This Complaint is against Paytm online shopping website. My account at paytm is [protected]@gmail.com. I have raised almost 10-15 times complaint about same issue but Paytm is not interested in resolving technical bug in there website as mentioned in screenshot.
Paytm allowed me to place orders before in my account and I just want to verify my old transactions done in the past because there is some issue in old orders.
But whenever I am trying to check my old orders It stuck on complete profile popup which is not required at all to check old orders because paytm only allowed to place orders in the past without complete profile page verification.
Worst thing is paytm has predifined template for replies and there executives even dont read what is the problem of customer and they just send copy paste replies without reading complaints.
They treat customer as playing ball and they are worst ever company in the world who treat customer with that level of irresponsibility. There customer support is worst ever support provided by any company in the world.

I am still facing same issue as it is. as mentioned in my last complaint[protected] and previous complaints[protected],[protected] and[protected].
Still after clarifying my exact problem multiple times in hundreds of complaints, I never said that I want to verify my profile so I need OTP etc. Paytm is not able to resolve actual problem so they are giving different excuses and diverting from exact problem.
As I clearly mentioned multiple times that main issue is -- Complete Profile Popup should not come anyway because I just want to verify my old orders. As I was allowed to place orders in the past when Complete Profile popup was not appearing similar way I just want to verify my old orders without Complete Profile Popup validation. This is technical bug in paytm website (as confirmed by paytm in previous replies) and for this I am still waiting from last 25 days to get it resolved.
Please check screenshot attached, It is showing old transactions in my orders page but because Complete Profile Popup is appearing unnecessary I am not able to check old orders properly.
Complete Profile Popup should not appear at all if customer just want to verify old orders.
From starting till end issue is below
I have my paytm id as [protected]@gmail.com and I am able to login with my password.
In Past, with this much information, Paytm allowed me to place orders and you can verify my paytm account, I already have lot of transactions under my Paytm account.
So at this moment, I just want to verify and get transaction ids done under my paytm account because there is some issue happened with orders placed in the past.
But unfortunately, when I logged in to my paytm account, I am not able to verify my old orders because it stuck infinitely on one popup as shown in attachment.
Popup to verify profile should be required only when I want to avail different offers and discounts but to verify old orders, this popup to verify profile should not appear on home page and stuck infinitely.

Executive from paytm replied multiple times that it is technical bug from paytm side and paytm has already resolved this issue but there is no progress and still facing same issue as it is even after 25 days.
Now what I want to know is
whether paytm engineers are capable to solve this technical bug in paytm website or not ?
If not I want to take different action against paytm.
I hope, Now paytm support person can understand the problem as I explained it step by step. Hope i will get final solution for my problem instead of excuses that problem is not clear or technical problem already got resolved or we already sent OTP. I dont need OPT at all.
What I need is I just want to verify old transaction at my paytm account because there is some issue with existing transactions. For this I dont need OTP and I dont want to verify my profile.
Please read my whole problem and if possible Please realize the level of dissatisfaction Paytm is providing to its customers. I think most of the people using paytm has same thoughts that 90% of replies through email from paytm is just for formality and wasting of customers time. Instead of this if paytm can provide some toll free number starting with 1800.. it will be great helpful for customers to solve there queries immediately instead of waiting for 10-15-20 days in a row.
In my very First complaint[protected], I explained the issue very clearly through email with Screenshot of the problem. After I waited for more than 72 hours (3 days), I got a reply from paytm side as below
"We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. The issue faced by you has been resolved. In case you are still facing the problem, please do let us know."
I sent 4-5 mails on top of this mail in next 3 days because I was facing same issue in checking existing orders, but nobody from paytm bothered to reply for my email.
It was clear that paytm will never reply to existing issues because new complaint number not generated for existing issues, Better I should log a new complaint.
I logged a new complaint no[protected] where I mentioned old complaint no[protected] to check more details and screenshot. I got reply as below
"We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. The issue faced by you has been resolved. In case you are still facing the problem, please do let us know."
Reply from Paytm was just copy paste from complaint no[protected] to complaint no[protected]
I logged a new complaint no[protected] where I mentioned old complaint numbers[protected] and[protected] to check more details and screenshot. I got reply as below
"There was some issue at merchant end. In case you are still facing the same problem, please do let us know."
I logged a new complaint no[protected] where I mentioned old complaint numbers[protected],[protected] and[protected] to check more details and screenshot in previous complaints. I got a very very strange reply from paytm as below
"I am Sandhu, and I am going to do my best to solve your problem.
We’d love to help you with your concern; however we do not fully understand it. We would appreciate it if you could please send us more details so we can look into it and help you."
It seems Paytm is just playing with customers. They want to give as much trouble to the customer which no company has ever given in history.
After 3 paytm executives replied that they understood the problem and it is technical bug from paytm side already resolved by paytm, 4th and last executive has replied, he dont understand the problem. It means as a customer I have to explain my problem to hunderd of paytm executives through hundred of complaints and need to wait for months to get my problem resolved. It is very very disappointed act from paytm side.
The problem was very simple. Paytm allowed me to place orders before and I just want to verify my previous orders because there is some issue. But there is a popup for complete profile page as mentioned with screenshot in my very first complaint[protected]. It stuck on complete profile popup infinitely and I am totally helpless to check my old orders atleast.
