I am ujjwal and i am having an account in paytm which is blocked but it is having my 600+ rs in it.. I want to refund my wallet to my bank but they are not responding to my call at all..!!.... my name is Rahul Rajawat i use [protected] as my registered paytm no. i booked a flight ticket by Jet Airways which got cancelled by the airlines now since 25th march i am complaining for my refund but the paytm just gives me 5-7 day time and does nothing and this has been happening since 21 days and i am getting no satisfactory reason for the delay
kindly guide what should i be doing in order to get my refund i.e. roughly 14K.

Cash back of Rs 1083 will be added to your Paytm Wallet within 24 hours of item being shipped ) as i have attach screen shot and still wait for cash back and when i have try to contact paytm on call its say put your complaint we will reply u for like hell m try to contact paytm but still m waiting for cash back ...plz do something
    I have bought a dress at 599 rupees and they offered 55% cash back after delivery of 24hours its been 4 days till now my cash back not credited
    hi i have order vivo v5 mobile . promo code 20 % cashback applied but i dont have any cashback reacievd. pls give me 3200 cashback

        On 20/04/2015 i made one recharge on my bsnl number [protected] of STV Rs. 135 through paytm. The paytm ORDER NO.[protected] Apr '15 11:41 am) and CC Transaction No [protected]. Paytm showed that the order is successful (pls find the attachment) but i never got any balance in my account. When i contacted paytm they told that it would be a problem from the merchant side, i.e., bsnl. so i did contact with bsnl customer care and they told that there was no such recharge on that day. however i booked one complaint with them (docket number: 1D[protected]. Now the docket is closed and i still haven't received any balance. now the paytm ([protected]@paytm.com) is also not responding and my complaint (Ticket #[protected]: RCtkt - Help Query) is pending with them. i want an immediate refund or balance in my account. regards, Arnab Sen

        well, this is not just the end!
        one person called me up at my number from [protected] around 03:16 pm today (23/04/2015). He introduced himself as paytm executive and was calling me on the basis of my complaint number( Ticket #[protected]: RCtkt - Help Query). He also sent an OTP (came from BZ-iPaytm). i did share the otp as i believed that he is the internal person of paytm as he had the access to my account and he could tell some of my details and also the 1st and last 4 digits of my credit card number before i read out the OTP. He also wanted to know the details of me and my credit card details for some verification. I declined to share the CVV number and full number of my credit card. He wanted to know the details of the credit card because i made the transaction through my credit card while recharging the amount mentioned in the complaint. Anyway i didn't share anything of the credit card except the 1st and last 4 digits which he could tell without any information from me.
        But after that some strange things happened. i got email for resetting password which i saw later. and also some transactions has been made from my paytm account (see the attachments). and finally i discovered that i can't login to my account and the username/email id registered to the account doesn't exists now. so my paytm account is closed!!!
        So, it is clear that some internal candidate is doing all the mischief! and when i complain in paytm, apart from giving a ticket number[protected] they are very ignorant to reply. I feel very unsafe now with paytm.
        i want an immediate action on this and i request paytm to find out that fraud!

                  I had Booked a bus ticket through PAYTM Webportal For NTRS Travels from Hyd to Banglore. Paytm Had deducted money from my account and mailed me ticket also.. i am waiting at the busstop for the bus, But the bus didnot come.. i waitied nearly for 2hours and bus didnot come.. i called to paytm help line, but the call is automatically diconnecting. even i sent the mail, they responded me after 12 hours.. finally i lost my journey, and i have to attend an intervie ib banglore. i lost iot

                        sir imy friend paid tata docomo postpaid bill through paytm.com and payment order is successfull ORDER NO.[protected] Amount paid -755 mobile number -[protected](post paid) order is suucessful by paytm.com but i have not recieved confirmation message from tata docomo after two days i have contacted tata docomo customer care they said u have not paid bill and we have not recieved payment from paytm.com i chesked tata docomo website there is still showing outstanding amount... i have contacted paytm.com for update confirmation please see the proof below attached i have contacted paytm.com customer care is not responding and i have mailed to paytm.com not responded please take an action on paytm.com i am waiting for reply thank you b.bhanu prakash([protected]) any details contact -[protected]

                          Firstly, the order was confirmed by Paytm. Then, different dates were committed for delivery of product. Although, my bank account was debited at the time of placing order, I literally had to beg for the delivery of product as if I was asking it for free. All of a sudden, I receive a message that the order has been automatically cancelled (almost after two weeks). I don't understand, why was the order accepted in first instance and why all false commitments were made as to delivery. Its complete cheating with the consumer where funds have been blocked my for two weeks and no compensation is given for that. Further, I'm not sure whether I will receive the refund back. Additionally, cash back given on transaction is also adjusted with the payment made (limit of exploitation). What i get from paytm is: Loss of money, False promises, Uncertainty as to refund, and Paytm is a complete fraud company authentic in only their promise of cheating consumers. You definitely set a standard of fraud companies among others. Thanks Paytm for such a wonderful experience. I hope I get my refund.

                            I had ordered a bicycle with Order No:[protected]. When I received the bicycle I found that the brake handle was broken. I raised a complaint to [protected]@paytm but Paytm has the worst customer care service ever. They don't reply to the ticket even after asking for updates multiple times. Their phone lines are always busy and there is virtually no way to get heard. Whats the point of giving discounts and giving faulty products and not addressing the issues of customer. Big failure in e-commerce, you guys should have just stuck with Mobile payments

This also have a purchase ID 900795. But I have not purchased anything online, Could you please check the issue and revert back the amount.                                     Please help me with this and return my paytm cash/refund to bank. I don't know what is happening and you are doing anything you want with no reasons. I have placed an order(Order #[protected] yesterday evening is cancelled automatically and then the refunded cash is gone. I don't understand below points: 1. Order cancelled automatically. 2. Instantly added the Paytm cash. 3. PAYTM CASH TRANSFERRED TO UNKNOWN NUMBER. Please resolve this concern asap else I need to take serious steps. Also I need a firm reason that if it is a technical glitche or something else. See the attached screenshot regarding the paytm cash. I have also emailed you this with no response. Gaurav

                                        Dear Team, I had booked HTC Mobile (desire 620G) online through Paytm on 9th April, 15 and received my order on 20th April, 15. The mobile which I received is a dead device and not getting started. When I visited HTC service centre in Malad- Mumbai, I was informed that this device was used once on 27th March, 15 and hence they cannot provide DOC certificate. I have written several mails about this issue to [protected]@paytm.com, but I am not getting a proper response. Now I want to cancel/replacement of my order on very very very urgent basis. I have no option to call and speak with paytm executives and even no one is bothered to call me. This was my first transaction with Paytm and I am facing very bad experience.
