Dear sir/madam,
I ordered Sony bravia TV with paytm on[protected], it was supposed to deliver by[protected], it was not delivered on the said date, I contacted paytm customer care through mail. They said it will be shipped at the earliest and will get delivered on or before 13-04-15, as said I didn't received my consignment. From that day I am mailing to paytm care.there were no proper response.on 20th I got mail from paytm that my order got delivered. I was shocked, I have not received my consignment. When I tracked with first flight courier awb# sent by paytm, it is showing some other shipment address and not my address registered while ordering with paytm, regarding this I have mailed to paytm customer care, service head, grevience officer, but there were no action taken nor positive reply from paytm. I made my payment through credit card. Kindly look into this and arrange for delivering it to me at the earliest. Paytm order #[protected], First flight awb# D991B3963021

I have account on paytm with registered mobile no.[protected] & email id [protected]@gmail.com. i have money in my paytm wallet . My account is blocked for the last 15days without assigning any reason to me. I registered a complaint with ticket no.[protected] on [protected]@paytm.com.
Even after registering a mail and repeated reminder, solution does not come. I mailed 14 email to paytm, now they are not responding to my mails.
Kindly suggest me the remedial solution for my problem.
