I have raised a complaint as I didnt receive my cashback after 48hrs of the product delivered. For the past 20 days, paytm customer care doesnt provide any proper response.

Everytime I ask an update on the issue, I got a message stating that this issue will be resolved in 24-48hrs. A pathetic customer care I ever experienced

I have raised the issue on Feb7 and following are the list of folks to whom this issue got assigned and till today none could provide me a proper response.

    I have done my recharge of DTH, Payment of Rs. 500 and My Order No is [protected] done at 12:51 pm, Feb 24 2016.
    and recharge are still in processing .
    i mail to [protected]@paytm to resolve my problem and refund my amount and he replied that if your recharge will not confirmed in 4 hour then he refund my money in wallet but mow 48 hour goes not refund is there it is still in processing.
    i sent him 15- 20 mail and still no solution of my query from his side . what can i do now.
    please help me and refund my money from him . its a big amount for me

      I have booked a bus ticket between Indore to jaora for 24.02.2016. I have received a call from travels that as the bus gets canceled, please cancel the ticket.
      No money was yet refunded in my account.
      Hope for your prompt action in the aforementioned matter.

        my recharge of rs95 was failed but balance deducts and not refunded by paytm.Rs85 was deducted from my ATM and rs10 from my paytm wallet.please help me to get back my balance ..my order no. is #[protected]

          Sir i have booked a bus ticket through paytm on Paavan Travels-BRAND NEW SLEEPR COACH from jamnagar to ahmedabad but i have entered the wrong date, i have to book ticket of journey date 27th feb 2016, but by fault i have booked the ticket of journey date 25th feb 2016 . now i have to cancel that ticket so please take the neccesary steps and refund my money

              I been trying the kitkat offer, my cash code is also valid it is not been used. And i dluble checked it too.please look forward to my problem or else i'll be doing a bad promotion of doingyour paytm and kitkat too

                  I was trying to recharge a no-[protected](airtel) on 18th & 19th February 2016 about 3times of Rs.249/- each time but transaction had been failed and amount was debited from my bank account and there is a option ie. "Refund to bank", I clicked that option which shows successfull. But in actual such amount not credited to my bank account.

                      Crap guys, i was so impressed by the functioning of this website and their offers. present problem is that i made a transaction in other website, and paid through paytm, the offer was mentioned as valid till 21/2/2016, i mad ethe transaction on 21/2/2016 time:16:51:01., , , I contacted the customer care regarding this, the reply i got was shocking for me which is as follows...Hello there,

                      We are happy to assist you.
                      We would like to inform you that you have done the transaction on[protected] at 16:51:22.0 while the offer was valid till[protected] at 16:13:00 PM. Hence, as per the terms and conditions you are not eligible for the cashback.../... no where in paytm website its mentioned about the time, , , , , and if only date is mentioned it will be till 11.59.59 of that date... #savepaytm... #customerdisatifaction #badservice.

                        My name is tushar. I have pay my bsnl land line phone number[protected] bill 706 Rs. After my complain paytm refund me only 463.51. Why? remaining 242.49 Rs. when paytm refund to me.This company openly cheated public. My humbly request all my Indian brother & sister do not use this company app for to get 15-20 Rs.cash back.It is batter to give 15-20 Rs. to bagger.

                                Refer below mails. Despite providing all facts PayTM is not refunding the said amount. Kindly avoid using PayTM for any kind of purchase or wallet services.
                                I am facing below issues with PayTM:

                                1. There is no customer care number of grievance cell. They can only be contacted over Email as per customer service.
                                2. After raising a ticket at PayTM it is assured that response will come over Email within 24 Hrs but it never happens
                                3. Tickets raised at PayTM website remain in unresolved state forever.
                                4. PayTM never contacts the customer over phone or Email to solve the issue
                                5. Extremely poor customer service and insensitive attitude towards customer complaints far below industry standards.

                                Till now I have raised 5 tickets and none of them is resolved. Every time a new ticket no. is generated and no response is received on it.

                                Hi Team,

                                Kindly refer to trailing mail from Bookmyshow.com. As per them refund Rs 194.36 has been processed the Auth code for reversal transaction [protected]. However it is not reflecting in paytm wallet. Kindly check.

                                      I am paid 706 Rs.to paytm by ICICI credit card no.[protected]
                                      against my bsnl phone bill 22720818 on10/02/2016, but above amount not reached to bsnl after 14 days completed. Also bsnl ask me to pay your bill urgent. So paytm paid to bsnl or refund to me in urgent.in future I am not use paytm.

It is showing something went wrong please try after 24 hrs for the last 8 months.
