I had ordered a bag (Adidas Blue Polyester BackPack).

The offer that PayTM showed was this: Cost - Rs. 1269 (with Rs. 620 as cashback). Plus additional Rs.50 for shipping.

So I paid Rs.1319 in total. And was expecting Rs.620 as cashback. But PayTM sends the cashback only once the order is shipped.

So far everything is OK. After 2-3 days, I check the status, and it was showing it as 'Handed Over To Courier' And the status remained the same, for the next 7 days.

On the 10th day, I received an email saying we apologize for the delay in shipping the product. I replied to this saying, "You'll send this email everytime. Ship the bag asap" After a few days, I received another email saying that, the order is canceled from PayTM's side due to unavoidable circumstances. And that the amount is refunded in the form of PayTM cash (A strategy from PayTM to hold my money on temporary basis, hooking me to the offer, and later telling me that its canceled. So now I have to use the money anyhow, and PayTM also gained some interest investing the money elsewhere. Perhaps they might have did the same thing with many customers.)

WELL, I NEVER TOLD TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

I sent them another email and told them to ship it. And also asked them the reason. Well, they replied saying, "The bag is unavailable" How can someone show the product in the store, when it is unavailable??

I knew they were lying, so I went to PayTM's site, and added the same product again to the cart, and whoooaaaa, the product is suddenly available again, but at a higher price(Rs. 2199).

But why would I buy it for 2199(with Rs.880 as cashback), when I had already booked it for Rs.[protected]. There's a huge difference.
I put in my time, money and efforts and ordered it, so I deserve it.

I also sent them a screen-shot of the cart and told them that the product is available then how come you guys say its unavailable. I also spoke to a customer care executive.

Well, now the reason is that there was some 'technical issues..' I asked them what technical issues. They don't have an answer.

Please look at this issue, and make sure that I get the product at the cost that I had ordered it for. I am not going to pay anything extra.

        Hi, its really disappointing to know that an unauthorised payment was made, using my paytm wallet; with leftover amt ₹0.00.. Details are (paytm ORDER =[protected] paytm Wallet Txn ID= 2D60047DF9B79955). Unfortunately on same day i.e on 7th May 2015; a amt of ₹748.00, got debited from My Axis Bank acc.: & later got SMS which states; (your a/cxxxxxx12344 is debited INR 748 on [protected]:58:19 info: ECOM PUR/PAYTM/ NOIDA/PAYTM); why wasn't there any intimation nor any prior consent involved.? Lastly M still confused & unable to understand WTF is going around; kindly need your expertise to confirm whether deductions were genuine or Not.. do Help Me. ..Thanks... *** hoping both issues will get be solved today itself...
        I also faced the same issue as you, Since this last two months of October and November 2018 itself I lost 67500 from my account using my credit and debit card details all are paytm transactions only. These cyber culprits have hacked my details and hacked otp too. I am completely clueless and helpless also, bank is not ready to take liability as this happened using otp also and even police peolple also have no idea saying how is it possible to hack my otp. I am too frustrated and kindly help me on this regard.

          I did recharge My Airtel no. [protected] amount Rs.37 from paytm as paytm was showing this recharge under 2G data plans section but I didn't get the same benefits. When I contacted to Airtel customer care executive, he told me that Airtel doesn't provide any 2G data recharge for Rs.37 but it is for ISD rate cutter. As Paytm Mis-guided me & also provided wrong information to its customers on its website, I Assert Paytm to refund my money for this recharge as well as extra benefit as they misguided me & wasted my time.             Debit Card [protected] has transaction of INR 9, 999.00 Info.IIN*Paytm.com on[protected]:22:22.This is purchased by a fraud not me .A fraud from this number [protected] called me and pretends to be ICICI customer care and told me my debit card got blocked, bank want to activate it. Than I gave my details .Next instantly that fraud did this purchase from Paytm .After this fraud I blocked my debit card and filed a FIR in police station And I immediately requested Paytm to stop that purchase and refund my money back to me. Than on same day I got a reply from patym on 11.30 p that I have to give my bank statement and trascaton details.I gave to them next paytm told me they are working on my problem.The main twist is I got a mail on may 9th . paytm coustomer care person gave me the details of beneficiary, according to paytm those are the details of that fraud, who has purchased 9, 999 rupees by using my debit card.email I'd [protected]@gmail.com which is fake(do not exisits) and number [protected], when I called to this number, do you know what was happend, he did not even know the difference between ATM and paytm .Next I got a another mail from paytm, which consist they are working hard on my problem and hopefully will give positive response to me.I do not understand why paytm playing dirty politics with me, i mean someone from paytm are saying they are trying to help me and someone giving me fake details. why paytm gave me the fake details, when my problem is not solved and Still paytm working is on my problem, than what is necessary to gave me this fake details .Most important thing how can you deliver this purchase, when so much investigation is Going on this problem.Paytm should have ask that fraud to show legal bank statement.Without doing these all how can some person from paytm want to mislead me, when I am fighting with cyber criminals.when police and cyber cell are investigating on this crime.why paytm want to encouraring criminals.please give me your head office number, I wanna discuss this matter and if paytm seriously delivered this purchase than I will file case against paytm in the consumer court, as I have all email conversations with timings.how can paytm so irresponsible about this fraud transcation.For me it is 9, 999 rupees, huge amount, my one month salary.

([protected]) in the place of my friend's mobile no and that transaction is still showing as pending.And paytm is showing null balance in paytm wallet...                         I ordered Micromax Canvas Nitro A311. Today, my husbnd received the box and in it were the two broken tiles. I mostly order products online from reputed companies. This is my first order with PAYTM. This was not at all I had expected. How can someone pack and dliver tiles in box for Rs 10400/- I had made online payent. I would never ever purchase anything from PAYTM and planning for filing case in consumer court. I ordered phone because I needed it but htey simpy cheated me. Such companies shall be penalized for such things. Flipkart would never do this. But PAYTM has done.

                          I am currently using Paytm to recharge Uber taxi service. But from yesterday the said service has blocked the recharge, without any intimation, of any kind. To-day when I tried to get into it and know the actual reason behind the decline, I got the response that I have reached the maximum number of transactions, I am entitled to. I was never informed about this number criteria from your end, in any form. This is a very crucial service involving financial transaction. Without any intimation, how can the service is being blocked ??? Yesterday, I was kept stranded in the streets, as I had only left with Rs.143.00 and the Recharge was blocked from your end. The minimum amount is Rs.200.00 to avail Uber Taxi Service. This is very much uncalled for. I was forced to download and avail Ola Taxi Service as their account gets recharged directly without Paytm. I am still unaware about my Recharge Limit and the period for the same. This is simply very much unprofessional and not at all acceptable. I strongly register my protest and demand a suitable explanation.

                                    I have ordered (ORDER #[protected] a Wow Back Cover For Apple iPhone 5S (White) from partm seller an amout of 228 rupees. The sellers specified that its a Scratch-proof design enhances the durability. But the item which i received is a low quality plastic duplicate fake product. Its not at all meets the price which they collected. They paytm sellers robbering the high amount for a low quality fake products. They cheating the people by throwing an Illusion that their products are good. But in reality this were not happening I paid 228 rupees for a 20-50 rupees product. Evem I filed a complaint on Paytm cre no action was initiated. Hence I request you to take necessary action on the Paytm sellers not to sale fake products in future.                                       Hello Team, Kindly help me to resolve my issue, When i had contacted PAYTM people they do not reply correctly and this almost took three weeks till now. I had made BUS ticket booking through PAYTM and the bus got cancelled after two days of booking, Bus operators had intimated PAYTM people to inform the cuatomer's who are boarding the Bus. This information was not provided to me and When i raise the ticket to PAYTM they do not respond to refund my cash 1200Rs. I Need my cash back help me to resolve this issue, kindly take this on priority. PAYTM also do not have any customer care contact number so that end user can contact in case of emergency.                                         I had submitted a complaint that the code is not working ( which is actively displayed on the app). Also I could not contact any seller. When I approached paytm they said code expired long back. Then my question is why the code is still coming on the paytm application. This is misguiding and they don't even agree that this is a technical error. Been 2 days now and no one came back to me with anything, such is their service
