Here are the details of the entire incident happened during the last month : Product Ordered OEM Mi 20800 mAh Power Bank (Assorted) power bank - Order no.[protected] Ordered on 28 March 2015 Package Received Receiving Date : April 6, 2015 Product quality : Damaged product Received Return request initiated on Date : April 7, 2015 Return Request Accepted on Date : April 14, 2015 Return pick up done by gojavas on Date : April 15, 2015 Received Message from your side on April 20, 2015 shipment in transit and product didn't reached the warehouse even when the return pick up was done on April 15, 2015 . So, process of refunding could not be initiated from your side. mail on April 28, 2015 Received Message : your return request was cancelled. So, I hereby request you to take a deep look at the images attached with this mail and start the refunding process as soon as possible.

      Worst experience !! Hello !! It has been nearly a month now, and still this . They deducted money from my bank account but not processed my recharge. I contacted the support team but my mail got no reply from them. They are cheaters and stole my ₹330. Ticket ID :[protected] . Also i gave a review on google play for which i got replied that i will get refund within 10 days but still i didn't got my refund. Please help me to get my refund fast !!         The Amount to be Refunded is Rs 9300 and Not Rs.7420, It is been almost 30 Days and wat a shame for a Company like Paytm it is taking so much time and troubling so much to refund the money.If things are not made alright in next 2-3 days i will be loosing my patience and will start protesting in a different way. PLEASE TREAT THE MATTER AS MOST URGENT.MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT is DUE on 1 MAY 2015 AND PLEASE RESOLVE make payment of Rs 9300 to HSBC Credit Card BEFORE 1 MAY 2015.               Dear Team, I have placed order no[protected] for cover case, otg cable, screen guard. Just i have receive packet towards my order. To open that i am surprised to see the cheap quality of products. It is not like that eve n on cover case SAMSUNG was not printed, It is shocking for me. When i have selected these items it is different and now received total cheap plastic material. it is not acceptable at all. I have also placed one order to paytm for Samsung Galaxy E7. God knows what will be going happened with my mobile. This is first consignment for me through Paytm. And ever body believe 1st impression is last impression.                   I bought ACE Grey Small Digital Weighing Scale from paytm.com with order ID:[protected] on 23rd March 2015. I received the item after a week in damaged condition. Immediately I raised a complaint in their customer care. They took the request and they closed the complaint on 31st March 2015 by saying the reason 'Customer voluntarily cancelled his/her reverse pickup'. They did not contacted me even single time, but they closed my complaint saying 'Customer voluntarily cancelled'. Again I complained, this time they time passed my time by sending thanks, apology mails. One day they asked me the damaged product pics, I sent them, but they did not take any action. After some days, I posted my complain on paytm facebook page, they again started the process by sending thanks, apologies mails, this time they again asked me to send the pics again, I sent them again. This time they responded saying 'return policy of that particular product has been over', i.e 30 days over. I approached paytm customer care, paytm customer grievance cell, paytm corporate office and Paytm facebook page through mails and postings. Nobody shown interest in solving my issue. They simply wasted 30 days, on last day they said 30 days are over, so return policy for the particular product is over. Looks like paytm is selling fake and damaged products through their site, and intensionally they are dragging the issues of the customer for testing customer patience. They will send only thaanks, apologies mails, but not shown interest on fixing the issues.

                  I received a damaged product from paytm. It was a tempered glass doo for my phone. I want my money back. Please help

                      I've received white papers instead of laptop in the laptop carton box. The invoice attached to the box shows weight of the carton box is 500gms but an idle the weight of the laptop is 3.1kg. This shows that the laptop is removed from the carton box and white papers is replaced before shipment. I already passed information to the paytm care team along with grievance officer. But no action is taken to solve the issue till date. It has been more than 30 days i.e., from 30.03.2015 to till date. My Order Number:[protected] Kindly solve the issue ASAP.

                        I had bought a pair of jeans from paytm. As mentioned on it, it should have been from Koutons or charlie, but what I received didn't look like that. Even the size was not as I had mentioned. the size label was corrected using blue pen. When I requested for return, I received a mail that they cannot pick up, I need to courier it. When I send the mail to care about why should I courier, they apologised and said they will pick up, but nothing happened. Till now I have not received any refund nor I return has been picked up.                           I ordered Red tape shoes from paytm and they delivered wrong product. I asked for reverse pick up and refund and the communication is endless. Putting it below so that everyone knows how they reply to customers. Dont ever use Paytm for shopping. I dont understand the logic behind your solution because it is not at all my fault. I have trusted PayTm and ordered the shoes and PayTm sent me the wrong item. You cannot ask me to waste time and go to a courier office to despatch the parcel. This kind of experience is really agonizing and I just cannot trust Paytm for ordering anything at all.                               Hi, I order a Item from paytm on 8th Apr (Koutons Combo Of 2 Fit Denim Jeans With Power Bank (Size-34) with order no[protected], but within 5 minutes i cancelled it. still they dispatch it in my office. and then again raise a return request. after so many mails their executive come to me take order return on 15th Apr. And they said me that within 7 days (maximum time limit) you will refund in your wallet.. Today it has been 28th Apr but still i haven't received my money back. i have sent them reverse silp but their customer service just doing copy paste same text again & again.. its worst even experience.. please look into this... rgds VK..[protected]

                                  This is Sunil Kumar Singh and my registered number is [protected] with E-mail ID "[protected]@gmail.com" My Rs. 200 Paytm money has been deduced yesterday morning i.e on 27th of April...yesterday morning i was having Rs. 200 Paytm money in my wallet then i added Rs. 79 from my another Paytm account to make it 279 but when i saw my balance it was only Rs. 79...So please let me know where is my Rs. 200 from Paytm wallet...???? i need that Rs. 200 back in my account.

I did not transfer from my wallet to any other account. I received a message for balance transfer to numbers "[protected]" and "[protected]". I dont even know who these numbers are?                                       I ordered Sony 2TB Hard Disk from paytm on 22nd April 2015, but after some day they delivered me different product, i.e. WD 1TB Hard Disk. I paid Rs 7720, bur received product of Rs 3000. I complained for the same just 5 min after getting delivery through mail (because they don`t have call service), so they managed reverse pickup but till now they haven't solved my problem.
