Sir, I have ordered one Protoner 20Kg Weight Lifting Home Gym With Gloves And Wrist Band via paytm site and expected delivery date given to me was 2nd of August, but i have not received the same till now. Every time i talk to there consumer care team, they says that i will get the product in next 24 hours, this is happening from last 5 days. Even today i talk to Miss Sonam Gupta their consumer executive regarding cancellation of order. But they are stick to there point that i will get the product within next 24 hours and they are going to charge cancellation charges for the same. Order no[protected] Jul '15 9:41 pm. Please help us.

    Before three months I had purchased Samsung battery from the Paytm. That Battery has 6 months warranty. Within 80 days Battery is not working. Paytm told me visit Samsung service center. While I visited Samsung service centers they told me this is duplicate product. Paytm is not giving any such proof like they sold original Battery of Samsung.

    While I sent 10 times email to Paytm they are not giving any positive response. They are saying that take proof from Samsung like Battery is duplciate. Samsung service center told me we could not give any proof it.
    Paytm is not giving service to customer. Find the screenshot of product which I had purchased.
    paytm site is fully bakwaas site. first it show price in higher amount then provide discount on higher amount and this discount will not get in term of money, it will get in paytm cash back.

    There is no guarntee for original in product.

    I will suggest, please do not purchase anything from paytm.

      I have ordered PUREIT water purifier with order no .[protected] on 16.07.2015. The product was received on 20.07.2015 and it was defective and damaged. I have requested on 20.07.2015 for return of the item and refund of money. Till now there is no solution of my problem. After writing so many complaints through emails I am not satisfied. I have been assured by their executive on phone of the solution and he told me that since I have expressed my complaint to the Service Head my problem will be solved. He assured me of the refund of my valuable money. I am not able to understand why I am getting different answers to my problems. I have sent images of the defective product and invoice as per the instructions from executives. The executive have confirmed the pickup of the defective items and refund of money within 5 -7 days. The details on website clearly showing in the return policy that "Seller will accept returns within a 15 days from date of delivery of the item only in the case of damaged, defective or wrong products received". This experience is really very bad for me.

        I Just received my Product of the order number [protected] which was delivered today from Paytm(Online store). product name - "Adidas Spring Blade Sports Shoes-Green And Black (Size-10)" First of all I have received a defective product . The defect is huge i dont know how they missed it before packing. even a simple quality check can identify the defect. even I have a doubt on the product is genuine or not. Now for the return request. If my money is transferred in my bank account i can consider the refund. else I would also accept if a new and fresh product is delivered to me. As the product was not cheap so there wont be any use of the refund if i get my money in paytm account as paytm money. because i have to buy some thing else from paytm itself. if they give me a fresh product i am willing to accept it.           I m regular customer of the Paytm

          This Time also Have order the Milton Nova cookwear set -

          order number [protected]

          ordered on 23 Jul still have not received the Goods and over to that got call from the Bluedart Courier that they wont be able to deliver my goods at my home address ..

          they are asking me to pick up from Bluedart center situated in waluj

          where as my delivery address is of Aurangabad

          Pathetic thing to mention that poor experience i m facing with the Paytm regards to delivery where at the time of purchase they promise me to deliver at my delivery address(Aurangabad)...and now at the time delivery they are cheating the customer

          shall i considered that they are giving fake promises to the customer
          if not then better the paytm team should deliver my goods order with order number [protected] ...at my delivery address within next 24 hrs.

          Hope to see the paytm team will connect to courier agency Bluedart and solve the problem

            I had ordered a Havells fan through Paytm website. Please find below details. - Order No.[protected] - Date of Order : 22 May '15 12:21 pm - I had ordered a PEARL WHITE colour in this. They first of all delivered the order on 17th of June 2015 that means after 25 days which is wrong as per commited. After the late delivery they sent me a COPPER GOLD colour "a wrong product received". I went on their website and put a complaint of return the product. After that from 17th June till date they are just replying my mails with the same contents with different executive name. After many followups, on 1st July the product was picked up from my home address. Now the product is with them and still the refund process is not done. Its almost 45 days. Please help me out with this issue. - request a refund.

              I am buy a new battery from paytm.com but he was cheating me and local battery send to me.. and i have many times doing the complaint but he is rejected my requested and say visit the samsung service center and service center also rejected my request and say it is local battery.
              I had same issue while purchased Samsung Battery. They are selling duplicate battery. While I sent an email then they are saying that take written proof from the Samsung Authorised service center. See below link of my complain.

                    I have purchased a new Eureka Forbes Water purifier from Paytm on[protected] ORDER NO. [protected]. As per description given on Paytm, the installation and demo will be done by Eureka forbes representative free of cost. For installation and demo, I have registered a request on[protected]. The request number is 92459954. Nobody is coming for installation and demo. Daily I am calling Eureka forbes at [protected]. I emailed the situation to paytm at [protected]@paytm.com but instead of resolving the problem, they advised me to call at [protected]. Now after getting money, they are not bothering about customer. Instead I could have purchased the product from local store. Please either arrange for installation or take the product back and refund my money. On the website it is mentioned that the seller will accept return within 7 days but no return button appeared on paytm website to file for return.                       I have been a regular customer of paytm whose service was good till they started expanding and advertising. I have a scenario

                      1) product ordered by me : prestige dura plus fry pan 260mm
                      2) product delivered :prestige omega pan
                      3) this product omega has been discontinued by prestige even from their website (Such a old product)

                      Problem for customer due to all this is:

                      1) lots of time wasted in this process (Eventually wrong product is delivered)
                      2) promocode which was applied during my initial order (Is not available for re - use)
                      3) you have holded my funds for more than 10 days and returning just the remaining money in wallet will not make any sense.
                      Either deliver the correct product again or allow the customer to order again and give the same promo - code value. .

                      My question:

                      If thats the case what is the compensation for the funds you holded for 10 days. . . I could have used that money somewhere purposefully rather than paying interest for paytm. . . You take our funds keep them for 2 weeks then return remaining money after 20 days as the product delivered is wrong. . . So you get interest from our money which you have holded right ??? This is unethical

                      It is wrong to hold the money. At least they provide someone money to wallet as consideration but, they will not provide that keeping Indian customer in view. They think Indians cannot move to sue them as in UK, USA etc

                      Also recently I have very bad unbelievable experience with www.askmebazaar.com
                      Askmebazaar is completely fraud website. Selling fake goods and also doing day robbery.

                      For one order they even did not send the product and not refunded the amount. Since Feb 2015
                      I have contacted them 50 times. through email and on phone calls I have spend at least Rs.500

                        I have ordered grey and yellow lee cooper sandles of 1599 INR and when I received the order it was blue and grey colour and price shown on paytm is just 1360 INR. I talked them many times but they have replied me that you received the product is less than the price on the box (1699). but there is 10% consession on buying any product from offline stores. these guys are trolling me. you people do something.

                              I had recharge from paytm website on 23 rd at night but I didn't got the amount to my number so I asked refund after some days but they are saying it has been refunded when I check with my family members they told me that even they have recharge with same denomination from outside shop so they are telling me I got my amount on my number but I am trying to tell them I didn't got my amount which I recharge .                                 Sir, my paytm id is dr.[protected]@gmail.com. i have done a recharge to my mobile for Rs.68 on 18.07.15, the paytm order id is [protected], that time amount was debited from my bank account, transaction id is PAYTM-[protected]-O [protected]@928866, BUT recharge was not done, i contacted customer care, they said that they didn't receive money from bank, i enquired with bank they said that transaction was successful. i left this issue because the amount is small but it was again happened today, i tried to recharge for Rs.53 and Rs.68, ORDER NOS. [protected], [protected]., both was failed but amount was debited the transaction nos as follows; paytm-[protected][protected]@883364, PAYTM-[protected][protected]@887724., I THINK THIS IS A NEW METHOD OF CHEATING. I NEVER DO RECHARGE AGAIN WITH PAYTM.

                                  Order number : [protected]. I did not receive the cashback for Reebok Black Cotton T-Shirt (Size -L) and Reebok Pink Cotton Top (Size-M). After cancelling the order I received only half amount of the product's actual amount. I complaint to PayTM at least 3 times but still didn't receive the money.
                                  3I have requeste you to refund my money. I have pay bill but after cancel transaction i didnt get my money. My transaction I.D is[protected].

                                    Rirght now i submite a complain agnest paytm they call me & told me that they will refund me money they call me from [protected] they ask me my card number but when i give my vard number they cut the call i am trying to rech him but nobody pic call i think that is very bad custmer service for me, i think i never ever use paytm, paytm

                                      This is very bad service i make a transaction Rs- 97 for recharge this is very eamargance my money deduct from my account but recharge not happen & my money also not refund me, i want to contact custmer care my balance deduct but i am not able to contact to custmer care so i think this is very bad service for me i want refund me money & custmer care call back me my mobile nu -[protected], my trangectin number-[protected]

                                        My friend used his account to place an order for some products yesterday and i used my credit card for the same. Both the orders have been cancelled saying payment unsuccessful, however i have confirmed from my bank that both the payments are successful . Today when we checked the same products are sold out or the prices have gone up. Also my friend had some cash earned in his account and without he using his account someone tried to recharge from the cash back accumulated. We changed the password of our account and after sometime we see again someone tried to use the cash back for recharge. When we called Paytm to complaint about the order being cancelled when payment is taken, they have denied and blaming us that we have cancelled the order and telling us to wait for 3 to 10 days for the payment to come back. I work for an international BPO where we also provide loyalty rewards points to our guest, so it clearly states that the person who has access to the customer insight can do such malpractice, so has to be one of the employees. Humble request to everyone, do not save your credit card details as there is an employee who is utilizing customer details Order no: [protected]
