Hi Paytm, I have recieved digital skipping rope on date 7/5/15 yesterday, which was ordered on date April 30th. Issue: the digital rope display is not working please help on this asap or replace it to new item.     My bus was cancelled and I faced a lot of problems due to that and now instead of giving the entire refund paytm is wasting my time by not providing me the proper refund my conclusion from the previous tickets and paytm terms and conditions are as follows: 1.) The cash back offer was your promotional offer and that is why I used PAYTM to book the ticket, the ticket has cost me 1000rs and I would like to have that 1000 back. 2.) Offers and cash can't be clubbed together that is what the site says so I would also say the same and hence refund the entire amount into my bank account. 3.) I have used my own bank account to pay the money so I want the amount i.e 1000rs to be transferred to the bank and not in my wallet. 4.) If you are going to provide me paytm cash I am liable use that through your site or your partners which as of now I am not interested in doing so please do the needful. 5.) I have read all your terms and conditions on the site and there is no mention that incase of cancellations the promotional cash back will also considered be as a part of refund and also it has been not mentioned that the refund will be given in the wallet So I want the amount in my bank account. And they are saying it is not possible you will get only 500 not 1000 as I had already got there cashback in wallet. and the response is very poor they are replying late and closing the issues without asking me and everytime I have to raise a new issue.

      I bought a Pendrive from Bozzworld through the Paytm App for Rs.510 on March 28, 2015. The Tracking Website shows that it has been delivered to me on April 8, 2015 but I didn't get it. I checked at the place where it was shown to be delivered but it has not been delivered there. Now, even I have not got the cash back. Please look into the matter & reply as soon as possible.

        Please provide as much information as possible..i was trying to recharge my bsnl no. [protected] for 50 rs using my SBI debit card...suddenly i got the error showing transaction failed ...althouh i didnt got the message for deduction of money from my account ..but i m so sacred for my money plz do something
        showing "transactin declined" all time when trying to rechrg my mob using my sbi debit card

          I purchased TIMEX T2N722 watch from paytm dated on 21 april 2015, its calender feature was not working so I asked them to replace; but they were consistantly telling that they will refund my money. my complaint is I spent 9950 on this watch and waited 11 days for watch to deliver and then they just refund money its not fair they should check watch before sending, they should send me similar watch as want similar watch in replacement of that watch my detils of purchace are ORDER NO.[protected] Timex T2N722 Black Analog Men's Watch ----Rs.9995

              I have placed Grayster with order number[protected] on 9th April, 2015. After 15 mins they cancelled my order stateing that product is OUT of stock. I have to opt for my second choice and I ordered same thing in different colour with the order id[protected]. This time they accepted and i have get some date 15th April, 2015 to get product delivered. On 17th April, 2015 I called them and asked for the reason. Instaed ofgiving me detail;s they just cancel my order and refunded the amount as paytm, without even confirming with me, since that day it is in paytm account. It is complete cheat. Government should take strict against such online site. They products are out of stock, and they are making money out of it.

                Dear sir/madam; I placed an order no.[protected] of samsung galaxy j1 4g.but paytm.com sent samsung galaxy j1 3g. There is big difference between j1 4g and j1. I requested for pickup this order.and there courier boy came.but on that day i was not available in my place.and parcel was with me.and ecom courier boy said "he will come tomorrow" to my brother.from that day onwards i am regularily doing emails regarding reverse pick up of this order.paytm.com has 15 days return policy of seller linked with paytm.but i did emails within 15 days of delivery of product on regular basis. They did not respond me till date.please do my help regarding pickup of this mobile.it is sealed and i have not opened this product.please confirm my reverse pickup.this is big harassment by this site regarding service.firstly wrong product sent by paytm and secondly carelessness in service.

                  I have ordered Shoe on 22nd April 2015 on Paytm, Till now its not delivered & non of them being responding. Don't have direct contact number to reach them. One should write only email or voice recording. As per Paytm its couriered thru Ecom Express Airway[protected], where the Status of courier yet to ship since from 24th April 2015 Now I am unable to cancel the order.

Payment aganist above have not been made by them to Vodafone and now neither are they giving my money back. Have sent them multiple mail request, but they have made up their minds to ignore my mails.                         I booked bus ticket from paytm site. unfortunately bus cancelled, paytm care people not respoinding calls as well as mail with higher authority also. paytm people are smart cheaters... Do not buy or purchase anything from paytm.. Guys be careful while purchasing from paytm.
                        Worst service

                        waste of money. Showing 100% guarantee but it is on site wise not in real
                        don't shop with paytm they are cheater and lier they already cheat me 2 time.Already i leave paytm go with snapdeal

The customer service representatives which you have seems not to understand customer's problem and send drafted version of the response which they have for whatever query is posted to them.                                     i had recharged 100/- in paytm at 28april around 8:45pm on bsnl number..but it shows transaction failed but 100/- debited from my sbi a/c. next i went to paytm wallet..there i got that 100/-.but there was an option of refund. i clicked there for bank refund. an after that i got an sms n email. see below.. We have initiated refund of Rs 100.0 to your bank/card as per your request on[protected]:50:56 . Your bank may take 10 working days to show this money in your account/card. Your available Paytm Cash balance is now Rs. 0.0 . For any query on this transaction E73769511D7C5810, contact us on [protected]@paytm.com. but till now 10days went i didnt get my cash back yet.. so plss help me to get back that amount..as soon as possible..

I have booked Jockey Boxer shots(set of 2) from Paytm site the cost is Rs.797/-, I have received only 1 Jockey Boxer shot in the parcel. Written 10mails to [protected]@paytm.com but no use. No one called me for my problem from paytm team. More over Paytm never mentioned any customer care helpline number. My order ID is[protected]. This is the way Paytm is blaming customers.
