yesterday by mistake i did not knew and i had done mistake to recharge of 40 rupees to another mobile number and just recently i had checked and i reply my request to paytm wallet after that request has been submitted and they had refund to me but sir the little unfortunately i haven;t recieved my refund money
so kindly request to you please give it to my refund money of the price of 40 rupees

      I purchased a product from Paytm and under some offer, I got 50% cashback. After a few days, I get an email from Paytm saying that my transaction of Rs.599 is successful and the money has been deducted from my paytm account. I never made such a transaction and there was not much details about the particular transaction in my paytm history except the order number. I tried contacting their customer care regarding this and they replied that they can't help me in this. What do I do know? I believe that Paytm faked this transaction to take back the cashback they added to my account.

        This is regarding order number "Order #[protected]". I ordered Reebok size 8 shoe but they delivered me size 7 instead. I then applied for return pickup and paytm accepted my request so i was expecting that with in 2-3 week product will get back picked up and amount would be refunded but after keep on sending remembering mail and getting positive mail from there side one day they sent that i am unreachable to there courier guy so they are cancelling return. In reality they didnt try to contact me or reach me just gave lame excuse for not returning the product. I again sent mail asking means of reaching me and they have no answer and they still giving same reply every time."I am Ripanjeet and I am going to do my best to solve your problem. I would like to inform you that your reverse will be done within 24-48 hrs. I hope this helps. Should you need any further assistance, let me know. Look forward to see you again at Paytm. and that 48hrs never came. I keep on sending remembering mail but still same reply they always promise they will provide pickup in next 48hrs but never do and its been now 2 month. i am so tired of sending mail and getting same promise every time. Guys and girls a gentle advice, dont get fall in trap of heavy discounts. Although paytm is giving heavy discount and it has no control on sellers and product quality check. Sellers are selling forfeited product and then turning back while returning.

            I purchased a skullcandy ear phone from paytm but they are not comfortable with my mobile so request to provide a pickup service but they refuge it by saying that at my location they don't have this service. Then i mail that i use to work in infocity. " the global it hub of gujarat", gandhingar the capital of gujarat if you don't provide this kind of service over there then where you provide it.
            Then i sent the product with my friend and merchant refuse to take it just because it was not sent by courier.
            inferior service.

                From last one and half month, paytm people are cheating by with out taking return the product which is under 6 months warranty. They are cheating by saying we will arrange pick up every time but not arranging.

                    Order was not delivered it was taken back by courier as it got delayed and then i placed a second order (ORDER NO.[protected] which got delivered. but the order (no.[protected] May 13, 2015) was never delivered. I have been following up for quite long (Ticket no[protected]. In system the return request got changed to delivered automatically without actual delivery. Please look into this and refund immediately.

                      Paytm people are making the customers blind,

                      I booked tickets from taatipaka to hyderabad on 20 - jul - 15 but the bus is cancelled. Paytm peolple knows that the thin but they didn't informed us the same. Even when in my call they acted has they don't know about that. And almost today it is 25 - 7 - 15 the money is not refunded and saying that today we will refund today we will refund

                            PayTM stealing money from my CC without my knowledge. When I went through my credit card bill, i was surprised and shocked to see 3 unauthorised transactions. Two under the name: "One 97 communications" and one under "PAYTM" The sum of 3 transactions: Rs. 711.22 I tried calling the PAYTM support number[protected]. Only hearing an automated voice response saying email to Patym Cyber cell. No human is picking up the call. When emailed the PAYTM support getting reply only after 4 or 5 days with one or two sentence automated or generic reply saying "we are checking the transaction, your cc number needed for transaction" I replied my CC number. Got reply after 5 days saying "The money is used by User". Now, even my Paytm account is blocked by PAYTM. I had around Rs. 91.00 PAYTM cash, which is also now blocked. NEVER USE PAYTM OR SAVE YOUR CC INFO IN PAYTM PAYMENT METHOD. YOUR MONEY WILL BE STOLEN

                                I made a recharge using PayTM wallet, the money deducted but no balance to operator. My operator reference number provided by PayTM is as under: the paytm order number: [protected], recharge number: [protected] operator reference no: CHR[protected]. There were almost 30 pestering mail conversation with PayTM customer care executives. Each one of them tried to tangled me with their formatted response and excuse. There is no telephonic support. I got so pissed off that I uninstalled paytm from my and my family members' system. I have so far mad purchase of Rs 50k from PayTM and recharge of more than 5k. Inspite of my long loyalty they are not in a position to settle my Rs. 148/- Today, I filtered paytm in my inbox. Before deleting my conversations with paytm I thought I should share my experience to my fellow consumers and warn them all not to use this fraudulent company's service. Be aware, be safe, filter cheaters!

                                Don't know why but all the e-commerce frauds are happening with me in tandem.
                                Recently, I taught a lesson to flipkart. Created mass awareness on facebook and I'm in process to file a case against flipkart's fraud.

                                Now, I think it's time to add PayTM the second party.

                                I bestowed faith in PayTM, uninstalled Freecharege. Instead of paying for my loyalty, paytm has started cheating.
                                I'm using PayTM wallet from past few months and I make recharge of 2000 pm here.

                                Now, I thinks it's time to say goodbye to PayTM too.

                                The strangest think is that paytm is allowed to do business without a customer-tele-support.

                                Before, uninstalling and lodging a case against PayTM and going all out against PayTM ( social media, media, consumer court, PIL)
                                I would like to give one more chance to Paytm to rectify it's mistake.

                                If I'll not get my due back by today 5pm, I will start with fb tonight and recommend all my(2000) friends to uninstall or not install PayTM app.

                                I will fight till end.

                                    i had ordered a SONY MDR XB30EX Earphone from paytm On 20 july 2015 and i recieved a completely dupicate product...the pouch was not there and the eartips provided were white which were supposed to be black...as well the quality was extremely poor..i had been using sony mdr xb30ex since 2 years my old one broke so i ordered from paytm but i got a duplicate and fake product..my order id is [protected]...please take this piece from my house and refund me please...i badly want a refund...I have the invoice, the product, and everything and well as the box in which it came..please refund me...

When I contacted customer care regarding this, at first time they have replied that they are taking care of this complaint and after that they I didn't get any response from them. when I try to contact them they are not receiving the call and not even replying to my mails. In the ordered summary the product is showing as Delivered even though I have not received it. They are saying that this product is delivered to someone else. And even I don't know that person. They how can they deliver the product to someone else if I am ready to take that product. Even when I include PayTM Customer Care, [protected]@paytm.com, [protected]@paytm.com in the mail they ware not taking any aciton on it. I am very disappointed because of such kind of behavior from paytm.com

                                        I Order An Earphone of sony..from paytm..to be particular sony mdr xb30ex...i got the product which was a copy and a duplicate copy of the original product.. i paid cash on delivery...i used it for 10 minutes and i was sure that it was a fake product as i had already used and thrown 2 sony mdr 30ex before...i am using sony mdr 30ex ..since 2 years..i had earlier purchased from amazon ...and flipkart and they were totally genuine where as this one is fake...i have hte invoice and all the earphones with the packet and..as well as the pouch which comes with it has not been provided..please refund me aur add money to my paytm wallet and send someone to take this earphone away..my order id is [protected]
