In the morning i pay money for recharge and paytm commit that if recharge not completed in 2-3 hour then we will ad that amount into wallet. Now its 12 hours and i continuously sending them emails and requesting them to please process the recharge else add it to my wallet but they are not reply a single email. If you customer service is not good then why are paytm commit for time. Please help me

          I received multiple calls from letmedeals.com about online shopping where we pay 13998/- as tax amount and they have tie up with Sony, Iphone and all branded companies.So I ordered for Sony BRAVO LED. I tried multiple transactions using my HDFC credit card via PAYTM gateway.Each time it said transaction cancelled. But 5 times where I entered OTP seems amount deducted from my credit card. Aprl 12 -->3 times - 13998 Aprl 14 - 1 time -13998 Apr 21 - 1 time -13998. Now letmedeals is not taking my request.They are saying why ur complaining and reputation gone and all these things. Please help me in getting my money back.

            I used Paytm for online transactions. They gave offers of cashback but after completing transactions they are not giving my cashback amount. They are not even giving satisfactory reply for my mails. It's been more then 20 days and still issue is pending.

                I purchased the Vladiva Shoe Rack - Comfy Shoe Rack with the order ID[protected] on Apr 18, 2015. In the order one coupon code" UTILITY40" is applied in which 40% of MRP will be cashback in paytm wallet. that means the product cost is Rs.999 and cash back value is Rs.400.I have received the product on Apr 23, 2015.But in the paytm website it is shown that delivery has not happened. I mail the paytm customer care three times with the ID puja.[protected]@gmail.com. No fruitful reply has found.

Rashmi Patil2, Apr 21, 13:51: Hi PaytmTeam, I have placed an order via “Purplle.com” on 15th April 2015 using my Paytm Wallet. The order details are as below. As per the Purplle Website offer I was supposed to get 20% cashback amount into my paytm wallet for this order. I haven’t received the amount until now and when I raised the issue with Purplle.com team they informed that I need to contact Paytm Team to get the amount if in case I don’t get the amount within 48hrs of placing the order. Hope you will be able to help me with this issue.                         Recently there was an offer, book a bus ticket and get 200 cashback using the code BUS200. Maximum trials 3 per user. I had to book 3 tickets and after entering 2 times it said maximum trials reached. I could not hold back as the seats were filling fast. I raised the issue with paytm and claimed 200 for the 3rd ticket. They denied saying, you did not enter the code so no cashback. Paytm is cheating is customers by giving false promises. firstly, it should have looked into the issue and find out why was not I able to enter the code, and whether or not I have used the code 3 times or not. Cheaters, they are.!!! that is all I can say.

                          I have 4 orders From PAYTM on 21/04/15 and from 23rd it is showing that items are packed and handed to courier but still on 28th it is not dispatched by any courier, i cant redeem my cash back also, please do something, this is my first shopping experience with PAYTM and if I get this type of service i will never ever buy anything from PAYTM. no one is replying to mails.I have made all the payment in advance of about Rs.5800. also these 4 orders are confirmed by 4 different sellers even then not a single order is dispatched. please do something. or cancel my orders and refund the money today itself. my order no. are ORDER NO.[protected] ORDER NO.[protected] ORDER NO.[protected] ORDER NO.[protected]

                            Someone else using my email id and doing recharge everyday in different numbers .I am getting lots of recharge emails every day and even raised complaints three times and till now no action has been taken. That person keep on using on my email id.As a user we cannot even update the details, even after selecting the update option it will show old details, such a useless organizations. Please delete this account asap or else I will take stringent action against you and the person using my email id . You should verify email id, then allow the user to recharge. It was mentioned that I would get cashback of 10% in paytm if i pay through paytm wallet but I still haven't received it. Registered paytm mobile number - [protected] paytm email ID - [protected]@yahoo.com Trendin order number - 365703 Date of purchase - 1:15AM 20th april, 2015 Order value - 1499 Offer - pay through paytm wallet and get 10% cashback. I complained to paytm they dint respond and are not looking into the matter. Its been 1 week and there has been no action or reply from paytm. Really disappointed with the response. Not using paytm again!

                                  I order shoes order number [protected] received at 31 march 2015. Next day I requested for many times to return the item due to quality issue. Yet there is no response from your side. I drop requested 3-4 times. Such a big question mark of reputation of online shopping from "paytm". Now no more deal with paytm.

                                    I have not received any clear instructions on if my money which i transferred to the wallet which was for 280 rupees was transferred back to my bank account or my Paytm Wallet.                                       DELIVERY OF PRODUCT TO WRONG PERSON Balachandra63 Apr 24, 14:43 Dear Concerned, This has reference to various mails exchanged by me, with you, from time to time, regarding non delivery of the ordered Product (2gm 24 KT 995 Purity BIS Hallmarked Gold Coin). The order was placed on 12.04.2015, vide Order No.[protected], for the above Product. The payment of Rs.5, 825/- for the Product, was duly effected by me. However, since, I did not receive the ordered Product, I had started checking with you for the status. Later, you had shared the details of the Courier Docket Number :- Blue Dart, Tracking Id No.[protected]. And as per your records, the product is claimed to be delivered to my Address indicated in the order as No.335, 3rd Cross, 7th Main, Viveknagar, Bangalore – 560047. However, when we checked the above Tracking id, we came to know that, the ordered product was delivered at Jalandhar, to one Mr. Harwinder. The copies of the above were duly shared with you. It is painful to note that, at the first instance the Company of your repute, had wrong delivered the consignment to a person, who is a stranger to the present transaction, and even after my repeated reminders and having provided all necessary details, you are least bothered to look into the problem and deliver the ordered product to me. Given the above, you are hereby advised to either deliver the ordered Product immediately or refund the amount of Rs.5, 825/-.                                         Hi, As i have already dropped several mail to payTM regarding my cash back which is still i did not get. This is completely fraud service they are providing and i'll wanted to inform my all friends please do not trust them if they inform you for cash back for any product (Except recharge) because after several follow up with them at the end you will not receive except frustration.
