Dear Sir, i have been order a Vega Helmet (SIZE-MEDIUM) in PAYTM website on 6 April, 2015 (Order Id No.[protected], and we have recieved this parcel on dated 13, April, 2015, but i have recieved Wrong Size(Small) Helmet from PAYTM, helmet is too tight for me.. and i was request to PAYTM for Return and he was accepted the request and promise that 7 working days he done the reverse pickup, but till date he is not pick up and also not refund my amount.. i was complain three time & today also complain, but not positive response from them, any time he wrote that "within 2 days your complain resolve" but after 2 days complete and problem is still that. so dear sir, please resolve my problem as soon as possible.     Sir, I purchased one 16 GB OTG pen drive from paytm.com worth Rs. 518/- this pen drive is working not properly. its working both side like one side USB and second side OTG for smartphones. I recieve this pen drive and some days are not open that. I open this pen drive after some days and I saw that this pen drive is working only one side (Only USB) and OTG function not working.         I have recharged Internet pack with Rs 299 for 2G Internet pack on 9th April 2015 and the said benefit was 3 GB for 56 days but getting the wrong benefit. Several times i have complained but my problem not yet solved also the wrong benefit of 5000 min v2v has been withdrawn. But my data benefit has not been credited. So now I am neither having 5000 min nor any data benefit.The recharge amount of rs.299 has neither been credited.           machine is defective not working in properly

          Hi, I have done DISHTV(VC number [protected]) recharge on 15th April with my id sahir.[protected]@gmail.com. I have used ICICI credit card to do the recharge for the same. I have checked my credit card and Rs.500 deducted but the recharge is not happened to Dishtv.I have dropped them mail about the issue on 18th April in which Bhavna from Paytm(Ticket#[protected] replied that bill/payment is successful from their end. I have sent reply to Bhavna that the Ddishtv is not recharge yet and asked her to look into this matter, but till date have not received any response from them. I have chased again them to look into this matter, but nobody from Paytm is bothered to reply the same. I am really disappointed with their services. Hope to get response/resolution from Paytm soon.                 Two days before, I have recharged 100 rs top-up of airtel through Paytm and they deducted my amount of the same amount from my hdfc debit card but I haven't received recharge of the same till now. I have contacted many of them (support team) but they not solving my problem. How the can do this to anyone o[censored]s. If someone would have need urgent recharge then what should they do. DO dome justice for me.

                      Ordered a citizen bp monitor machine on 6th of april, which was promised to be delivered by 16th of april, but till now it has not been delivered . Raised many tickets with them but did not get satisfactory result from any of them. Also they are not even telling what is the current status of the product nor the date as to by when this can be delivered. This is worst e shopping experice i had . Am planning to sue paytm legally.

                            Dear sir/madam, I ordered Sony bravia TV with paytm on[protected], it was supposed to deliver by[protected], it was not delivered on the said date, I contacted paytm customer care through mail. They said it will be shipped at the earliest and will get delivered on or before 13-04-15, as said I didn't received my consignment. From that day I am mailing to paytm care.there were no proper response.on 20th I got mail from paytm that my order got delivered. I was shocked, I have not received my consignment. When I tracked with first flight courier awb# sent by paytm, it is showing some other shipment address and not my address registered while ordering with paytm, regarding this I have mailed to paytm customer care, service head, grevience officer, but there were no action taken nor positive reply from paytm. I made my payment through credit card. Kindly look into this and arrange for delivering it to me at the earliest.                                       On 20/04/2015 i made one recharge on my bsnl number [protected] of STV Rs. 135 through paytm. The paytm ORDER NO.[protected] Apr '15 11:41 am) and CC Transaction No [protected]. Paytm showed that the order is successful (pls find the attachment) but i never got any balance in my account. When i contacted paytm they told that it would be a problem from the merchant side, i.e., bsnl. so i did contact with bsnl customer care and they told that there was no such recharge on that day. however i booked one complaint with them (docket number: 1D[protected]. Now the docket is closed and i still haven't received any balance. now the paytm ([protected]@paytm.com) is also not responding and my complaint (Ticket #[protected]: RCtkt - Help Query) is pending with them. i want an immediate refund or balance in my account. regards, Arnab Sen

                                      update: sorry for the inconvenience. just now i found out that the number on which i made recharge is [protected] which is not my number. i withdraw the complaint hereby.

                                      well, this is not just the end!
                                      one person called me up at my number from [protected] around 03:16 pm today (23/04/2015). He introduced himself as paytm executive and was calling me on the basis of my complaint number( Ticket #[protected]: RCtkt - Help Query). He also sent an OTP (came from BZ-iPaytm). i did share the otp as i believed that he is the internal person of paytm as he had the access to my account and he could tell some of my details and also the 1st and last 4 digits of my credit card number before i read out the OTP. He also wanted to know the details of me and my credit card details for some verification. I declined to share the CVV number and full number of my credit card. He wanted to know the details of the credit card because i made the transaction through my credit card while recharging the amount mentioned in the complaint. Anyway i didn't share anything of the credit card except the 1st and last 4 digits which he could tell without any information from me.
                                      But after that some strange things happened. i got email for resetting password which i saw later. and also some transactions has been made from my paytm account (see the attachments). and finally i discovered that i can't login to my account and the username/email id registered to the account doesn't exists now. so my paytm account is closed!!!
                                      So, it is clear that some internal candidate is doing all the mischief! and when i complain in paytm, apart from giving a ticket number[protected] they are very ignorant to reply. I feel very unsafe now with paytm.
                                      i want an immediate action on this and i request paytm to find out that fraud!
