    I have ordered Sennheiser MX 170 earphone but I was not satisfied with its earbuds, so I requested for return request so from paytm I got message your product will be picked by within 7 days. I got this message on 9th Feb but today it is going to be 24th Feb but no one came for return request.Already I have sent the paytm customer care they said your issue will solved as soon as possible but this time they are also not replying of my messages.Please assist this issue earlier.

      I had Purchased RO Water Purifier from M/s PayTm with an Amount of Rs. 4530 on 29-Jan-2016. Given Estimated Delivery on 07-Feb-2016. Product Shipped by Seller with Following Details.

      Date. 29-Feb-2016,
      Shipped: Saturday, January 30, 2016
      Courier Partner: XPRESSBEES
      AWB/Tracking ID:[protected].

      I had requested Seller M/s PayTm to Deliver Product Latest on or Before 09-Feb-2016 as I was Traveling with Family for Tirupathi BALAJI Darshan from 10.02.2016 to 21.02.2016.

      I am unable to find Status of above Shipment movement through Online in their website portal. I had tried Coordinating with Courier Partner and Seller, but my Efforts in Vain. On 10.02.2016 We Left from Home Our Traveling Started as Scheduled.

      To My Utter Dismay on 10-Feb-2016, I had received an Update email from M/s PayTm My Product has been Delivered. I Surprised and Shocked, immediately given Notice to Customer Service Head of M/s PayTm. As on Today, i.e. 14-Feb-2016 by the Time I am raising this Complaint M/s PayTm Customer Service Head Just Exchanging Emails.

      In This regards I request the Concerned Officers Following '

      1. M/s PayTm Cheating Customers by Providing wrong Information to Buyers with illegal Business Strategies Posting Wrong information in Writing by Sending Delivery Notification Emails. This is NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE.

      2. Requesting Grievance Officer to Take Further Necessary Action as per IT Negligence of Service Act with the Applicant Sections. File Cheating Case as per the given Email Conversation between me and M/s PayTm with above mentioned details.

      3. Totally these kind of replies, Useless Pathetic Customer Service in association with putting Wrong information in writing by emails is unforgivable Crime. Compulsorily, M/s PayTm Services in India to be Cancelled by Govt. Of India with a Huge Penalty...

      4. As per bylaws and Rules and Regulations of Govt. Of India and ROC, take immediate action on M/s PayTm and Cancel their Services in India. No Other Customer Should SUFFER like me again in India with these kind of Cheating Companies.

      5. Please Intervene for Product Delivery Immediately after 21-Feb-2016 and Penalize M/s PayTm with Huge Penalty. Also Help with Compensation for the Agony and Wasting of my Valuable Time. Due to this Harassment emails with Pathetic Customer Service I am Facing multiple issues at Home.

      WHY CUSTOMER SHOULD SUFFER WITH YOUR INTERNAL COMPLAINCES BETWEEN SELLER TRADER. ???

        After I changed my email id registered with sachin.[protected]@capgemini.com to [protected]@gmail.com, the amount in pay tm wallet of RS .4599.74. and recent transaction DTH recharged 100 cash back also not able to see and showing as Rs 00 in [protected]@gmail.com.

        Please see the attachment as recently made transaction with Sachin.[protected]@gmail.com before changed to [protected]@gmail.com

        Please refund my amount Rs 4599.74 and 100 cash back totally RS 4699.74 to [protected]@gmail.com and phone no registered as [protected].

        Please assist earlier.

              I have order Philips Bluetooth speaker whose order no is [protected] dated on[protected]. When I received product its packet mention this speaker have Bluetooth enable but when i opened packet that speaker is not Bluetooth. when I returned back it I had not received any call from paytm for sorry. I think Paytm know about it they are doing such illegal activities. I am very disappointed with their services. they waste five days of my time

                Ordered the product through Paytm. Has received the product on 9/2/16, the product was damaged. I requested return request on 11th feb. They asked for photographs which i provided on same day. Since then there was no response. Have even written two mails to [protected]@paytm.com on 15th, 17th and 23rd feb but till now, there is no response from Paytm side.

                  7 days ago I was recharge Rs 71 for roaming pack 30 days validity through check by paytm. But after 7 days close the pack. Today I have call to Idea customer care regarding this pack, she told me no pack available in 30 days for Rs. 71.
                  But till now showing in paytm online available this pack. It is fake circular on paytm service, plz confirm, otherwise refund my money and update your system.

                    I made complaint on this platform regarding Paytm. I got call immediately. He told me we will refund your amount in SBI bank only through Debit Card number. As my father had that debit card so I gave him my father's number. The person on the call took Debit Number, CVV number, Expiry Date etc from my father. As he doesn't know much about technologies, He gave complete information to that person. That per then tried to transfer 4990/- rupees from my account to his account. Fortunately I got OTP on my mobile. Still he dared to call me and asked OTP. I got to know that he is a fraud only. So I din't give him OTP.
                    Please BEWARE of such fraud. I doubt that this site is driven by those fraud people only.

                      I booked a bus ticket through paytm the destination i kept clearly chebrolu but they took it wrong which they have given two chebrolu one is chebrolu gunturu and the second one is chebrolu i have choosen second one chebrolu.they shoul tell clearly.
                      because of their mistake i waited for 2 hours before boarding time i called to sre hanumanu travel driver they said we are at gunturu chebrolu station how come they will do this mistacke.
                      i was at westgodavari chebrolu till 11:30pm
                      i need a justification as well as my amount should be refundable 1120 rupees
                      please refund it to my paytm wallet.

                        I made payment for BSNL landline (Account no. [protected]) on 9/02/2016 through Paytm (Reference no.[protected]ZZXRQ). I got successful payment SMS too from Paytm. Although I never got SMS from BSNL that they received the amount and could see on their site that payment is not received yet.

                        I did payment using mobile number [protected], although I have discontinued that number now. You may contact me at [protected].

                        Please do a favor of mine and either process the payment to BSNL or refund the amount in my bank account.

                        Please take it as urgent task as last payment day is arriving.

                              I had ordered a Nikon D5300 through paytm.com at 20% cashback offer. I had to pay Rs. 40150. After cashback it would have cost me Rs. 28105. Rs. 12045 were supposed to be credited to my paytm wallet. But due to RBI restrictions I can't have more than Rs. 10000 in any online payment gateway account. So according to them I had to upgrade my account for which I had to furnish some documents and after due process my cashback would have been added in my paytm wallet. SO, I requested to upgrade my wallet. They arranged for a pick up of my documents. But then a fortnight passed but no one contacted me. I wrote several times to them but no positive response from them. So in frustration I returned the camera. To add to my frustration, they immediately picked up the camera. Also my frustration reached another high when they refunded the amount minus the casback. I have been sending them e-mails and finally after a week or so of picking up the camera they arranged for picking up my documents for wallet upgradation. I thought that may be after upgradation I will get my cashback. But now, I have lost faith in this company bec ause my wallet has not been upgraded yet even after a month of picking of my documents.
                              I addition, I had ordered pizza online twice where paytm had an offer for 50% discount. I have ordered twice but both times I didn't get any cashback or discount whatsoever. A screenshot of the offer is attached herein.
                              Then there are promo codes which do not work even if the expiry is not over. Screenshot attached.

                                  On 23/12/2015, I recharged my payTM wallet by Rs. 1000. 2-3 days before I had to make a purchase from payTM and found that my wallet isn't charged. I talked to the costumer care, they had no idea about that. They told me to write a mail(I dont why are they even having a costumer care number if they aren't able to tell anything about any transaction. They showed me a message that they will get back within 24hrs.(Ticket ID:[protected]. Till date they haven't done anything. I have my wallet recharge confirmation sms dated 23/12/2015, and my bank statement as well. I hope they return my money asap
