Hi Sir/Madam,
This is the complaint regarding one online recharge and shopping site paytm.com.
I purchased a Morphy Richards Comfigrip Trizone 2000 W Steam Iron (Black & White), on the day of the delivery i.e. 30 Th June only I saw the product is damaged and raise a reverse pick-up, but no one came to pick-up the product. After a few day I got a mail saying sorry for delay in reverse pick-up from Paytm. I am continuously following up with them on call and in mails but they have rejected the reverse pick-up now and every time I call them, they are asking for 72 hours. I don't see any resolution from them. Daily I am wasting my time and money to check the status, only reply I got till now is we will pick-up in another 72 hours.
