I have booked an order on date 11/06/2015 with order number [protected] for 2 product from Paytm(WWW.paytm.com). Product details given below:- 1. Kamachi Branded 4 in 1 manual Treadmill Jogger Price of Rs 11245/- 2. Sagas digital Weighing Scale (Kgs/Lbs) Price of Rs 499/- Total Paid amount for above order Rs 11744/- Same has been converted in EMI with 12% rate of interest and EMI Transaction Number is [protected]. I have received "Sagas Digital Weighing Scale (Kgs/Lbs) on 23/06/2015 but Kamachi branded 4 in 1 Treadmill Jogger has not delivered at my address (T-450/B3, 3rd Floor, Baljeet Nagar, New Delhi 110008). Same has cancelled by PAYTM on 24/06/2015. I have not received refund of Rs 11245/- till date. Post sending mail to Paytm customer care([protected]@paytm.com). They denying to process my refund. As per my bank customer service that "Total amount paid to Marchant(PAYTM)

    me paytm me 15 mail kar chuka hu abi tak mujhe koi b response nahi mila hai to apse request h ki product jaldi se jaldi diye hue address pe deliver karwane ki koshish kare ya mujhe refund kar diya jaye paid amount.

      Paytm.com blocked my money in paytm, wallet .it reflects there RS 298 but whenever I attemps to use that for recharge it says it is failed and blames the bank for it . The transaction Is already made from bank.

        i wanna tell you that i had booked bus ticket by paytm and i get ticket booked but when i reached the destination provided by the paytm i found lot of buses of charted (90% ) and i tried to find the shreenath tours and travels buses but i got only charted bus and few are of other like verma tours and travels . Then i tried to find the shop of it and got the shop but funnily it was closed . Then i realised that i had been made fooled by paytm . I was in hurry to reach to jabalput so i sat on the bus standing in from of me luckily got the seat. After sitting in my seat i instantly emailed paytm regarding the poor service by them .

                Hi Sir/Madam, This is the complaint regarding one online recharge and shopping site paytm.com. I purchased a Morphy Richards Comfigrip Trizone 2000 W Steam Iron (Black & White), on the day of the delivery i.e. 30 Th June only I saw the product is damaged and raise a reverse pick-up, but no one came to pick-up the product. After a few day I got a mail saying sorry for delay in reverse pick-up from Paytm. I am continuously following up with them on call and in mails but they have rejected the reverse pick-up now and every time I call them, they are asking for 72 hours. I don't see any resolution from them. Daily I am wasting my time and money to check the status, only reply I got till now is we will pick-up in another 72 hours.                   It's been more than one month (more than 25 working days), I haven't received my refund from Paytm. Background: I booked a bus from Paytm and on the day of travel the bus was cancelled by the bus operator. I dropped a mail to Paytm for refund and even had a word with bus operator for smooth functioning of the same. Later I got mail from Paytm saying, bus operator has refused to return, but when I called bus operator they said we've issued refund to all the channel partners (eg: Paytm) and they should be in position to return you that. Now when I'm calling/dropping mail to Paytm, they are not responding back. I'm really pissed of with this now... calling dropping them mail... Attached proof: I waited for 10 working days for my refund and then mailed Paytm. (as attached). Now I got mail from Paytm saying "there was no such fault happen in our service and why the customer is giving a compliant after so many days, So there is no refund in this case." I has a word with bus operator, they said we've asked the channel partners (Paytm) to do refund and take it from us. (attached proof) My only complaint is, why Paytm is not taking effort from their side to make a refund when things from all the ends are clear. - Anshul K. (m)- [protected]

                    I have ordered 2 Adidas combos from paytm (4 in one for boys and 3 in one for girls). Dint receive both. It has been almost a month since I hav been following with paytm but without any success. They just send a text book reply and always tell me it will be solved within 2-3 days which ofcourse has never happened. They hav updated their site claming it has been delivered but yet they have failed to produce any proof of delivery. Plz help. My order ids are [protected] & [protected].                             I purchased a Yoga mat from paytm and had some quality issue along with wrong company. i have raised a complaint to cust care via Ticket #[protected]: after a long.. got replay saying they can't replace and asked me to contact the seller. when i called them they seem to be a wear house who works for paytm it self. They also said that they buy products from sellers and sell the same to us. Not sure but i have escalated to second level now. waiting for the replay from them. If nothing works i have to escalate to 3rd level. The reason i posting is to be concussion buying it from paytm. I know you dont find much description and the feedback from customers unfortunately but verify the same with other sellers. You might need to spend 100 more but you will get quality product atleast.

                                This is to inform you that i have orderd three pair of jeans(item name:koutons, charlie jeans), order no.[protected] but the material of the cloth i received is very poor and its entirely different in appearence from the ad shown in paytm.This means that paytm is simply making fool of the customer.These kinds of things is not tolerable and forced to move towards Consumer court.

                                    I booked ticket for Mumbai from Pune throught paytm. I got message and email stating that bus is 9.30 p.m. from Aundh stop and reprting time was 9.15 p.m. . I got call at 8.55 p.m. saying that bus will leave from aundh at 9 p.m. only whether i come or not. How can i reach so fast? I missed that bus and my whole program was hampered. I raised a complaint at [protected]@paytm.com staing everything and attaching all proof (message, mail, screenshot of caller timings). They replied that bus was at 8.30 p.m. I told them that its the time of starting point of bus, not of the place from where i was going to board but still they replied the same. Totally Fraud company. Even if dont want to refund atleast dont fake.

                                      I had ordered some food through the foodpanda mobile app and used Paytm to make payment. Now I received a notification from Paytm that the amount was deducted twice, but foodpanda say that they have received only one order. Even the vendor who supplied the food confirmed one order. I have strong reasons the believe that the payment is stuck in Paytm and would want them to release it soon. I could give all the details to a concerned person once they reach out to me. P.S. - This transaction was made on Saturday (20/7/2015)

                                        1. I have 2 cash coupons worth rs of 500 & 400. & the validity of these coupons till september 2015. Means i use these coupons 6 times but i use
                                        Only 3 times & remaining 3 times are still pending. Pls solve this problem as soon as possible so i can use these coupons whn i apply these coupons code its show " error wrong code" pls try again after some time

                                        2. This is wrong u people send me only 300. I not get any 2700 cash in my wallet for ur kind infomation i only use 3 times these both coupons. & validity of these coupons are still remaining of three months these months are july august & september. Actually period of these coupons use six times & one time in a month. I use 3 times bt whr is remaining 3 times cashback total 500 (3) =1500 & 400 (3) = 1200 total 1500+1200= 2700 i want my 2700 cash back in my wallet. As soon as possible. U people have 2 options one is regenrate my remaining 3 time coupons or send me 2700 cashback in my wallet. & pls ur reply or action service against complaint is too long. Pls resolve my this issue on high priority basis. I m really big fan & customer of paytm as well as my family & my friend circle. Pls dont broken my trust on paytm & nt spoil my interest on paytm. So think abt me & improve ur service
