I returned this item and after it rs 280 credited in my wallet but i refund it to bank but after this were is my money gone . i don't know and costumer help said we send your money but i don't get any money till today Were is my money and how can i get it back...

The Paytm website is cheating consumers by giving false claims as to the amount of offer the give for purchase on their website. The first page says they have 9000 Rs discount on the laptops but when you go to the link there is no product with that offer. I spoke with my customer care and they are saying 152 Rs recharge is not done in your mobile only last recharge is showing Rs 98, i told them to refund my 152 Rs amount for that they are saying we can only refund your amount if you recharge through TATA Docomo website not any other website.
