I have done the recharge of 150, that time there is 109/- in my Paytm wallet, i done the recharge, but recharge not get done, but also 109/- is dudcted from my paytm wallet. who will refund my money bank or paytm? What about Customer Care contact no? All the paytm customer care contact no are fake. So which is true no? hw bank can pay my paytm wallet cash?, it's in paytm wallet... It was dudcted by Paytm itself... I want my 109/- refund... i must want 109/- .

    Dear Sir, Today morning I have received a call from no [protected], he was telling that he is from paytm and want to deposit 2500 Rs in my account against other model delivery. During calling a msg sent paytm and he ask me to provide code. After code given he has cancelled my latest order and finish all my wallet money in purchasing fastticket. I am surprised with in 5 minutes how he has done my Balance zero. This fraud can't not be possible with paytm members involvement. I will take this matter in court and raise FIR against paytm fraud. He has changed my paytm password and made my balance zero, I have sent immediately mail to paytm to cancel fastticket order and refund in my wallet but till now even I have not received any response from paytm. Generally when we cancel any order then 4~5 take paytm for refund in wallet but in fraud case with in 2 minutes orders cancelled and use for fastticket, this indicate that paytm person is involve in this fraud that's why they not responding Regards Somesh [protected]

      Hi, This is Naveen, now not a proud customer of Paytm. Well, i had booked my order on July 21st @ around 7:30 pm. 1. I have attached the screenshot in this trouble ticket where you can clearly see ₹4313 cashback i.e 50% by using TIME50 promo code. 2. I went ahead and bought the order and got the confirmation regarding the same. 3. When i see the mail i got to know there is no details of cashback. 4. I logged a trouble ticket to address this issue. I called up customer care and spoke to one your colleague and expressed my concern and he reverted back saying the cashback will definitely be credited once the order gets shipped as you already have the proof of screenshot. 5. Post this call, i got an email from your team regarding the trouble ticket which i had logged and reply was stating that" No promocode has been applied by me"(you can refer the reply in this mail thread.). 6. I replied back to the email saying that i had spoken to your colleague and he assured of the cashback. 7. I called up customer care again and spoke to 1 more colleague of yours and he replied with the same resolution and even the person kept saying that i've not applied the promocode. Since i had booked my order through PayTM mobile app, promocode gets applied automatically. I explained the something to him and he said "its your mobile and you have not booked properly and screenshot is not valid". He started educating me how to book an order. Having booked so many orders from Paytm and should i be hearing this? 8. Agitated with this, i asked him to patch the call with Senior executive. Upon speaking with your Senior executive, he answered saying that from my end the promocode is applied and valid proof is there (screenshot). He provided the [protected]@paytm.com e-mail id to check and escalate the issue. Kindly revert back with the proper details and resolution before i head and register a complaint in Consumer court.         Hi, i ordered (ORDER NO. # [protected]) one piece of red tape black loafer shoes Paytm on 17- july- 2015. i received the product on 21-July-2015. i received the large size product . i follow up with the paytm customer care but they not attend the call.i want to 7 no. size redtape black loafer shoes. so please exchange my shoes. if paytm can't exchange my shoes then return my rupees. I want Size 7 no. red tape black loafer shoes.

          Hi, I have ordered Philips 40PFL5059 40 Inch LED TV on 7th july and received the product on 10th july. The philips representative came on 11th july to install the product and when opened, we found the product received was damaged. I had asked the paytm for return and it is been 11 days already and they are still saying that the return is pending... Whenever i call the customer care they will tell that the issue will be resolved in 72 hours. Please help me in this regards, Thanks Dadapeer

            I have ordered a saree but its quality is worst.so i want to return it ...requested immediately return.even though product received to me they didn't updated status as delivered.so we are not getting return button on website.once its status is updated, its already 15 days over soo there is no option to refund.its completely their problem through which people are suffering.i sent a mail to them regarding this issue.they responded and asked invoice and images.I have provided them but my request not processed.its almost 1 month gone but they did not processed ...worst customer care they are providing.If they are working good they have to return my product immediately
            no rating for them because of poor services

              i ordered multiple things on paytm in ongoing sale . Orders on which there was more discount got cancelled. 2 orders which have had the same fate are :
              1) Order number[protected] got cancelled because they say that hyderabad is outside their serviceable area. Ironically the refund will be credited to my account after deduction of paytm points which are already added in the wallet, means if due to any reason paytm is unable to process the order then part of customer's money get stuck in form of points.
              2) Secondly Order number[protected] got cancelled because "merchant is not able to deliver due to unavoidable circumstances" .This happened a week after the order was placed.

              It seems to me that they are just creating an artificial hype by giving lucrative deals on stuff and hence attract people to spend lot of time on their website and later on junk the orders without any compensation.

              Never would buy anything from paytm .
              Alas, have money in form of points stuck there.
              Beware of paytm .. it sucks :(

                Ordered couple of items, but some of them delivered and others didn't. Paytm says the address was incorrect (for all the items they don't want to deliver) Inspite of several calls and emails, there was no proper response and their customer service and order handling mechanism is pathetic. if they need to do business as a shopping site, they need to improve their Customer service and order handling and assignment mechanism by leaps and bounds.. they are only at 1 or 2 % of where they need to be.

                    Hello Consumer Complaint Team. I am using paytm since 1 year and have an account with registered no. [protected]. I have 505 Rs. in my paytm account wallet. But Paytm has BLocked my account and so i am unable to utilize my money. When i enquired about this from paytm, they told me that they have found some suspicious activity in my account. But not given any detail about such activity. On my part i have not done any wrong act or suspicious activity for which they have forfeited my money THAT TOO WITHOUT INFORMING ME. This act of paytm is totally against the rights of cutomers. So i request you to take strict action against them and help me to get my hard earned money back to me.                         Well, it is two more days after the deadline that u had set and promised to deliver. How long should we wait till the order is finally delivered? Why do you guys make promises when u are not able to meet it? Can i get a correct status update on the delivery date and the reason for the delay and not some Customer care executive just trying to tell me that the order is in process and it will be delivered soon?

                          my order no is [protected] i order samsung galaxy j1 4g which is 768mb ram 4 gb rom but i received only j1 which is only 512 mb ram 4 gb rom. i really feel frod with me this peese available in market only 6400 and i give 6700 i am not expect with paytm give this type of service really feel bad this is my first and last order.

                            Kindly check bank statement attached with this mail, For details refer ticket id[protected], on 16 jun 15 I transfer Rs 2499 from PayTM wallet to my bank account still this amount has not credited in my bank on 07 Jul I got mail your transaction was failed due to some issue from bank side and ask me for my NEFT Details On same day I have share my NEFT Details same day But still that amount have not credited I am mad I have not any other I have write 100 times have you any value of talking if transaction was failed than you will not return my money what is this noncence kya ho tum kam to feel some shame When i talk to customer help line no they always says sir we are very sorry but refund hamare hath me nahi h operational team hi karegi but what is doing operation team blady Fraud I request you if you are unable to transfer in my bank then kindly credit Rs2499 in my paytm wallet Aur kitna pareshan karoge

[protected]) one Philips 39 inch LED from Paytm on 23- june- 2015. i received the product on 7-July-2015. i received the damaged product . i follow up with the paytm customer care but they are saying that the issue is resolved in 72 hours still the issue is not resolved .the pending request is in pending. the reverse pickup was not done . Paytm customer care people saying that our courier partner was pick up the product with in 72 hours . after 12 days also it was not done . i put several mails but not getting correct response . i want to return the product Please raise a case against paytm.                                 i ordered a s• Samsung EEB-EI1CWEGINU 9000 mAh Power Bank (White) for Rs 520 through my order no.[protected] dated 4 March 2015 and got the delivery of this order on dated 9 March 2015 . seller name of this product is Sold By: Mobile Point (Rate the seller). I am extremely shocked and feel sorry to inform you that the product i received is a fake one and not the original one. i still don't believe that a company extremly reputed like Paytm is selling Fake products through there webportal. Loosing trust on all kind of shopping from Paytm site for the future. I m going to samsung gallery they told is Samsung EEB-EI1CWEGINU 9000 mAh Power Bank (White) is not my product they told u go for paytm contact person. PAYTM contact person not pick call any. Paytm is fake products give.

                                  Dear Sir, I have ordered Videocon led 32" model VJW32HH at PAYTM online site. My order was delivered on 18th July 15 but it was other model VJU32HH which cost is 2500 lesser than model I ordered. I have contacted to paytm for this issue and ask him to return my money but they are sending mail for apologies and telling that paytm team is working on this issue. I request you to please intervene in this matter and instruct paytm to return my money in my account with out any delay. Regards Somesh [protected]

                                    I had Rs.435 in my wallet on[protected]yesterday) but when I checked my balance on[protected]today) there is only Rs.176 in my wallet when I have not ordered anything from paytm. I was also trying to contact paytm through[protected] but I was unable to talk to customer care.
