From my account Rs500 has been deducted, by paytm. As per Sbi says.
As I'm the regular user, and I'm using the same account for the transection purpose. So plz return my money to my account. Or elce I'll not use paytm and submit a complain against it.

I had bought IPhone 6S 64GB on 21/12/2015 and I was promised cashback of Rs. 10000 and I still haven't received it. I raised a request to upgrade my wallet but no action has been taken from their end. Whenever I call their customer care number, I cannot get in touch with their customer representative. I had received a defective product which I promptly gave back to the seller . I have shared the confirmation slip provided by the seller with paytm, even after 20 days my refund has not been initiated . When I contact customer care they repeat the same old saying that my problem will be solved within 24 to 48 hrs. It's been more than 100 hrs and my problem has not been solved ....

I placed an order in Box8 using PayTM wallet for 424.00 on 26/2/16. The amount was deducted from my account but neither the order was placed or refund generated. Please take action on this as soon as possible....

I have raised a complaint as I didnt receive my cashback after 48hrs of the product delivered. For the past 20 days, paytm customer care doesnt provide any proper response.

Everytime I ask an update on the issue, I got a message stating that this issue will be resolved in 24-48hrs. A pathetic customer care I ever experienced

i mail to [protected]@paytm to resolve my problem and refund my amount and he replied that if your recharge will not confirmed in 4 hour then he refund my money in wallet but mow 48 hour goes not refund is there it is still in processing.
i sent him 15- 20 mail and still no solution...

I have booked a bus ticket between Indore to jaora for 24.02.2016. I have received a call from travels that as the bus gets canceled, please cancel the ticket.
No money was yet refunded in my account.
Hope for your prompt action in the aforementioned matter....

I was trying to recharge a no-[protected](airtel) on 18th & 19th February 2016 about 3times of Rs.249/- each time but transaction had been failed and amount was debited from my bank account and there is a option ie. "Refund to bank", I clicked that option which shows successfull. But in actual such amount not credited to my bank account.
