I recharged my mobile in paytm for 786 twice. the order was failed twice but i did not get the amount refunded in my bank account. My order nos are[protected] [protected] [protected] [protected]....

I paid my BSNL Landline bill for amount Rs.792 on the 7th of Feb using PayTM.
But the payment has not been received by BSNL. It took 10 days for PayTM to refund me the money back into PayTM wallet.
So on the 17th of Feb, I transferred that refunded money back to my bank account (Amount Rs.692 as PayTM deducted the cashback amount of Rs.100 that was initially given).

Its been like 16 days by now (Exactly 13 working...

: I recharged through paytm to nexgtv services an amount of 600.. and transaction id is [protected] but unfortunately amount has been deducted from paytm wallet n recharge not done yet when I contacting digivive services they assures me that recharge 600.00 was unsuccessful. now my amount 600 was deducted n plan is not activated.. I don't know what I can do now???...

: I've already complained to them(PayTm) again & again that the payment(Electricity bill) of Rs 2398, this amount was deducted from my Wallet but doesn't updated at the Merchant end(JVVNL, Kota(Raj.))till now and I didn't got any mail from Billdesk Support for confirmation of the bill payment...So, I hope that You'll take some action in positive sense...n resolve my problem...

I recharged my 2g net balance . but transction has failed . order number [protected] . dc transction number 125349 paytm cash transaction number [protected] . I got wallet cash back to wallet of rs 45 . but i didnt receive my account transction moneyof rs203 . pls reply ....

My money has been debited but i does not receive my reacharge benifit yet. I kindly request u that please take some action on this case as soon as possible. Other wise refund it fast....

My recharge failed and my money has been deducted from my account.i have took help of the paytm website, there was a contact number of customer care.when I contact him he started to ask my OTP no.he also tried to withdraw 4, 000 rs.from my account. But I didn't give OTP no.to him.undoubtably he was a fraud.
Kindly, help me please. I shall always thankful for you....

This is inform to you that I have paid Rs.30/- dated 01/03/2016 to my MTS mobile no.[protected] through Debit Card but transaction is unsuccessful.

I have paid bses rajdhani electric bill on 2nd March 2016 and not get the discount of BSES200 to my wallet which I had feed during payment.

I added 200 bucks on 27/02/2016 in my paytm wallet but my wallet balance is 0 till now but money was deducted from my account. And moreover u guys are cheating giving the wrong customer care number if I call old number it's asking me to call to new number where the new number is invalid.. what the hell cheating happening. Evn I work in customer service concern we don't cheta like this. Don't play the fool and don't think we are fools to go...

Maine reliance big TV ka 200 rupay ka recharge kiya lekin nahi to ye success hua aur na hi cancel. Mere account se 200 ruapy bhi kat gaye...

I recharged docomo number yesterday for 88rs, but it was still in processing status so i cancelled the recharge.my money got deducted from my account
-I received a message that i will get back amount to my wallet but it is 0 now.

01/03/16 Please note that on PAYTM I have first recharged my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] with Rs 375 (Order No. [protected]) for 3G recharge data pack. Amount got deducted from my SBI account( I used NET BANKING). But I did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been done or not rather the status was showing "Processing".
