I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy A7 from PayTm ORDER NO. [protected] Apr '15 5:49 pm. I received a courier on May 2nd and on opening the box found a STONE inside. The origin of order was from DELHI and I am at loss of words!!! THis is a first degree case of Cheating and Duping and conning someone!!! Can someone please advise how to take legal action???????

    I had book a bus ticket from this site and later on I changed my plan so i logged into the site to cancel & to my surprise there was no option of cancellation. I wrote a mail to these guys as they don't have a customer care number (surprising isn't it?) an asked them to cancel the ticket on 28th of April. I got a automate reply that we will get back to u. After a day, I got a reply saying we apologise for this an will get back to u in 24-48 hours but till now they haven't done anything. Tomorrow is the bus journey and later they will say that Sir according to refund policy yur ticket was cancelled late hence u will not get any money back even though I had aske to cancel the ticket on 28th. According to which i should get 90% of the ticket amount which is Rs. 1260. Please look into this urgently. PNR no. 2446855 DOJ - 3rd May2015

      Its a totally pathetic service from PayTM. I have waisted so much time in placing the order during the false 50% cash back promise. Now that the order is placed they are saying they can not deliver it and cancelled my ofder. Now I am left with Rs 5000 in my payTM wallet. I can not take it out. If sent to any bank an amount of Rs 4% will be deducted. This is a complete . And one more thing I have now checked the item and it is still available at your website. If the item is still available for sell why the hell on earth it can not deliver it for my order. Now I feel that the 50% cash back is the thing PayTM is not willing to bear. Guys be aware of this behaviour of payTM. I will make sure to reach this behaviour of PayTM to reach as much audience as possible Team please action on this case as I was cheated here

        Hi, My order number is[protected]. I have made an order for IFB air conditioner on march 27th. Till now the product is not delivered. After waiting for so many days I have cancelled the order ten days back and requested for refund. I have sent several mails regarding this to [protected]@paytm.com. The only response I am getting is we will get back to you in 48-72 hours or The product is not yet reached the merchant. After placing the return request for the product as I didn't get the product for 23 days, how many days it will take to reach the merchant? How many days it will be in transit mode? Is it a kind of fraud? Why there is no customer care number for Paytm - it might be one way of cheating people. Could some one look into this and get back to me ASAP and let me know what is the product status and when exactly you people refund my amount. Its not the small amount. Its Rs.35000/-. Please consider it and resolve it. Thanks, Ravi K.

          I have pleased a order (paytm order no.,[protected]in apr 26th 2015. But I haven't received the item or cash back.when I tack my item via javas with I'd o[censored]NIPAYP1913831 it is showing item cancelled by customer but i haven't cancelled. So please solve my problem and let me get the delivery of my order immediately. Thank you.

                I spoke with my customer care and they are saying 152 Rs recharge is not done in your mobile only last recharge is showing Rs 98, i told them to refund my 152 Rs amount for that they are saying we can only refund your amount if you recharge through TATA Docomo website not any other website. Could please solve my this issue asap because it's alreday 2 days completed and haven't recevie my recharge till now.

                  i have placed an order of two jeans from paytm with ID[protected] on 12th of april 2015 and yet they haven't deliver'd it to me in 2 weeks...soo i decided to cancel out my order so i can get my money back(rs1099)..so now the scene is today is 3rd of may and they didint even had call'd me take my order from there so call delivery partner DELHIVERY...now plz either give me a refund of my money or atleast deliver me my order

                    haiii this is irfan shaik and i hve recharged to my airtel digitel tv bt the recharge was failed due some stupid reasons the money was credited to my paytm wallet and aftwer that i have refunded that money to my bank account aftr that i got a mail from paytm that it would take 3-10 bussiness days i got this mail on 18 of april 2014 but still now i didnt get any refund of money to my bank account i have complaining frm last 2 days bt i didnt get any response frm paytm

                      Apart from recharge I do not recommend buying anything fro them. They provided all the fake information including fake dispatch date, fake delivery date at last fake tracking id for blue dart. They say they have 24*7 support but it is of no use no proper support from support. Whenever I requested my information It feels like I am talking to machine no relevant answers provided to any of my purchase. I sent them 9 support mail and not even a single time they solved my issue. I still havent received my product yet. struggling to get my ITEM here. will never buy from them. Highly not recommended. dont look for their attractive cashback offers they are of no use. its term and condition will screw you.

                          This is Ramu, I booked a mobile(Microsoft Lumina 535) in paytm on 4th april 2015. It was delivered on 11th Aptil. After 5days i was switched off automatically with out my interaction. Next I put mail to [protected]@paytm.com. Upto now two weeks was completed i didn't get any call and even mails also. I was went to service center also they said that it's MOTHERBOARD problem better to change product. That one also information to paytm peoples throug mail. Even they don't give replay. Every i snet mail to [protected]@paytm.com no use upto now.                               I ordered the Woodland Men Green Casual Boots (Size-5) online to paytm.com.That time they provided 60% cash back offer (Promo Code FOOT60) so I ordered .Regarding that ordered I made the payment online on 21 Apr '15 at 8:24 pm.The Payment of Rs. 3695 is received by Paytm ! CC Transaction No [protected].The order is confirmed by SMS & E-mail.but after two days of order they confirmed that due to some internal problem the product willl be deliver little delay.It will be delivered 1st or 2nd of May but today they Sms me that they cancelled the item and refund the money at my paytm wallet. Issue is that as they promissed to give us 60% cash back so they r not delivered the product but I checked the item is still available with 30% cash back. As per paytm refund policy If I transfer the money to my bank account from paytm wallet it will chageable 4% for money transfer, that will deduct from my payment which I made for the product.As all of the refund they send to paytm wallet not in bank account.                                     hi this is chandra sekhar reddy. i order 7 books in two supparate orders, after 3 days i got parcel i that they mentioned pack contains 3 books but i got only one book, after s2 days i got another parcel in that also they mentioned 4 books but they only send one book still i didnt open the package. my order ids[protected] and[protected]. i sent video proof some news channel mail ids. another thing i raised a complaint in paytm 4 days back still i didnt get any call or mail i am ready to go leagally i have all proof in secuirty camera

                                      i booked a bus ticket from banglore to chennai on april 4, under 50%. off order number:[protected] DC tranc no: [protected] yesterday i waited at marathahalli for bus from 9 to 12pm (the bus has come by 10pm), later i gone to madiwala for enquire as i cant find any contact number or customer care number anywhere. by 1.30AM i came to know that the bus has been cancelled a week ago still i was not intimated. Thing is, i have mailed paytm about contact details day before yesterday i just got an auto generated email and there is no further communication.. On the whole my weekend and family reunion got ruined by paytm they don't care and i never trust again. Still i dont have any customer contact number for both paytm or the SLS travels. I dont know where to enquire for my cancellation charges.
