The product which I received doesn't have rocker feature. It can be seen in the images attached. I'm asking for the refund but they are not agreeing they are telling its seller mistake we can't do anything also he is not sharing seller information to communicate with him. the customer service is very rude in their reply. they say you can do what ever you want.

they are sending wrong color of the product it has happen to friend also.

So guys avoid buys from PayTm mainly the gift items. because you can't check the gift item once you receive but in paytm they actually advice check the product once it is receive and return immediately.

Don't buy from PayTm. I don't think all these complaints can be resolved. It is our fate guys.

                Rs 821 deducted from my account and reacharge gone in processing.i am waiting for 3 days for the refund.i mailed them 12 times to cancle my reacharge and refund my money.now they say that the money can not be refunded .
                I ask that if reacharge is not happened then why my money not refunded to me.
                Please do something about my problem.

                  Booked a Bosch washing machine vide paytm order [protected] on 21/2/16 with EDD ON 26/2/16, and received the order confirmation and despatch details.
                  Keep on following from 25 Feb, as the budget inline, repeatedly paytm replied within 48hrs will be delivered.

                  Till 2 March the same words repeated.
                  On 3 March they told order cancelled and money re-funded, if you want, book now with the new price, where the price increased by 2k,

                  What is the confirmation even against new order I will get the machine.

                  Saying money refunded but wallet statement doesn't reflect the same

                  Why paytm knowingly holding my 31k ?

                  and after 12 days saying take back the money, where the budget has increased the price of the item

                  If not possible to deliver why the order confirmation and the despatch details,

                  Even on a single day paytm saying product despatched back from Chennai to Delhi and rec'd, it clearly shows the item not at all despatched

                  Only they are using my money as their capital for the days

                  Whereas I am paying interest with processing charge for the paid amount

                    I am writing this complaint because i tired following up with Paytm and there is no proper response. i have booked a cellphone( iball Avonte 2.4G) in Paytm on Feb-25th 2016 with full payment through credit card and my order number is [protected] on 29th Feb 2016 the order status tab in paytm website was showing the product was already delivered and i was shocked for a moment and i asked all my neighbors did they got any delivery by my name their answer was no. and i escalated same to Paytm customer care regarding the same. they said they will track all the details and resolve this issue within 24-48Hrs of time and finally there was no call from Paytm regarding my issue. again i followed upto 10 calls i made to paytm finally they sent a mail with the attachment saying that the product was already delivered and in the delivery sheet (attached) there is no name or signature of mine and it has been took by someone else (name mentioned as Kantamma) or the delivery guy itself by forgery of the mentioned name and i still had a hope in the product i called to paytm again saying that it has not delivered. again i received a negligent response saying that the my concern (ticket) is already closed as it is delivered already.

                              I paid my BSNL Landline bill for amount Rs.792 on the 7th of Feb using PayTM.
                              But the payment has not been received by BSNL. It took 10 days for PayTM to refund me the money back into PayTM wallet.
                              So on the 17th of Feb, I transferred that refunded money back to my bank account (Amount Rs.692 as PayTM deducted the cashback amount of Rs.100 that was initially given).

                              Its been like 16 days by now (Exactly 13 working days) and still I haven't received that money into my bank account. I contacted PayTM numerous times and they did resolve the issue. Now they are asking for my bank statement which am not happy about.

                              So kindly look into this issue and try to resolve at the earliest.

                              Just now, someone claiming from PayTM called me and told me that the refund has been unsuccessful.
                              So he asked my debit card details so that they can initiate the refund. I provided him with all the details he asked and finally he is saying that the refund cannot be processed to that debit card.
                              I do not understand this. I made the payment with the same debit card and usually refund will be done to same debit card. I even requested the same.

                              But the person who called me was very adamant and was asking some other debit card details. Either mine or any of my family members so that he can initiate the transaction. But now, all this seems to be very suspecting.

                              I do not understand if the person who called me was really from Pay TM or not. I finally requested even to send the money back to my PayTM wallet so that I can use it. But he is saying that he cannot transfer it to my wallet nor to the same debit card.

                              What should I do now. Is PayTM just playing around with people's money or what.
                              Can this issue be resolved or not?
                              Oh my god. That fraud took out Rs.2010 from my bank account. What to do now.

I don't know what I can do now???

                                  : I've already complained to them(PayTm) again & again that the payment(Electricity bill) of Rs 2398, this amount was deducted from my Wallet but doesn't updated at the Merchant end(JVVNL, Kota(Raj.))till now and I didn't got any mail from Billdesk Support for confirmation of the bill payment...So, I hope that You'll take some action in positive sense...n resolve my problem...

                                        maine kal raat ko paytm ke dwara online mobile ka bill pay kiya tha lekin payment dr.hone ke baad operator down aane laga tab maine paytm ko online complaine ki or thode time baad mujhe ek call aaya ki aapne jis bank account se paytm vallet mein payment kiya hai uska atm no. dijiye or mere se bahut badi galti ho gayi or maine use atm no. or otp de diya jisse mere account se 3000/- or 5000/-dr. ho gaye or 3000/-kisi ke sbibuddy acconut mein or 5000/-kisi ke vodafone mpesa acconut mein cr.ho gaye .mujhe call [protected] se aaya tha.
                                        mein middle class family se hoon. or parso hi mujhe salary mili thi.please help me.i am worried
