poor shopping site, with late response customer service, waiting for refund from 6 days, customer service keep on saying wait for 72 hours, , i want to ask why customer should wait? if the seller is sending wrong product knowingly... why customer should wait for refund, i want to say action should be taken against seller who is doing fraud., my order number is [protected], reverse pickup was done on 25 july.

I received a half sleeve shirt with blue checks, with a totally different design of shirt while my order was "Park Avenue Purple Cotton Formal Shirt (Size-39)". What I ordered was a plain Park Avenue shirt with full sleeves and purple in color. I call the dealer(Paytm gave me their number) and he said it is a technical mistake on Paytm's site and the images were incorrectly loaded on the site, may be he is trying to fool me by telling this story. See screen shot attached, I ordered a purple shirt as shown in the left and received a checks shirt as shown in the right. When i call Paytm they say, we are sorry please cancel the order as we do not have the stock and we are discontinuing this product from the site, this was communicated to us when I complained today (30th July 2015). There was a cash back of 650 on order of 1279 on the order, I have now utilized some amount from this cash back, Paytm now says - Cancel the order "BUT" your money will be reversed only if you have Rupees 640 in your existing Paytm wallet. AND they do not have a replacement policy! Regards, Uday

Dear Sir, On 22nd July morning I have received a call from no [protected], he was telling that he is from paytm and want to deposit 2500 Rs in my account against other model delivery. During calling a msg sent paytm and he ask me to provide code. After code given he has cancelled my latest order and finish all my wallet money in purchasing fastticket. I am surprised with in 5 minutes how he has done my Balance zero. This fraud can't not be possible with paytm members involvement. In this regard, I have sent immediately mail to paytm to cancel fastticket order and refund in my wallet but till no response from paytm. Generally when we cancel any order then 4~5 hrs time taken by paytm for refund in wallet but in fraud case with in 2 minutes orders cancelled and use for fastticket, this indicate that paytm person is involve in this fraud that's why they not responding. I am asking to paytm to provide details of fasttickets purchasing from my wallet but they are not responding, Please do needful to recover my wallet money. Regards Somesh [protected]

hi, I have book a Levono laptop online from Paytm, order number is [protected], which i have received yesterday but in place of laptop they have sent me the wall tiles. What the hell is this service. I bought a watch from paytm (MRP 9995). There was not much description of watch on its site but a guarantee that the seller would accept return of watch within 10 days. I asked for watch return within 1 hour of delivery because of bad packaging/bulky nature of watch but paytm refused. I lost all my money for a watch I can't use!

Recharge of Vodafone Mobile [protected] for Rs.150 (two times). when i was searching for a product i received a message regarding recharge . i got shocked. when complaint given i received message that login was initiated from user side only, so somehow your password got compromised and someone has used the amount from your wallet.

I and my friend had paid our post paid BSNL mobile bills through PAYtm for mobile no. [protected] and [protected] of amount Rs. 652 and 500 on dated 18.07.2015 and 19.07.2015 respectively. ‪‎Paytm‬ blocked my account and kept my whole wallet balance and when i contacted him they are making me fool by sending appropriation for my problem Now I think Paytm is misguiding me. They only giving fake appreciation for solving my problem by sending me fake messages never trust on it they kept my whole wallet balance and blocked my account . :-( I advice all victims of Fraud Paytm they should file RTI or any Police complaint about Paytm fraud Don't leave him I'll definitely not

I ordered a product in Paytm on 22/07/2015 and I received that today.a completely fake product was delivered and the seller is Kalpesh Gediya. he sent me a different company and different size and different pattern.totally a different product.I'm expecting refund of this item.please help me because the item which was delivered will fit for only dolls not to any humans

Hello Team, I have ordered Lenovo G50 laptop on[protected]Order No [protected]) in paytm and its been delivered to me today[protected] at 11:30 AM through ECOM express courier(AWB #[protected]. When i got the courier its in a proper sealed condition & with out any damage to it, but when i opened the seal i found Two tiles in it in place of laptop. Also i found a news-paper named "Navodaya" with dated "4th-may-2015" which belongs to Delhi city, and is placed in between two tiles. I request your team to investigate on this issue and take necessary action as i didn't received the laptop which i ordered. I have paid my payment of post paid No. [protected] through paytm but payment has not paid to IDEA Selular Co. The Payment has deducted on my HDFC A/C. Transaction No.[protected] dated 09/07/15 of Rs. 813.00. due to not pay the payment to IDEA my SIM has locked and IDEA has added due charge on total payable amount. the payment deduction details showing in attached statement in underline. Yesterday in afternoon I got a mail stating that my order delivery is successful, but I did not receive any product nor I got a call/SMS from courier company before the delivery of product.
when I called & asked paytm care they are telling that, product is delivered to some unknown name, I really dont know to whom the product is delivered please look into the matter soon & either deliver the product to me on my address or initiate refund very soon ...

Expected delivery of my product was 20th July but still i did not get. I already write multiple time to know about my product but i did not any information from PayTM support team. I got in response to wait 24hours then 48 hours then 72 hours then 4-5 days then again 72 hours Please let me know How to get my product from PayTm?

I have recently purchased a 3 wheel kids scooter through Paytm (order no. [protected] )for the age group 5-7 years (which was mentioned in the product description as well while booking ), after discount it cost me 1300 rs, but the product which i received is for a smaller kids(for the age 3 -4 years) my kid is not able to use it because of its smaller size. When i placed a return request (Ticket #[protected], it was told me that return courier service is not available from my area (pin 411027) and they told me to courier it back and they will refund me only 200 rs for the courier charges, i inquired in one of the suggested courier company and found that courier charges would be around 700-900 Rs. Now my point is that, i can not spend 700 Rs as courier charge for a product of cost 1300 Rs, also since it is Paytm's fault (because they did not send me the correct product) how can they tell me to to send back the product with my pocket money!!! Also i purchased few more things after this purchase from Paytm and all of them got delivered to my address, so my second point is if they can deliver the product in an area then why can't they pick it back from the same area!!! Could you please look into this issue and help me to either get me the correct product or get me the whole amount refunded (i.e. 1300 Rs.) Thanks, Narendra Mob: [protected]/[protected]

ORDER ID NO. [protected] I did not get any product delivered to my address. Neither I know to which address the delivery has been made nor I got call / sms, from any Courier company before delivery was made but I got a mail today in afternoon that, product has been delivered to my address!!... Please look into the matter soon seriously & deliver product as early as possible or return to seller...
