My MTS no is [protected]
I wanted to recharge my MBlaze internet accout for Rs.999, I clicked on recharge button on MTS homepage, Paytm page opened, I entered the details and a receipt appeared with transaction ID:[protected], the time being 10.40 am. But so far MTS hasn't received the amount. If it doesn't reach MTS by this evening, they'll deny me the use of their internet services.

Please help by sending Rs.999 to MTS so that I can enjoy my internet services without interruption.

    I have placed a order on the deal price. And its was cancelled next day. When i ask the reason to patym care its was told to me first that no stock available.Later i replied that i am ready to wait for stock, then again while speaking it was told that due to wrong pricing we are unable to deliver the order.
    So my concern as a buyer is, i have chosen good deal price and booked a order.
    If the order is cancelled due to wrong pricing, is that mistake from me? And how do i known its wrong pricing or offer price.
    Finally me have missed other deals, offers, time ending up getting fooled and cheated by PATYM.

    So experts pls help me get this resolved .

          I was doing the recharge of Rs 40 and in addition to that i got rs 3 debited from my wallet.And remaining amount to be paid through through net banking.After that the server got failed And also debited the amount of Rs 3 from my wallet of [protected].Please refund the paytm walet amount.

            Yesterday i hd done a wallet transfer of RS 2000 TO [protected] from my no [protected]
            The prblm is tht the same amt has been deducted from my bank account but the amt has not been transferred . 2day i made an another transfer of RS 100 on the same no and the money has been transferred .
            So its a request kindly look into the matter and kindly revert abt the same.

              I was booking tickets on book my show using paytm, 252.48 rs. Money deducted from bank account but was not able to book tickets. I dont know where the money went. I checked paytm wallet still there is zero balance. do something fast.

                    I had a very bad experience with paytm.I booked a bus ticket through paytm for 26th feb 2016.I packed everything on my travelling date and came bus top and waiting for the bus, and I called the bus operator from the printout i had he says we did not give our tickets to paytm, PAYTM IS A FRAUD COMPANY, we don't have your booking i cannot help u contact PAYTM.I am on road and the started searching for paytm's customer care num and called them, they say Ticket is booked but bus operator people canceled it and It is printed on ticket that we are not responsible if operator cancels it. But he did not intimate this to me ...WWWWooooooorrrrssssttt experience

                        As I'm the regular user, and I'm using the same account for the transection purpose. So plz return my money to my account. Or elce I'll not use paytm and submit a complain against it.
                        So plz have a look for it and return my money to my account.

                            I had bought IPhone 6S 64GB on 21/12/2015 and I was promised cashback of Rs. 10000 and I still haven't received it. I raised a request to upgrade my wallet but no action has been taken from their end. Whenever I call their customer care number, I cannot get in touch with their customer representative. In fact, there seems to be no way of getting hold of their customer representative which I think is completely wrong.

                            I would like to get that 10000 cashback that was promised to me. Also mainly I want a customer representative to attend calls when someone calls their customer care number.

                              I had received a defective product which I promptly gave back to the seller . I have shared the confirmation slip provided by the seller with paytm, even after 20 days my refund has not been initiated . When I contact customer care they repeat the same old saying that my problem will be solved within 24 to 48 hrs. It's been more than 100 hrs and my problem has not been solved .

                                  I have raised a complaint as I didnt receive my cashback after 48hrs of the product delivered. For the past 20 days, paytm customer care doesnt provide any proper response.

                                  Everytime I ask an update on the issue, I got a message stating that this issue will be resolved in 24-48hrs. A pathetic customer care I ever experienced

                                    I have done my recharge of DTH, Payment of Rs. 500 and My Order No is [protected] done at 12:51 pm, Feb 24 2016.
                                    and recharge are still in processing .
                                    i mail to [protected]@paytm to resolve my problem and refund my amount and he replied that if your recharge will not confirmed in 4 hour then he refund my money in wallet but mow 48 hour goes not refund is there it is still in processing.
                                    i sent him 15- 20 mail and still no solution of my query from his side . what can i do now.
                                    please help me and refund my money from him . its a big amount for me
