This is regarding order no[protected]..for amount of 1798rs.. i ordered 2 accu check strips on 13th of april and since the ordered got delivered to me . I am just writing complaints and there is no one to redress the issue . This order got delivered to me on 16th of april and since then i am just writing complaints. When the order got delivered to it was writen 2 quantity accu check strips on the bill and when i opened the packaging only one quantity accu check strips was found by me. I was extremely dissatisfied on the sellers end that he cheated me by sending one accu check strips instead of 2 and wrote on the invoice 2 accu check strips also there is no product checks done by Paytm before delivering the product as to whether the seller is sending the Customer the right quantity or no . When it came i complained about it the Customer Care executive instead of listening to what exactly happened just marked a return request for one quantity accucheck just tell me one thing when i just have one accu check with me and then you will ask me to return that one accu check strip then what about the refund of the other accu check strip that is not even delivered to me..how would you process the return ..any how the delivery person came i was not at home that time and he marked that the customer wants to keep the product. Again i complained to Paytm again they cudnot understand and marked a return request. Then the delivery person came and i any how returned the single accu check strips that i had and the refund was processed for that returned accu check strip. I again complained that please refind me the amount for the accucheck strips that i donot even have and the reply came we will refund you only amount for one accu check strips because you kept the other and i was so angry how can you say that when i donot have any other aCCU check strip packet. I just had one packet that was delivered to me and now thats is returned . Please refund the amount of 585 of the other accu check active which was not even delivered to me in actually. I hope you would redress my grievance or i will have to write to rbi . My last resort. I am attaching some pictures for you ready reference. Ask the seller instead why he sent one accu check strip instead of 2.. it was a big lesson for me that from now onwards if i have to purchase anything it 2quantites. I shud purchase it seperately in different orders instead of placing a single order and then suffering because of the seller

    I have make purchase one sandals from paytm on 21st april 2015. committed date of delivery was 30th of april but still i did not get that order, When i write email then every time they reply we will solve yr problem within 48-72 hours but 4-5 time that 48-72 hour has passed they did not gave any solution. Now my order has shipped but not delivered (Order No:[protected]. They have updated the docket number (UNIPAYP1926431) of Gojavas courier, When i conform from Gojavas courier they told that Same thinks sir 48-72 hours your order delivered.but yet it is not delivered my product i have also complaint number from gojavas courier (complaint num-715747).         My Name is Abid and i ordered a Queen Size Bed ( Hometown Marina Queen Bed With Box Storage) online on 18 April. I received my bed on 27 April but my cash back of 7000 INR as per the offer has not been made yet. The order against which i purchased the bed is ORDER NO.[protected]. I am attaching the screen shot of the order and product photo in this complaint for your reference. I duly informed Paytm in several email about the product being received by me in several emails however i am still waiting for my cash back. I would like someone to help me get my cash back and I request everyone not to fall for Paytm offers as they are fraudulent and you will not get any response from Paytm customer care even after repeated attempts. They have been programmed to repeat the same words without even reading you complaint. Below is the entire email chain with there Customer care.           Hi, I have booked two tickets from Tirupathi to Hyderabad through PayTM, When I was about to start my journey upon getting into the bus I was told that both my tickets got cancelled. If I see the status in my Booked History it got successfully booked and did not got cancelled by any chance. In such worst situation to whom I should approach, bus service provider says that we can't do anything if someone cancels the tickets. In my case who cancelled it..? Is it PayTM who did it or the Bus Service Provider..? Ultimately I was the one who suffered. This Idiotic site do not even have a on-call customer support and will not respond to our queries immediately when we write at [protected]@paytm.com Simply PayTM is messing up with the weakness of the buyers. Could someone suggest me how to proceed further. - Prasad

            I received a call from [protected] on 02/05/15 (11.15am) and was informed me that I am calling from SBI bank for increasing your credit card limit from 90k to 135k. So he informed me that i will send you a OTP to your mobile no (91-[protected]) please inform me to do the same so I informed the OTP to him as I thought it was actually a call from SBI credit card. During the time of the call I received a SMS for Rs.8, 317 being debited from my credit card (SBI credit card no. [protected]). So i got a doubt and asked him why was it debited in my credit card account, he informed me this was due to 25% cash back offer for the new SBI card. Later the same day evening (18.45pm), again I received a call from [protected] and was informed that the amount of Rs.8, 317 was cancelled so we are sending a new OTP for amount of Rs.10, 500/-. So again I got a doubt and called to customer care immediately in my another mobile to confirm the same. But they informed me it may be fraud so I blocked my credit card immediately. In the mean time they disconnected and switched off their mobile numbers.               Sir, I was ordered 3 books of cost Rs/ 504 from paytm.com and my money of Rs/ 428 was debited from my bank account but payment was failed by Paytm So, I was cancelled my order but my money of Rs/ 428 is not credited in my bank account or paytm wallet. I have many times complain to paytm.com but it does not take any action about my complain. So, I have complained you please take action about paytm.com.                 Hello i have ordered an oleva dark pink sports bra size 34 from paytm but when i just open the packet after delivered the item was totally totally found a wrong stuff. wat they shipped me is a normal bra with the worst quality and wat i ordered was the sports bar. moreover i have already prepaid the sufficient amount of that stuff. thinking that they have take the advantage of prepaid from the customer by sending a wrong stuff. wat we do is the trust in ur business we r not a fool who waste money on stupid online shop. i can't take this wrong stuff and i'll not used this too. i have raise a complaint regarding this product but they didnot consider this as i have already paid for the product. please help

                      Hi, Paytm sucks big time for Bus ticket service. I was regular user of paytm so had built trust in them and thought ill use their new service –BUS TICKETS. I booked 3 tickets from Anand to Mumbai- for which I received a mail and SMs confirmation- Dear Bhoomi Patel, PNR[protected] Paytm ticket ID- OB1BWJ, Order ID[protected] Trip for anand-mumbai at 2315, Sunday, May 03, 2015, 2/1 (36) SLP NON- AC with Rajkamal Travels. Boarding Point- Anand Bhoomi Patel on Seat no-16 So this was the message and mail which I received. Then at 10.00 pm I cald Rajkamal travels then I learned that no bus service for Mumbai has been provided by Rajkamal. On the middle of the high-way at 12.00 in the night waiting for Rajkamal Bus. Then somehow we managed to get in a bus that too sat on the rubbish and dirty stairs that too paid Rs. 500 for each ticket. Post this huge blunder we dropped in a mail to Paytm and they don’t have courtesy to atleast acknowledge the same. Now I want my refund of Rs. 800 + Rs. 500 for Dirty Journey on stairs. I want my refund by hook or by crook.

                        Order id[protected] I had ordered a puma flip flops from paytm.in, seller AUTUMNFARE. The company price tag is rs 499 /- and paytm seller is selling the same rs 548/- . This is a price hype . I tried to contact paytm but got poor response, they tried to give me 50 rs compensation and expecting me to close the case .This is fraudulent method of looting customers. I m the one to notice that don't know till date how many are fooled . See in the issue and solve the problem . . And I would suggest you delist or blacklist such fraudulent seller's.                           This Complaint is against Paytm online shopping website. My account at paytm is [protected]@gmail.com. I have raised almost 10-15 times complaint about same issue but Paytm is not interested in resolving technical bug in there website as mentioned in screenshot. Paytm allowed me to place orders before in my account and I just want to verify my old transactions done in the past because there is some issue in old orders. But whenever I am trying to check my old orders It stuck on complete profile popup which is not required at all to check old orders because paytm only allowed to place orders in the past without complete profile page verification. Worst thing is paytm has predifined template for replies and there executives even dont read what is the problem of customer and they just send copy paste replies without reading complaints. They treat customer as playing ball and they are worst ever company in the world who treat customer with that level of irresponsibility. There customer support is worst ever support provided by any company in the world. More details are below which i sent to paytm in multiple emails and there is no resolution from paytm side Paytm, I am still facing same issue as it is. as mentioned in my last complaint[protected] and previous complaints[protected],[protected] and[protected]. Still after clarifying my exact problem multiple times in hundreds of complaints, I never said that I want to verify my profile so I need OTP etc. Paytm is not able to resolve actual problem so they are giving different excuses and diverting from exact problem. As I clearly mentioned multiple times that main issue is -- Complete Profile Popup should not come anyway because I just want to verify my old orders. As I was allowed to place orders in the past when Complete Profile popup was not appearing similar way I just want to verify my old orders without Complete Profile Popup validation. This is technical bug in paytm website (as confirmed by paytm in previous replies) and for this I am still waiting from last 25 days to get it resolved. Please check screenshot attached, It is showing old transactions in my orders page but because Complete Profile Popup is appearing unnecessary I am not able to check old orders properly. Complete Profile Popup should not appear at all if customer just want to verify old orders. From starting till end issue is below I have my paytm id as [protected]@gmail.com and I am able to login with my password. In Past, with this much information, Paytm allowed me to place orders and you can verify my paytm account, I already have lot of transactions under my Paytm account. So at this moment, I just want to verify and get transaction ids done under my paytm account because there is some issue happened with orders placed in the past. But unfortunately, when I logged in to my paytm account, I am not able to verify my old orders because it stuck infinitely on one popup as shown in attachment. Popup to verify profile should be required only when I want to avail different offers and discounts but to verify old orders, this popup to verify profile should not appear on home page and stuck infinitely. As mentioned in detail provided below Executive from paytm replied multiple times that it is technical bug from paytm side and paytm has already resolved this issue but there is no progress and still facing same issue as it is even after 25 days. Now what I want to know is whether paytm engineers are capable to solve this technical bug in paytm website or not ? If not I want to take different action against paytm. I hope, Now paytm support person can understand the problem as I explained it step by step. Hope i will get final solution for my problem instead of excuses that problem is not clear or technical problem already got resolved or we already sent OTP. I dont need OPT at all. What I need is I just want to verify old transaction at my paytm account because there is some issue with existing transactions. For this I dont need OTP and I dont want to verify my profile. Please read my whole problem and if possible Please realize the level of dissatisfaction Paytm is providing to its customers. I think most of the people using paytm has same thoughts that 90% of replies through email from paytm is just for formality and wasting of customers time. Instead of this if paytm can provide some toll free number starting with 1800.. it will be great helpful for customers to solve there queries immediately instead of waiting for 10-15-20 days in a row. In my very First complaint[protected], I explained the issue very clearly through email with Screenshot of the problem. After I waited for more than 72 hours (3 days), I got a reply from paytm side as below "We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. The issue faced by you has been resolved. In case you are still facing the problem, please do let us know." I sent 4-5 mails on top of this mail in next 3 days because I was facing same issue in checking existing orders, but nobody from paytm bothered to reply for my email. It was clear that paytm will never reply to existing issues because new complaint number not generated for existing issues, Better I should log a new complaint. I logged a new complaint no[protected] where I mentioned old complaint no[protected] to check more details and screenshot. I got reply as below "We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. The issue faced by you has been resolved. In case you are still facing the problem, please do let us know." Reply from Paytm was just copy paste from complaint no[protected] to complaint no[protected] I logged a new complaint no[protected] where I mentioned old complaint numbers[protected] and[protected] to check more details and screenshot. I got reply as below "There was some issue at merchant end. In case you are still facing the same problem, please do let us know." I logged a new complaint no[protected] where I mentioned old complaint numbers[protected],[protected] and[protected] to check more details and screenshot in previous complaints. I got a very very strange reply from paytm as below "I am Sandhu, and I am going to do my best to solve your problem. We’d love to help you with your concern; however we do not fully understand it. They want to give as much trouble to the customer which no company has ever given in history. After 3 paytm executives replied that they understood the problem and it is technical bug from paytm side already resolved by paytm, 4th and last executive has replied, he dont understand the problem. It means as a customer I have to explain my problem to hunderd of paytm executives through hundred of complaints and need to wait for months to get my problem resolved. It is very very disappointed act from paytm side. The problem was very simple. Paytm allowed me to place orders before and I just want to verify my previous orders because there is some issue. But there is a popup for complete profile page as mentioned with screenshot in my very first complaint[protected]. It stuck on complete profile popup infinitely and I am totally helpless to check my old orders atleast. As I clearly mentioned multiple times that Complete Profile Popup should not come anyway because I just want to verify my old orders. As I was allowed to place orders in the past when Complete Profile popup was not appearing similar way I just want to verify my old orders without Complete Profile Popup validation. This is technical bug in paytm website (as confirmed by paytm in previous replies) and for this I am still waiting from last 30 days to get it resolved. But there is no reply from paytm for my last Ticket#[protected]

This was supposed to be shipped today and delivered to registered address on or before 6th May. I understand i am writing this mail in advance, but i am really having concern over timely delivery of this product. I am really in need of this product by 6th may.                                 Hi, I purchased a Power-bank from Paytm.com on April 02 (Order #[protected] against which I received the defective product which was delivered without proper package. I had raised a request for the return of the goods, I received a confirmation from their end to collect the defective product, but till this date it has never happened. No one ever called me on this from Paytm. I tried to reach the Paytm customer care through mails for more than 3 weeks to get it replaced, but that never happened. I lost my complete hope and trust that I had on Paytm. Hope to get some solution by posting this here if not let this experience help others from not buys buying product from the portals like Paytm.                                     I had booked six bus ticket from Bangalore to Goa on[protected] @ 1500 each of Rs.9000 with order ID:[protected],[protected],[protected] in Paytm Online Bus Ticket. When I booked it got confirmed and i got the booked details but after 1 hr when I called to Venba travels on Cell No: [protected],[protected] for confirmation, the manager said that bus has been cancelled and they have refunded the amount without any deduction. Still I didn't get any refund amount. When I tried to contact paytm care they didn't reply for more than 10 days and now they are replying that the bus was scheduled that day but I didn't reach them, whereas I didn't get any call from there side. Confirmation was also received from IK-iPaytm that your paytm order #[protected] for 3 items is successful at 22:26:36 on 24.04.2015 on my registered mobile. Message also received on 27.04.2015 from IK-iPaytm that 3 items from your paytm order have been shipped via EMS speed Post with tracking # EQ[protected] IN. However, till date, only two items received from Satkap Ventures & confirmation from Satkap ventures also received that only two items would be despatched shortly.                                         Paytm advertises to recharge mobiles like vodafone with a discount, they however collect full money incl discount thru online payment, but afterwards the recharge is not done. then they say we can buy anything else with that money which they put in some wallet. it is basically a fraud and cases have come in which they have frauded customers to the tune of Rs.45000/- in the name of selling laptops. All customers be aware of not dealing through paytm. we are reporting the case to Noida Police so they can take action.
                                        I RECHARGED MY AIRTEL THROUGH PAYTM ON 23/05/2015.AND MY RECHARGE WAS SUCCESSFUL. MY ORDER NO.[protected]. TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAYTM CASH BACK OFFER PROMISED BY THEM .I HAVE SENT ALMOST TWENTY EMAIL TO THEIR CC EACH IN PAYTM CC TELL DIFFERENT STORIES. IT IS UN FAIR TRADE BY PAYTM. MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY BACK MY CASH MONEY OR I MAY GO TO HIGHER FORUM
