disappointed with such a bad service provided with this people and I have lost hope that this people will give my money back. I am feeling helpless and have decided to take legal action against them. I hope this platform of consumer complain website will help me out to get back my money.

I recharge my tata sky no. on 1 march 2016 through paytm. Paytm says recharge successful but do not credit in my ac. When I call tata sky customer care they says recharge not done. When I ask Transaction No. for my recharge paytm did not answer me. After 12 days paytm did not answer me I complaints more then 5 times but didn't refund my amount. Kindly help me.

I have done two transaction for which the money was deducted by my bank but there was no payment done. Paytm is denying the failed transaction and also not replying to my query about the said problem. In my bank statement its shown that money has been deducted.

I placed a order for Apple iphone 6 at Paytm vide order no. [protected] on dated 09.03.2016 at 08:08 PM and pay the full order price with shipment charges which is shown by Paytm vide DC transaction no. [protected]. But paytm was cancel my order and refund my money and email me that due to some unavoidable reason paytm is unable to deliver the phove. Yesterday we deposit electricity bill of RS 932 only through paytm from syndcate bank malviya Nagar and rs 932 decated from syndcate bank malviya Nagar but paytm bill showed failed...plz take action nd help us .thanku..

I had done a mobile recharge on the my prepaid idea number on 7th of march. The recharge amount mentioned on the website is Rs 260 and the talk time of RS 270, but after the transaction all i received is Rs 224 talk time. After continuous followup i am getting a mail stating
We would like to inform you that your transaction against the order id [protected], has been successfully delivered & as you have also got the confirmation message from operator, so if issue persist please get in touch with operator". but the solution was still awaited neither the full talktime nor the rest amount. I had contacted the operator Idea they clearly said the offer is only applicable through thier website and it clearly mentioned also. How can paytm do such a mistake and more than that they still justifying that its done from their part
