My Paytm order no. [protected]. I had recharged for Rs.103 for my mob no [protected]. Though the amount debited from my wallet I had not received any recharge whatsoever although successful recharge was shown. I had called up to paytm helpline service but they to seem to ignore me. I think so the customer complaints seems doesn't matters to paytm. I am sending you the screenshot of received messages of successful payment of Rs.103 at 14.35 pm and recharge . My mob no [protected]/[protected] Email id. [protected]@gmail.com

Please don't have any hope from paytm, this site is totally fraud. Only one solution, go in consumer court.

    Hi All,
    This is Abdul Hameed unfortunately, I ordered the products on Paytm but had worst experience with it.

    I purchased a Eagle Slice Roti Maker from paytm order no:[protected]on 27nd Jul 15 cost 675 and I will get cash back of 135
    They promised to delivered this products till 31st Jul.
    I received a call on 28th Jul from Delhivery with the tracking no:[protected] number [protected] and he told me that your item has came and he wants to meed me to receive it. As I was in the office so I called to my wife to receive it.
    She received it at 3.30. PM and opened it immediately. She found that the product was damage as Handle was totally broken at many points and nothing was in operational. Without wasting the time, She called me and informed the same. Meanwhile the courier guy left the place so I called on the same number and talked the courier guy. He told me that the courier company has no business in this damage product and I need to talk paytm.
    Pls. change damage product or change damage part urgently.
    Please don't have any trust on paytm, this site is fraud.

          Myself Siyad Ahammad from Calicut, Kerala.I have ordered one washing machine through paytm. It was on 14th July 2015. They committed guaranteed delivery on or before 24th July. when I check the status in their site, it is showing shipped on 19th July through FedEx. So I called Fed ex for delivery, but they are saying it's not been handed over to them by paytm. Then I called pay tm customer care on 24th July regarding this. They are saying they have already forwarded it to the fedex company on 19th. I told them what FedEx team is saying and requested to enquire the status. But they refused to provide me the status at that time and told me that they can't do anything at the moment, but they will forward the complaint to the concerned team and will be resolved in maximum 48 hours. So I waited 2 days, again called them asking the status. Still it is showing shipped in their site. Again the same story. They refuse to provide the status then and again asked for another 48 hour just to provide the status. Again I waited 48 hours and called after 2 days. Still no status and and they are making me a fool saying 72 hours I have ordered one washing machine through paytm. It was on 14th July 2015. So I need to file a case against Paytm for cheating, money fraud, online fraud, false promising and humiliation. I dont need just refund the amount, but I need a compensation amount not less than 2 lacs for all the grievance I suffered from paytm. I have already forwarded the case to all media and I am soon moving ahead with legal formalities.                 On 18th july 2015 i am trying to book Bus ticket through paytm gateway from Travelyaari.com and then my wallet doesn't have money so i tried paying through netbanking option in paytm.
                Payment is successful but payment not directed to travelyaari.My money from Icici bank got debited.
                I didn't receive orderID confirmation from paytm or any msgs on that day.

                I want to contact customer care of paytm but i am not able to do that.

                    I have ordered woodland shoe from paytm, but was shocked to see defective used and someother woodland shoe in the parcel. I have been contacting them to arrange return pickup from past ten days, but there is no progress. I have kept several mails regarding the same. Please dont waste peoples money in this way. I want them to pick up the shoe and refund the money as soon as possible.

                      This Paytm totally fraud.1000 rs deduct from mine bank a/c, its more than 10days no cash back. Please Guys at least we can send or give Cyber complain to nearest cyber crime cell . Please requesting you to do.. I am doing..If don't believe then i' ll share snapshot personally the complint copy .Atleast other people will careful and cybercell police dept will banned /restricted this type site. I again request to pls give complain in cybercell, all custmer complain can effect more. I dn't need any hope type replay. Give my money back thats it or as a customer my work to give complain which i m doing. I am from bhubaneswar. given complain in commissioner of police, bhubaneswar-cuttack cycer crime cell.                         I ordered [Godrej 18GQ3 1.5 Ton 3 Star Window AC] with order no# [protected] on Paytm but i received a different model no (GWC 18 GU 3 WOT instead of Godrej 18GQ3 ) and also received completely damage item from Paytm/Seller EMPIRE ELECTRONIC 1-1/22, Sector-16 Rohini Delhi-110085. As per Paytm Return Policy - "Seller will either accept returns or replace the product within a 7 days from date of delivery of the item only in the case of damaged, defective or wrong products received. Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled. Please contact our customer care for assistance on returns and replacements." After return 9 days ago my product in not pickup by Paytm. Its very cheater/worst site. I have return my products on Paytm same day of delivery date (9 days ago) but i did not received any help-full response from paytm customer care. I leave many emails and massage to paytm team but there no any response by paytm. From last 9 days i face this problem. Paytm is very worst shopping site i never purchase any products from paytm and i suggest to all my friends also never purchase any products from PAYTM.                           I ordered Dymatize Super Mass Gainer protein supplement with Order No. [protected] on 24th July, 2015. After waiting for 7 days, I finally received it on 31st. The item was not well packed. When I opened it I found that the product didn't look like the picture on the PayTM website. It lacked a Red Bar at the top and a few more changes here and there on the label. Since protein supplements are sensitive products as they have to be ingested, I wanted to ensure authenticity. There was no Lot No. or Batch ID on the item to check with the manufacturer. The mould of the box was of very poor quality too. It had a hologram of GMC Nutrition. But upon checking the internet, I found that the hologram on the item was no where to be found. The weight of the product in the picture shows 2.722g but in the item I got, it shows 2.7kg. I was now certain that the product was fake. Fake protein supplements can be very harmful for the body as they are spiked with steroids and other illegal substances. Also I had ordered for the flavor Rich Chocolate but I was given Cookies And Cream. I have attached photos of what is displayed on the site and what I got. Please look at the difference and judge for yourselves. I urge everyone to stay away from PayTM. This is my third stint with this company and I have returned all three items.

                              Hi All,
                              This is Gunveer singh unfortunately, I ordered the products on Paytm but had worst experience with it.

                              I purchased a iBall Slide 3G 7345Q-800 Tablet (Grey) from paytm on 22nd Jul 15 and seller was SUN SYSTEMS with cost 9000 and I will get cash back of 1350.
                              They promised to delivered this products till 31st Jul.
                              I received a call on 28th Jul from ecom express number [protected] and he told me that your item has came and he wants to meed me to receive it. As I was in the office so I called to my wife to receive it.
                              She received it at 11.00 AM and opened it immediately. She found that the product was damage as screen was cracking at many points and nothing was in operational. Without wasting the time, She called me and informed the same. Meanwhile the courier guy left the place so I called on the same number and talked the courier guy. He told me that the courier company has no business in this damage product and I need to talk paytm.
                              Immediately my wife cancelled the product on paytm and send an eamil with damage products picture on [protected]@paytm.com. I called to paytm and talked Both Mehga, Abhishek guys. They asked me send all picks again as they were unable to open it. So again I send all the picks of damage products and accessories to them on [protected]@paytm.com
                              I will never recommend paytm to my friends to deals with it. there are many e-commerce specialist in the market that has good seller with them, As it's not like that SUN SYSTEMS as paytm has.
                              I am very surprised that did SUN SYSTEMS thought that customer is fool or we have black money to use like this ?
                              Truly I am very upset with the service of Paytm and I will give negative point and I am very surprises that what they thought before packing this damage tablet.
                              I am good to claim a 100% brand new product, If I paid for new product. There is no meaning to take damage product after 5- days.


                              It's a harassment of customer. I trust on your paytm and order a IBall tablet after paying advance Rs 9000. I got a defected piece from your seller. But thing gone more burst when I looking for refund for the same defected piece. I will called it a scam who theft a people.

                              I am continuously in touch with your executive just after received the damage tab but they are just making fool me for the refund procedure.

                              I called to your customer care for the refund they told me send all picks of damage product. At the very same time, I have send all the picks of dame product and later, they informed to wait 24 hours.

                              I called on 29th Jul and Your customer care executive told me that courier guy will pick the damage item within 3-5 days. After 3 days I called to Paytm and checked the status as the courier guy didn't come to pick this damage piece then your executive monorma told me that your refund request is not approved and whenever it's not approved courier guy will not pick this item.

                              I am unable to understand what's going and no body is clear about the things. Three days before your executive told me that every thing is good to go and courier guy will pick the damage item within 3-5 days and after three days your customer care executive told me that it's not approved and will take 72 hours more.

                                    I received a half sleeve shirt with blue checks, with a totally different design of shirt while my order was "Park Avenue Purple Cotton Formal Shirt (Size-39)". What I ordered was a plain Park Avenue shirt with full sleeves and purple in color. I call the dealer(Paytm gave me their number) and he said it is a technical mistake on Paytm's site and the images were incorrectly loaded on the site, may be he is trying to fool me by telling this story. See screen shot attached, I ordered a purple shirt as shown in the left and received a checks shirt as shown in the right. When i call Paytm they say, we are sorry please cancel the order as we do not have the stock and we are discontinuing this product from the site, this was communicated to us when I complained today (30th July 2015). There was a cash back of 650 on order of 1279 on the order, I have now utilized some amount from this cash back, Paytm now says - Cancel the order "BUT" your money will be reversed only if you have Rupees 640 in your existing Paytm wallet. AND they do not have a replacement policy! Regards, Uday

                                      Dear Sir, On 22nd July morning I have received a call from no [protected], he was telling that he is from paytm and want to deposit 2500 Rs in my account against other model delivery. During calling a msg sent paytm and he ask me to provide code. After code given he has cancelled my latest order and finish all my wallet money in purchasing fastticket. I am surprised with in 5 minutes how he has done my Balance zero. This fraud can't not be possible with paytm members involvement. In this regard, I have sent immediately mail to paytm to cancel fastticket order and refund in my wallet but till no response from paytm. Generally when we cancel any order then 4~5 hrs time taken by paytm for refund in wallet but in fraud case with in 2 minutes orders cancelled and use for fastticket, this indicate that paytm person is involve in this fraud that's why they not responding. I am asking to paytm to provide details of fasttickets purchasing from my wallet but they are not responding, Please do needful to recover my wallet money. Regards Somesh [protected]
