.for 11 Rs. Neither i have received the recharge on my mobile nor i got back the money in my account.

please do the needfull as soon as possible so that i can receive my rechrage or back my money in my accout.take step as soon as possible.

      Sir, This is nagarajan.P have made an order through PayTM online website with order #[protected], and the item is "Transcend StoreJet 25H3 (TS1TSJ25H3B) 1 TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black & Blue)". But when i received the courier i got the different model "Transcend StoreJet 25M3 (TS1TSJ25M3B) 1 TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black & Blue). Actually Both the items are different in cost. and different in model also. (9-02-16 shipped and received on[protected]
      I have made complaint regarding this to paytm, The paytm customer care people tolled me that the only solution is return the item and on receipt of return of the item. they will credit the amount in my paytm account wallet.
      I have made humble request that do not cancel my existing order (#[protected]), Tell or insist the seller to send me the original order. But my this humble request was not accepted by paytm customer car people, i spoke to many paytm customer people. they all in a single voice told that there is no return policy, So the item must be returned and the amount will be credited to my paytm wallet. Finally due to the mistakes of seller my order was cancelled, the amount was credited to my pay tm wallet.
      They suggested me that if i want i may made new order. then i raised a question that while i make new order the amount may differ(there may be increase in the cost). In that case it is loss to the customer. This is loss is due to the seller mistake, So who will take responsibility? Like that i raised questions?. Pay tm customer care people told me that there is no way to credite that difference amount, the loss will not be taken care of seller or paytm, Like this irresponsibly paytm customer care replied to me.
      I asked paytm customer care people one another question that suppose i am making new order of same item as paytm customer care suggested. i will accept the loss on my shoulder, I asked paytm customer care people that will you take responsibility of my new order?, The pay tm customer people assured me that my new order (#[protected]) will be processed properly and take care by paytm and the right item will be delivered to me in time. (shipped on 17-02-16 and arrived on[protected]. But they did not take care of my issue, Again i have received the wrong item which cost less than the original item which i ordered.
      I felt that second time i was cheated by either paytm or the respective seller.
      Again i made request and complaint regarding this. i made a request for return and it was accepted. But They were again insisting me to go for new order. they were telling that they will credit the amount in my paytm wallet.
      So i feel cheated and my valuable time are wasted by paytm people. How many time i will make an order like this. I raised one question to pay tm customer people that were is your assurance goes now?, They were continuously and repeatedly telling that apology and they dont have return policy.
      I did not get any single support from paytm customer people., paytm customer car people have no rules to help customer, and thereby putting the money and time loss on the head of customer by repeatedly speaking there is no return policy in paytm. I hope paytm is supporting seller even if they commit with mistakes.
      Suppose if go for new order today, there may be some increase in actual price of an item. In that case again a customer is going to loss some amount, not the seller and paytm. Paytm is very partial to his genuine customer. Regarding the above i have submitted more than 5 written complaint through email to customer car paytm. But there is no use, There were all repeatedly telling that there is no return policy in paytm. Due to that customers are suffering.

      My request This time due to the mistake of the seller again i have received an wrong item, so the Paytm has to insist the seller to send the original order to me. and should get back the wrong item which i received. i have made this request to paytm customer care people, they told me that there is no way to do it. Please accept the above sir. and take necessary action.

        I have placed an order for Lady Lyka hipsters on PayTm shoping site. The product which i selected was XL size and as per the size chart XL size fits to 41- 42 hips. However the product that was shipped to me i not according to size mentioned on the size chart.

        Multiple times i raised the issue to PayTm customer care, but they refuse to refund my 450 rupees (as the mistake is by them) and on top of that they are saying that they can give me only 100 rupees as an apology gesture instead of refunding my paid amount. Customer executive who are handling this issue also talks in an arogant manner. Instead o[censored]nderstanding the issue they keep send copy pasted email over an again.

        I guess most of them using this website has faced similar kind of issue. I hope for best output for this complaint.

            Paytm given the offer for jeans pant thats is Rs 186, But i paid the amount of that then after that Jeans Pant price raised to Rs 1725, then 2 days after thats order canceled, Its not acceptable, plz take necessary action.

              I have booked a ticket in paytm on 11th feburary this year and my journey is on 12th feb next day of booking.After booked my ticket i have contacted Bus service operator and confirmed about Bus service.But very next morning operator didnt pick my call and later he told we have cancelled bus because of ac issue and returned the money, But still i didnt receive from any end either in paytm wallet or to my bank account.

                I ordered the 500 gram Kaju pack on the 4th of Feb 2016 (order # [protected]). It had the estimated delivery date if 13th Feb. Till date, I have not received the product or Refund or the satisfactory resolution on this error from PayTM. THis has been extremely frustrating experience with PayTM and the customer service is sooo poor that I feel the puke on it.

                Every time I contacted PayTM, (almost 5 times for the same issue) I have been told to allow 24 to 48 hours but guess what, nothing happened and I am still waiting.

                Do they understand that I ordered the food product before 20 days and it is still not delivered. Do you think that when you seller failed to deliver the product in given timeline, you need to give refund to customer (as it is not the customer's fault that your seller failed.)?
                - Do you ever give a personalized attention to customer's concern instead of just giving the robotic (canned) responses to the query/concern/question of customer?

                I have wasted enough time for this one. I will move on now and escalate this complaint to grievances officer now.

                And BTW, since day 1 I was never able to tracking this order. The tracking shows: "Server Error" 404 - File or directory not found.

                    Prashant here. I had a Paytm account with my mobile no which number is not active now.
                    I get a problem while log in. Because the OTP that you sent is on my Registered mobile no that is not exist.

                    I want to access my account for updating my new mobile no but account is not open without OTP. What should i do pls tell.

                      I have purchased the product from paytm 2 months ago and they delivered me the damaged product. And what happened after really disappoints me.

                      Below are my two concerns:
                      1) PAYTM hides very important information. If PAYTM is unable to return the product by himself (as it usually does), they should have informed me while purchasing that we can only deliver the product via courier and if product you received has some damages then you have to send us back via courier yourself. This is a clear cut fraud.
                      2) I have ordered the product at my grandparent home (in Bihar), but since the product was damaged, I asked PAYTM to reimburse me the repairing cost and I will keep the product but they simply denied it. They asked me to return the product and my grandparent even tried for returning for once but they failed as the cost of returning the product was too high (Rs 600 via courier and around Rs 400 via Speedpost) and i cant ask them anymore for returning the product due to their health/distance of POST OFFICE from home/age constraint.
                      I have conveyed the same to PAYTM but they didn't respond well.
                      I have asked them so many times that I will keep the product (which I think is a better deal for PAYTM then returning the product ) and all you have to do is to reimburse me the repair cost (Rs 300), but they have not responded yet with valid reason.

                      Please look into this complaint, take necessary actions against PAYTM and let me know if you need more information

                          I brought Nokia 130 dual sim mobile from paytm, for replacement. They asked me to send the Denial Of Service certificate. We get the denial form from Nokia care and we sended back at JAN 30 2016, they dropped a mail on Feb 10 2016, having we will respond with in 2-3 working days, but again they are forgot my complaint, I am trying since from 3 months but paytm people are not responding properly, please solve my issue ASAP.
                          I am already exhausted.

                            On 20.02.16 I recharged my voda no [protected] through Paytm, recharge shows sucessfull, but balance remains same. It was rs 76 for full tt.
                            So please refund the same.

                                I have ordered 1 dress for my daughter (Order No. [protected]) on 2 Jan, 2016 which I received on 7 Jan. There was some size issue so I initiated the return on 10 Jan. PayTM requested me to share the product images so I shared the same on 11 Jan through email. After validating the images my return was approved and initiated and the return was picked on 13th Jan.
                                I waited for a week and even then when my amount was not refunded I started contacted their customer support. In the starting they asked for a return courier slip which I sent through email still I did not received the refund. Then every time when I contacted them they consoled me by saying that my ticket is in priority and within 24 to 48 hours my amount will be refunded.
                                I have wasted my time, energy and 100 to 200 bugs in contacting them but from 18th Jan till today my refund is not credited to my account.
                                Please provide assistance for the speedy recovery with no more harassment.

                                        I had purchased an Apple I phone an 26 th july 2015 and recently I had been to an Apple Store in Jayanagar as my power button was not working and to get it repaired as still there was 1 year warranty left.I got the information that I have received an used or replaced iPhone from paytm and the warranty has been expired in 2013.but I have purchased this mobile 9 months ago and according to their policy they sell only new products I told them about this they said they will get back to me in 2-3 days, they said this on 24th February 2016 but the haven't replying to any of my mails till now inspire of sending them mails everyday.
