I have send money to a a driver on his no but the same has not be claimed as the mobile no mentioned to send money is not registered on paytm.

i there by request you to cancel the transaction and refund the money back in my wallet.

Refer below mails. Despite providing all facts PayTM is not refunding the said amount. Kindly avoid using PayTM for any kind of purchase or wallet services.
I am facing below issues with PayTM:

1. There is no customer care number of grievance cell. They can only be contacted over Email as per customer service.
2. After raising a ticket at PayTM it is assured that response will come over Email within 24 Hrs but...

I order hanes panty pack of six. In that S- size mention 80-89, and my wife panty size 88, but despite it not fit to my wife then I request for replacement or return but Paytm.com deny it.

My account have reached the limit of 10000 but unfortunately my friend send me more 2000 to my Paytm account but the 2000 is in hold due to my Paytm limit so what should I do please solve my problem...

I am paid 706 Rs.to paytm by ICICI credit card no.[protected]
against my bsnl phone bill 22720818 on10/02/2016, but above amount not reached to bsnl after 14 days completed. Also bsnl ask me to pay your bill urgent. So paytm paid to bsnl or refund to me in urgent.in future I am not use paytm....

My account id is [protected]@yahoo.com. I can just login the account but can't purchase anything. It is showing something went wrong please try after 24 hrs for the last 8 months. This show my account has been block and when complained about the same they tell every thing is fine and there is no issue....

If a phone number is deactivated how could it get successfully recharged. I recharge my old number by mistake which was deactivated a long time before as my mobile was stolen. But that number is successfully recharged which should not not happen. Please check and resolve.

This guys are cheating using hotel booking i have booked a hotel 15 days back with confirmation, once i reached the hotel guys are saying there is no confirmation from paytm side we tried to contact them but as usual these guys wont get connect to it and after log frustration we finally stayed at hotel giving the cash payment and on next day after checkout this paytm guys are sending confirmation message BS how frustrating is this and after...

I have ordered the product as per its description but it was not as per the website description and now i am not getting my refund back....

In paytm above Rs.250 any recharge many time Payment confirmation awaiting message and after many hours the amount will goto wallet. i saw this type of error many time... so i Quit Paytm Service...

This order is 250 payTM cash transaction 145 and bank transaction 105 but recharged fail refund balance 145 but not refined bank account 105 balance...

I have order Philips Bluetooth speaker whose order no is [protected] dated on[protected]. When I received product its packet mention this speaker have Bluetooth enable but when i opened packet that speaker is not Bluetooth. when I returned back it I had not received any call from paytm for sorry. I think Paytm know about it they are doing such illegal activities. I am very disappointed with their services. they waste five days of my time...

Ordered the product through Paytm. Has received the product on 9/2/16, the product was damaged. I requested return request on 11th feb. They asked for photographs which i provided on same day. Since then there was no response. Have even written two mails to [protected]@paytm.com on 15th, 17th and 23rd feb but till now, there is no response from Paytm side....

Dear Concerned,
7 days ago I was recharge Rs 71 for roaming pack 30 days validity through check by paytm. But after 7 days close the pack. Today I have call to Idea customer care regarding this pack, she told me no pack available in 30 days for Rs. 71.
But till now showing in paytm online available this pack. It is fake circular on paytm service, plz confirm, otherwise refund my money and update your system.
