I order shoes order number [protected] received at 31 march 2015. Next day I requested for many times to return the item due to quality issue. Yet there is no response from your side. I drop requested 3-4 times. Such a big question mark of reputation of online shopping from "paytm". Now no more deal with paytm.

I have not received any clear instructions on if my money which i transferred to the wallet which was for 280 rupees was transferred back to my bank account or my Paytm Wallet. I have registered 2 tickets, I only receive a automated response. Hi there, Sorry for the delayed response. We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. DELIVERY OF PRODUCT TO WRONG PERSON Balachandra63 Apr 24, 14:43 Dear Concerned, This has reference to various mails exchanged by me, with you, from time to time, regarding non delivery of the ordered Product (2gm 24 KT 995 Purity BIS Hallmarked Gold Coin). The order was placed on 12.04.2015, vide Order No.[protected], for the above Product. The payment of Rs.5, 825/- for the Product, was duly effected by me. However, since, I did not receive the ordered Product, I had started checking with you for the status. Later, you had shared the details of the Courier Docket Number :- Blue Dart, Tracking Id No.[protected]. And as per your records, the product is claimed to be delivered to my Address indicated in the order as No.335, 3rd Cross, 7th Main, Viveknagar, Bangalore – 560047. However, when we checked the above Tracking id, we came to know that, the ordered product was delivered at Jalandhar, to one Mr. Harwinder. The copies of the above were duly shared with you. It is painful to note that, at the first instance the Company of your repute, had wrong delivered the consignment to a person, who is a stranger to the present transaction, and even after my repeated reminders and having provided all necessary details, you are least bothered to look into the problem and deliver the ordered product to me. Given the above, you are hereby advised to either deliver the ordered Product immediately or refund the amount of Rs.5, 825/-. In either case, you shall pay me the damages to the tune of Rs.1, 00, 000/- (Rupees One Lakh) for the entire episode of wrong doings on your part, mental agony suffered by me, failing which, without further notice, I shall initiate proper legal proceedings against you, through my Legal Counsel, at your cost and expense. Hi, As i have already dropped several mail to payTM regarding my cash back which is still i did not get. This is completely fraud service they are providing and i'll wanted to inform my all friends please do not trust them if they inform you for cash back for any product (Except recharge) because after several follow up with them at the end you will not receive except frustration. Ordered an iPad mini 3 from paytm, order no.[protected] and guess what they deliverd a ipad mini first generation. I even confirmed with their customer care (Ticket id:[protected] if its the described product before ordering. I now want paytm to return this & send the right product in its place. I purchased back plus hard disk on april 13th, on 17th showing shipped. from then onwards no status update. Still showing shipped and not delivered, I have complained through their portals. but there is no complain id or call back from them. PayTM is such a worst customer care... I recommend to not buy from the paytm

Hi, I have brought an item through paytm.As quality is not good, raised a return request. They mailed me like "i have marked a return request on your order & within 3 to5 working days, our courier partner will pick the product from your door step" on raising new ticket each time. Which never happened. Order id:[protected] Tickets raised:[protected],[protected],[protected] Really Paytm service is horrible. Flipkart and amazon are best in their service as per my experiance. Kindly, help me to get resolve this return request issue asap. Thanks.

some hackers/bad elements had purchased item online in 4shopping mantra payTM on 25th Apr 2015 at 1.48 pm from our accounts for Rs 8938/-(incl commission) Txn#[protected] and POS [protected].The case is filed and they are under tracing by police. Sir, i ordered a htc smartphone before 12 days but they cencelled my product before 5 days and proceeded for the refund but i have not got my refund balance of 12.5k in my bank account . sir, earlier today i ordered for 4 books comprising of 743 rupees, then i went for cash on delivery, i was having 180 rupees in my paytm wallet, so i used all of my wallet money in it and order was placed successfully but when paytm called me, i accidently cut the phone, after which my ordered get canceled but not only this my paytm wallet money went from rupees 180 to rupees 20, and im feeling like cheated, i want my money back!!!. please, help me, any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you

Hi Sir, I had placed an order on Paytm, Order No.[protected]. My order was Invoiced and packed from the seller. It was ready to be shipped, but after 3 days, my order was cancelled mentioning that the product is unavailable with the seller. Also, my money was added into so called Paytm wallet. When I wrote to them (Paytm Care), they gave me the same excuse ( product is not available with the seller). If the order was not available, how it was invoiced and packed. I have all the screen shots where it is clearly mentioned that the product is about to be dispatched. This is not acceptable at all. please help me. RASHIM
