Ordered an iPad mini 3 from paytm, order no.[protected] and guess what they deliverd a ipad mini first generation. I even confirmed with their customer care (Ticket id:[protected] if its the described product before ordering. I now want paytm to return this & send the right product in its place.     I purchased back plus hard disk on april 13th, on 17th showing shipped. from then onwards no status update. Still showing shipped and not delivered, I have complained through their portals. but there is no complain id or call back from them. PayTM is such a worst customer care... I recommend to not buy from the paytm

        Hi, I have brought an item through paytm.As quality is not good, raised a return request. They mailed me like "i have marked a return request on your order & within 3 to5 working days, our courier partner will pick the product from your door step" on raising new ticket each time. Which never happened. Order id:[protected] Tickets raised:[protected],[protected],[protected] Really Paytm service is horrible. Flipkart and amazon are best in their service as per my experiance. Kindly, help me to get resolve this return request issue asap. Thanks.

          some hackers/bad elements had purchased item online in 4shopping mantra payTM on 25th Apr 2015 at 1.48 pm from our accounts for Rs 8938/-(incl commission) Txn#[protected] and POS [protected].The case is filed and they are under tracing by police. So, you are requested to particulars/details of purchasing items under intimate below number immediately. If the txn carried out, the txn from to details required immediately.                 I HAD ORDERED A SAMSUNG PHONE WORTH 11, 800RS AND WHAT I GOT WAS A GRANITE SLAB.I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I SAW THIS AND REGISTERED A COMPLAINT BY EMAIL AS THEY ARE NOT ACCESIBLE BY PHONE.THERE WAS ALSO A COLUMN TO ENTER MY FONE NO IF I WANTED THEM TO CONTACT ME URGENTLY.SO ENTERED MY NO AND I WAS ASSURED THAT SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME IN AN HOURS TIME.3HOURS HAVE PASSED SINCE THEN AND I AM YET TO RECIEVE ANYCALL.ANYWAY I HAVE LOST THE TRUST AND CONFIDENCE IN THEM AND HAVE DECIDED NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM IN FUTURE.

                  I am unable to login my account. I have two paytm accounts but when I am trying to login again and again it's coming that invalid username or password and also internet appears to be offline.. In all my account there is 200 rupees. I am so fed up with this problem. Kindly resolve it because i am using paytm from a long time and I trust it..

                    Sir, i ordered a htc smartphone before 12 days but they cencelled my product before 5 days and proceeded for the refund but i have not got my refund balance of 12.5k in my bank account . I send mail regarding this but they said that they refunded my balance to account, i asked them to recheck the refund status but they are not responding plese help me in my refund balance my order no.[protected] . Sir plese help me as soon as possible.

                        sir, earlier today i ordered for 4 books comprising of 743 rupees, then i went for cash on delivery, i was having 180 rupees in my paytm wallet, so i used all of my wallet money in it and order was placed successfully but when paytm called me, i accidently cut the phone, after which my ordered get canceled but not only this my paytm wallet money went from rupees 180 to rupees 20, and im feeling like cheated, i want my money back!!!. please, help me, any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you

                              Hi Sir, I had placed an order on Paytm, Order No.[protected]. My order was Invoiced and packed from the seller. It was ready to be shipped, but after 3 days, my order was cancelled mentioning that the product is unavailable with the seller. Also, my money was added into so called Paytm wallet. When I wrote to them (Paytm Care), they gave me the same excuse ( product is not available with the seller). If the order was not available, how it was invoiced and packed. I have all the screen shots where it is clearly mentioned that the product is about to be dispatched. This is not acceptable at all. please help me. RASHIM

                                  I tried to add INR 500/- and 600/- to payTM wallet, even it is deducted from my Statebank, It is not credited to payTM wallet. This is disguisting. [protected]@paytm.com says that the problem is from bank end, which is not true! SO TOTAL 1100/- INR VANISHED FROM MY SBI WHILE ADDING TO PAYTM, THE BADDEST SERVICE EVER.

                                        i purchased a product from Trendin where a promotion saying 125 cashback if purchased through paytm was given and now i didnt get the cash back and the customercare is not even replying to any mails... they have a customer care number which they do not show on their site... found out this after long search[protected] ...just to find that it was another stupid thing where they simply record ur voice complaint with no results ... i request to put some living person on the other end o[censored]r customer care and STOP HIDING from COMPLAINST AND MISTAKES... this is my last transaction with this stupid site... Please understand that you are not the only site which provides ur kind of services, switching to them is easiest... PATHETIC SERVICE ... Please DONOT USE it
