Recently there was an offer, book a bus ticket and get 200 cashback using the code BUS200. Maximum trials 3 per user. I had to book 3 tickets and after entering 2 times it said maximum trials reached. I could not hold back as the seats were filling fast. I raised the issue with paytm and claimed 200 for the 3rd ticket. They denied saying, you did not enter the code so no cashback. Paytm is cheating is customers by giving false promises....

Hi, As i have already dropped several mail to payTM regarding my cash back which is still i did not get. This is completely fraud service they are providing and i'll wanted to inform my all friends please do not trust them if they inform you for cash back for any product (Except recharge) because after several follow up with them at the end you will not receive except frustration.
