Dear Team, I have ordered a tv for 20, 900/- ORDER NO. -[protected] it was shipped on 29th june 2015, it was showing deliver date 4th july but till 14th july also they did not deliver my order so i cancelled the order on 14th july i raised many tickets to solve this issue but no one is cared of our issues, i almost raised 15 tickets but no one cared o[censored]s, so finally i cancelled the order now from past 7days they are even not returing my money i raised 4 tickets for this also but no one gave reply, if now also no one is cared means i will submit the same thing in media and give it to NDTV.How careless is paytm.Please call me at [protected]

    I had ordered a Nike shoe from Paytm which was delivered on 29th June, 2015. I used it for walking a bit and it seemed fine. I recently used this shoe for jogging and playing and after just 20-30 minutes the sole started to come off. Now since the 15 days period is over Paytm refuses to do anything about it. The quality concern is of no issue to them and I have written to their customer care, called them and tried facebook but i get the same response over and over saying 15 days are over, But a pair of Nike shoes cannot be of such low quality. I am not getting any sort of help from Paytm on this, Their customer care responses are copy pasted with no concern for the problem Please help me resolve this issue.

        I would like to inform you that its not mandatory that customer who made rs.500 transaction on groupon is eligible. We had provided a link to your register email id, in that coupon where there was only one specific deal and cashback was only eligible for those customer who availed that deal from the shared link. If you don't follow the link, you are not eligible for cash back.

              I placed one Order Number: MPtkt - [protected] out of which two items in the order were received.

              One of the product is Prasid Mypad. They had shown the original price of product as Rs. 799/- on their website with reduced price as Rs 298/-. However, on opening the product, I found that the MRP on the product was Rs 295/- only. This is cheating with the customers. They have shown the price as Rs. 799/- instead of original Rs 295/- and sold it even at a higher price than MRP. It is a violation of Consumer Protection Act and even taxation acts such as Central excise Act and Local State VAT Tax. I requested them to cancel my product and intimate what action has been taken by them against their vendor. But no action has yet been received.

              Second product which I received today is Funschool Sketcher. The product is damaged one and not new at all. The Board is not clean as it should be and it appears to be used. Black magnetic particles on which the board works do not wither away on cleaning.

              Customer care people are so reluctant to help and return the product and refund the amount.

              they are big time cheaters.

                The ticket no. is #[protected] As the company says that cash back money can be transferred to bank i have tried many many times & did all the formalities as they say but still money cannot be transferred. I have been using Paytm for quite a long time but never thought of transferring money but this time i have almost 7000 rupees collected in my paytm account & i want to transfer in my bank account. after writing 5 mails for my issue i got a reply. We have taken your request to activate the Transfer to bank service on your Paytm account. We will shorty open this service for all customers. Keep an eye out for the announcement. So what does this mean . how long do i have to wait. if this is happening with the person who is using paytm on daily basis. what will happen with new joiners. I request paytm to pl. transfer my money to my bank account. this time i want to keep my money in my bank account & not paytm account.

                    I have placed an order for the Samsung Mobile Note 3 Neo on 5th of June 2015. I received the material after a long delay in delivery i.e. I received on 20th June 2015 after giving a lot of reminders to the courier company and paytm both. They keep giving me false commitments for the delivery but somehow they managed to deliver the material on 20th June. On 23rd June 2015 I gave a request for the replacement of the material as the material I received was not correct in colour as per my requirement. On 25th June i received a mail from Gaurav stating that he is sorry for the wrong material delivered and he asked me to send the pics of the packing and also of the material on which I replied him on 27th with all the pictures. Again on 29th someone named Abhishek sent me a mail stating that they can give me a compensation of Rs 500/- for the wrong material delivery on which I didnt agreed and asked to replace the material as soon as possible. Again on 3rd of July and 5th July I gave the reminder to replace my material or else refund my money back. Again i send one more reminder on 8th July 2015 as nobody was responding me from your company. Then on 9th of July i received a mail from Anshu Mishra stating that my return policy is over which was done intentionally by you all. Again i received one more mail from Nistha stating that she had raised my complaint to the concerned team and they will solve my problem within 72 hrs. But 8 days have been passed and till date i have not received any kind of response from them On total I Understood that Paytm cheats people by sending them the wrong or damaged material and on replying or asking for the replacement they will stop replying to the customers till the return policy date will get over and after that they will replied once and again they will become vanished so that the customers gets fed up and stop replying. This is the motto of the Paytm.

                        I am writing about my pathetic experience with Paytym Wallet, which is cheating people and making money!!! I had made a transaction for Rs500 to my wallet on 15 July 2015 and amount was deducted from my account as well. However, the amount is still not reflecting on my wallet for some strange reason!!! Paytym has no cust care no!!! Its a fake no that doesnt connect to anyone!!! Beware Paytym has no 24*7 support, they claim on their website!! This is the fraud they are using to cheat people.My money is struck with them for 3 days and every time i get a mail response we will get back to you in 48hrs !!! what the hell is happening!!! Why such a site is allowed to exist is something I fail to understand!!They are fooling people with fake coupon codes and making people believe they are getting cash back, while same product is sold on competitor site at a better price!! I have compared for 80% of products listed on Paytym, this is true!! I want to ensure people get to know about paytym fraud as much as possible and beware of their tactics to fool people around.Spread the word about Paytym and save people from getting cheated!!!

                          order no : [protected] after return request made by me they said, they cant manage return pick up. so i have to send product by my self and they will pay return courier charges. but after i make lots of complaint still they not refunded my 150/- rs courier charges before also there are many problems with wallet so friends pls beware of such online frauds.

                                I placed a order of Coirfit Mattress COIRFIT HEALTH SPA 6 INCH via order No. [protected] dated 12 Jul 2015 for Rs 20869/- for which Paytm promised to cashback of Rs 10000/- to my wallet. But now they refused to cashback by say that my wallet amount exceeded. I could not understand what they want to say as if I can pay Rs. 20869/- from my account then why i cant get back Rs 10000/- to my account. I also written to [protected]@paytm.com also (Ticket No[protected] they replied as "due to RBI restriction we could not transfer your money to your wallet". Now they asked my bank details to refund my money. But I think they are trying to cheat me. Please do the needful so i can get my money back.

                                  I purchased Jindal 4 stove(it costs Rs.8250) from PayTM Order # Ticket #[protected]. Paytm delivered me the Damaged product. I tried to return the product. They simply said that paytm doesn't have the reverse pickup from my location. They confirmed me that, they will not do anything if you want money you have to send back the product to seller and aggred to paytm will pay the courier charges. I sent the product back and emailed courier slip. After chase up (20 days), they refunded me the product cost not courier charges(Rs 1602). I contacted Paytm customer care several times no one responds properly. I sent so many emails, didn't get any reply.

                                    I have been cheated by paytm wallet. I bought a lady sandal (Yepme Yellow and Red sandals Size 5) on 15 Apr 15 and amount Rs.239/- was paid throgh Net banking. The item was retuned on 18 Apr 15 as the wrong item delivered. The Order No. was[protected]. The amount Rs.239 was retuned into my PayTm wallet. I recharged a mobile for Rs.100/- out of 239/-. Balance Rs.139/- was showing thereafter into my Paytm wallet. I have put Rs.500/- into my paytm wallet on 29 Jun 15. Total ampount was showing 639/- thereafter. After 2-3 days my Paytm wallet is showing as Rs.0 balance. Now also I am not able to login my Paytm due to non receipt of my OPT after many time. Please. Please credit the amount at the earliest otherwise I am going lodge a FIR against Paytm and also in comsumer forum. You people are cheating to the public. Regards

                                        Hi, I am writing about my pathetic experience with Paytym Wallet, which is cheating people and making money!!! I had made a transaction for Rs500 to my wallet on 15 July 2015 and amount was deducted from my account as well. However, the amount is still not reflecting on my wallet for some strange reason!!! Paytym has no cust care no!!! Its a fake no that doesnt connect to anyone!!! Beware Paytym has no 24*7 support, they claim on their website!! This is the fraud they are using to cheat people.My money is struck with them for 3 days and every time i get a mail response we will get back to you in 48hrs !!! what the hell is happening!!! Why such a site is allowed to exist is something I fail to understand!!They are fooling people with fake coupon codes and making people believe they are getting cash back, while same product is sold on competitor site at a better price!! I have compared for 80% of products listed on Paytym, this is true!! I want to ensure people get to know about paytym fraud as much as possible and beware of their tactics to fool people around.Spread the word about Paytym and save people from getting cheated!!!
