    hi this is chandra sekhar reddy. i order 7 books in two supparate orders, after 3 days i got parcel i that they mentioned pack contains 3 books but i got only one book, after s2 days i got another parcel in that also they mentioned 4 books but they only send one book still i didnt open the package. my order ids[protected] and[protected]. i sent video proof some news channel mail ids. another thing i raised a complaint in paytm 4 days back still i didnt get any call or mail i am ready to go leagally i have all proof in secuirty camera

      i booked a bus ticket from banglore to chennai on april 4, under 50%. off order number:[protected] DC tranc no: [protected] yesterday i waited at marathahalli for bus from 9 to 12pm (the bus has come by 10pm), later i gone to madiwala for enquire as i cant find any contact number or customer care number anywhere. by 1.30AM i came to know that the bus has been cancelled a week ago still i was not intimated. Thing is, i have mailed paytm about contact details day before yesterday i just got an auto generated email and there is no further communication.. On the whole my weekend and family reunion got ruined by paytm they don't care and i never trust again. Still i dont have any customer contact number for both paytm or the SLS travels. I dont know where to enquire for my cancellation charges.

But i am not getting my this product..Already send a ticket for support 2 day back but till not getting my reply.. I lose 980 inr... Now I never shop with paytm...

          I purchased a product on 23 April, with a prepaid order ( paid money before delivery) with order number[protected], sir I registered complaints too much time to Paytm via there application contact support, but they didn't give me response . tell me when I got delivery or my moneys back? there is option of cancel the product so I am not able to cancel it, it still not dispatched ... pleaee help me, and tell now ( not after 48-74 hours) when I got money back or delivery ...

            PayTM is showing 100% discount on their website and I have bought the product just in 50 rs. Now they have cancelled because it was on big discount and they said it was technical issue. I have placed so many order with small discount but never faced this type of technical issue before.

                        customer service am calling the number [protected], which was on the bill provided to me. only once a girl called niharika has recived else it will never connect. I reported that product what is delivered to me broken furniture, and i had requested the return for item. She said she will arranging a reverse pick up they will contact with in 2 days, so far no one has contacted, nor the proper response in mail as well. Ridiculous and pathetic service. I want them to take there junk product and return my money, This is clear cheating what am experiencing with paytm. ORDER NO.                           Hi, This is regarding my order number[protected]; i have ordered "Wilison Black Leather Jacket (Size-M)" on 15-Apr-2015 for Rs 1199. i got delivery of the product on 22nd April which was completely different from that was shown on the website. I am attaching photograph of originally received jacket. I was asked by paytm on 23rd April that they are transferring my money back in my account and it will take 2 to 3 days. After 7 days gone, i have not yet received my money back in my account. I checked with Bank also but they confirmed that the amount is not yet received from Paytm therefore they are unable to credit this in my account. I have sent so many mails to Paytm and called on their toll free number but there is no one who can respond me. Please let me know when i will receive my money back in my account. Regards, Sunil

This is the landline bill but unfortunately the amount of rs 1235 is not credited in mtnl delhi.                               I have ordered WD My Passport Ultra (WDBZFP0010BBK-NESN) 1 TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black) of order no:[protected] on 23 april but i recieved seagate used harddisk. I also have requested to return but no body has come to take it back. They also took money online and serving wrong used product.

                                    I have purchased the Wireless JBL Speaker in Rs. 1000/- and i have recieved the faulty speaker, so i have registered a complaint about that produt to paytm team they informed me to send the product to sellar by courier and also mentioned that the couier charges upto Rs. 200/- will be refunded to your account. So i sent the Faulty JBL wireless Speaker to sellar by DTDC Courier on 10 Apr 2015 by consingment no. M18038295 but the sellar refused the the product. So Refund my Money Immediately (1000+200=1200)

                                      I purchased Bfurn Divider Single Seater Sofa ORDER NO.[protected]Rs 9999) and Bfurn Supreme Single Seater Sofa ORDER NO.[protected]Rs 5999) on 18th April. I purchased both the products as gift for my sister’s Wedding and paid for them via my credit card. After placing the order I raised many request to ship the product ASAP and contacted them in official PAYTM page of facebook as well. But they kept on giving excuses and asked me to contact the seller directly without even providing me the contact number of the Seller (Bantia Furniture). I searched the contact number from internet and I managed to communicate with them and according to them they shipped the product on Tuesday[protected]. I also received a mail from Paytm on 28th saying ”Thanks for shopping with us!The seller Bantia Furniture has confirmed that the following items from your order #[protected]/[protected] will be serviced by them.” On the next business day 29th I received a message from PayTM on facebook saying as below/ attached that the product is cancelled due to technical reason: To my surprise I found that both the orders are cancelled in PayTM and the status is saying as “Refund amount for the cancelled item has been credited to your Paytm Wallet”. Till now I have received the Refund for only ORDER NO.[protected]Rs 5810) in my PayTM wallet. Refund of Rs 9999 for ORDER NO.[protected] is still to be provided in my PAYTM wallet though the status is saying the Refund is already been processed in my PAYTM wallet. I have already initiated the transfer of PAYTM refund of Rs 5810 to my Bank which is yet to be credited to my Bank. Bank Txn ID: [protected] Paytm Cash Txn ID 04E487F6EEA81618 I underwent tremendous harassment by PAYTM ever since I had done the crime of placing the order with them and paying for the same. I won’t be able to gift the required item to my sister in her wedding. On top of that I am really not sure if PAYTM will cheat all my amount Rs 15998 in total. I request you to help me and look into this matter urgently to make sure I receive Rs 15998 in my HDFC credit card ASAP. I already transferred Rs 5810 to my card as mentioned above after PayTM processed the refund to my PayTM wallet and for the other order Rs 9999 is yet to be refunded.

                                        im a very regular customer of paytm.i buy supplements almost every week from them and they give cashbacks..i have 2 accounts there. but recently my wallet limit of 10000 has been exceeded.. so total refund amount of 5100 ( in 2 accounts ) is on stake.. i requested for wallet upgrade.. all my documents are ready.. i sent them emails.. but got no positive reply.. its been more than 2 weeks.. i need those cashbacks .. so that i can buy some other supplements.. but they are sending no one to collect my documents and upgrade my accounts..5100 is a lot of money for me..please help me
