I booked a bus from Hyderabad to Goa in Deccan Travels for 14/008/2015. Luckily i got a call in the morning and they said bus got cancelled due to breakdown. Paytm Ticket ID : OD1D2X Immediately i booked in Kaleswari Travels (B9R Multi-Axle Semi Sleeper). I got a conformed ticket. My bus was scheduled at 08:40 PM. At 8 PM i was about to pick up my bag and suddenly got a call from Kaleswari and they said their bus got broke-down and hence cancelled. I have booked hotel in Goa and with this last moment i was left in shock. Nothing was coming in my mind since it was already 8 PM. I don't have much words to describe my ill situation they put me. Now one shocking turn. At 09:40 PM i got a call. They mentioned we are calling from Kaleswari where are you. I said that i got a call from you that you cancelled the bus and immediately they cut the phone. This clearly means bus went to Goa however they have cancelled the Paytm quota or something. After some time i talked with bus operator and he said bus was on schedule and someone lied to you. Guys this can happen with anyone. The call which mentioned bus got cancelled was from [protected]. Basically they fooled me. Bus actually went to Goa.

    My Order Number: [protected] date: 10th August 2015 i have ordered a Adcom X4 LOVEE (Black) mOBILE Rs 640 and made the payment Rs.33/- from my Paytm Wallet and remaining Rs.607/- from my SBI Net banking Transaction detaqils CCACH1POP864IG0AMTUZU6 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE and also payment shown at that time YOUR ORDER IS SUCCESSFUL but the payment status shows after two days that the payment was failed and Rs.33/- was returned to my paytm wallet but remaining Rs.607/- amount is debited from my account is not returned. So i request you to please check the status of my order and return the amount to my account...

      I had booked bus tickets through paytm.com and due to some reason I cancelled it. I got mail from paytm saying your amount has been credited to your account but whenever I'm trying to login into my account I'm getting an error message saying " Your account is temporarily blocked". I tried to call to[protected] but its not getting connected I even rote mail to "[protected]@paytm.com" but there is no response. I want the account to be activated soon.

        Hi, I am Vineeth. I have booked a bus ticket (tuticorin to chennai) through paytm on July 29 2015 . But the bus operator RAVI TRAVELS said that the ticket is not a genuine one and somebody else booked that seat with them. They say the ticket is unauthorized and refused me to board the bus. They claim that the seat was booked on july 28 2015 itself. So when i tried to contact paytm on this issue they didn't attend any phone calls so i emailed them. I got a reply mail that they will look into this matter and reply back in one or two days but it is now more than 10 days. Still i didn't get a reply. Please look into this issue and help me to refund my money. Ticket details are as follows : ORDER NO.           Hi, I have ordered Air conditioner and my orderid is [protected] worth 44000 i tried to cancel the order before going to ship this product, but the customer care executive convinced me to proceed with order by promising that my cash back 9999 would be refundable to my source bank account.After delivering the product my cashback is not refunded to my bank account.they are keep on postponing my issue by saying that it take 72hrs.                   One week back I had ordered Blackberry Z10 mobile on Paytm store, after payment they had reviled estimated shipment date and it is Five days from date of order, even they failed to dispatch my product on given date, coming to customer support it was worst then forst customer support I had ever experienced, So guys please never ever go to paytm, this is the worst service provider

                    I have booked a ticket from Rajkot to Ahmedabad on 4/07/2015 order number [protected] using code GO200 to get benefit of cashback. i have applied this code but it proceed directly to payment gateway. so i filed a complain and waited to get confirmatory message. not even the message came and e-ticket was also not generated. i am explaining the issue that there is technical error at their part still they dont agree and dont repay money. also it was 1st time and i keep trust and i use laptop to book so i have not taken screenshot. kindly do the needful. its a cheating ... they show offers on website and take full money and dont payback when complain.

                      I have ordered 3 products for which the order id is [protected] / [protected] / [protected] my order was not accepted by seller for 10 days and after escalating the complaint to you they have cancelled my order and refunded the money after sending so much mail to them that i want the same discount again so they agreed that you order the same product we will give you discount I ordered the same product again for which the order id is [protected] / [protected] / [protected] 1st and 2nd order has been delivered but the 3rd order ([protected] ) has been cancel by the seller the reason was unknown then i had placed the new order for which the order id is [protected] against the order [protected] now these people are not giving the cash back saying that you have ordered another product the customer service is of no use seems all illiterate people have been appointed there just copy paste the mail and send

                          I had placed an order with paytm for a jbl clip Bluetooth speaker but the order delivered was Fake/chinese replica of speaker for which i had had asked for a refund. its been over a month now that i have not received the refund. moreover, every time i try to call the customer care the agent on the other line answers the call and then puts me on hold. My last hold time was 45 mins! yes 45 mins i was on hold! i tried writing emails too but it didnt make any difference, all i got was a standard reply. Its been 1 month now i want my money in my bank account. i have all the recorded phone conversation and emails to back this up if this is not resolved and i see my money in my bacnk account within 12 hours.
                          My refund has still not been processed.
                          I had purchased the product on 15 july and today is 9th sep
                          i had been writing many emails to customer care and now they have stopped replying to the email. and when called them they simply guarantee the this should be done soon. and its been 2months and there is no resolution.

                            I tried to recharge my paytm wallet with Rs.1500 using netbanking. Transaction failed but the money got debited from my bank account. I sent numerous emails to [protected]@paytm.com. They replied once asking for transaction details. I shared below details. After that no response from them for any of my follow-up emails.                               This is related to complaints I launched on http://www.nationalconsumerhelpline.in/ as well with docket numbers[protected] and[protected]. I paid 3198/- for PureIT water purifier from my Credit card and paytm wallet on 27th July 2015 to PAYTM. The product that I received was damaged about which I reported to PAYTM on the same day itself. Even after continuously mailing them for more than 12 days I didn't get any satisfactory reply on mail. Nobody from PAYTM even called me to discuss about this issue. I always used to get a robotic reply from PAYTM mentioning that the concerned department would contact me in 72 hours, which they never did. Because of a faulty water purifier, I was forced to drink either impure water from tap or had to buy packaged water bottles from the market. This could have caused me some serious health hazard. Since I wasn't getting a proper reply on mail/phone from PAYTM, I got frustrated and mentally traumatized. PAYTM gave me a cashback of 953/- initially itself in my PayTM wallet. On 9th Aug PAYTM refunded 780 (transferrable to bank) and 1445/- in my PayTm wallet. In short PAYTM USED my money i.e. 3198/- and gave me back the SAME amount after 20 days. And I can only transfer only 780/- back to my bank account, rest all I have to keep in my PAYTM wallet. This is MALPRACTICE, PAYTM is cheating a customer. This has already caused a lot of inconvenience to me. I would definitely like to take this up in Consumer court. It is a matter of health hazard as well as mental trauma for me.
                              Hi nirjhar, I am also sailing in the boat. Even I would also Like to join u for this move against fraudulent practices done by Paytm.

                                I have received a message on 25th, July 2015 that my SBI Debit Card 519XXX1330 was used for purchase worth Rs.606.84 on POS 00005077 at Billdesk.com_Billpay IN txn#[protected] and[protected]. But I have to inform you that I have not made any payment on either 7th & 9th August 2015. Billdesk till writing of this letter has not clarified anything. So please clarify the matter at the earliest. Total Amount = 606.84+606.84 = 1213.68

                                  Hi, I recently bought Gym Accessories for Rs. 4842 in Paytm. Order No: [protected] Name: Ravi Teja Yesterday I got my product which is suppose to be delivered on 2nd Aug. I didn't get full accessories. A 5 feet rod is missing in the package. I asked the courier guys and they asked me to contact Paytm. I don't have a customer care number to contact and also these guys are not at all responding to my mails. I have already sent 3 mails to support but I don't think these guys have a support at all. Please take necessary actions and get me a solution for this issue. Thanks

                                    I have purchased Sony MDR XB 30 earphone from PAYTM website via online transaction, However I have received duplicate product from Paytm with the low Quality. My payment was deducted from the account. I asked for the replacement, however Paytm refused to replace the product, instead of they are refunding my money in paytm wallet, this is unfair, I want the correct original product back with the same cost.

                                      I have purchase goods worth Rs. 7500 and paid by Credit card. Due to certain issue i have return the goods and post that they have refund the PAYTM has refunded the money to my PAYTM wallet. Normal practice of E commerce site is refund the money to the instrument though whom the payment is done. In this case they should have refunded the money to my credit card.

                                      Now to transfer the fund from PAYTM wallet to my card company is charging 4% commission which is not in line with market practice also not specified anywhere to the customer.

                                      this is clear cheating with customer and making customer fool. customer has to pay 4% without getting the product .
                                      PayTM Mobile Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

But now it is changed to payment failed in my order book and returned rs.33/- to my paytm wallet. Kindly rectify the defect.
