I ordered a product (Keyboard + Mouse) from PayTM which was found to be defective. A key of the keyboard was responding in an unusual way. So I requested for refund/replacement. They arranged a pickup, but the pickup boy refused to visit and take the product. And now PayTM has canceled the pickup stating that I have canceled the pickup.     Order Number[protected] Email received from Paytm on 2nd April that order is delivered to you. I immediately wrote back mentioning I have not yet received the order. Since than every time new customer executive writes a mail asking for 48 to72 hrs to solve the issue. I even requested for refund but no positive response. Today again I got mail from Paytm saying delivery has been made on 2nd April and POD is attached. But, I have not received the delivery till now.

          I have ordered coirfit mattress size 75x48 i paid amount for this size. But i got 72x48 eventhough sticker is prinnted as 75x48 cheating the seller if dont have that before why u didnt inform me replace the size otherwise cancel the order (I raised case of cheating the customer)

                I have booked bus ticket from Bangalore to guntur and immediately cancelled the ticket. (Order no[protected]. I got Below reply... Hi Mahesh, I am Arun and I am going to do my best to solve your problem. As per our record you have cancelled your ticket, but as per the cancellation policy you are not eligible for refund. Cancellation Policy Details:- Refund Percentage Hours before Departure 0% Between 0 Hrs. to 4Hrs. 50% Between 4 Hrs. to 12Hrs. 80% Between 12 Hrs. to 24Hrs. 85% Before 24 Hrs. I hope this helps.                   Dear Sir, Today noon suddenly I received a message contained six digit code and after that some other person called me from the mobile number [protected] and asked about the code, I said him the code and then I received two massages related to balance transfer from my account, which is neither done by me or I needed ever. Now when I am trying to log in through my number [protected], it is showing there- this number is registered with another mail id. So kindly arrange to remove my number connection with other mil id and connect with my original id as [protected]@gmail.com and oblige.

                    Order No.[protected] I used paytm application from my Microsoft Lumia 532 which having offer of getting cash back of 600 (per month 150) by paying bill using promo code lumia532. When I did the same, I doesn't get cash back. I called to customer care many times, but doesn't get assistance. Now this feels me harassment by not offering what they promised.                             This is for your information that I made payment on 30.3.2015 to reliance netconnect thr your paytm service for datacard payment of Rs.2452/- .But due to termination of my datacard [protected] the transaction failed but it has been debited from my account .Later I got message that the said amount has been refunded to my Paytm Wallet .Now it has almost 20 days I have not received ur mail or call for the payment.                                 Recently I Bought Skull Candy Headset for 179 which they showed MRP for 2499 and offer price as 179 but when I am receiving the product i very disappointed because Its the duplicate and Its not even worth for 30 Rupees and its the damaged one I asked replacement for Paytm and they are replying as "I'd like to inform you that there are 10 days seller warranty on OEM In Ear Headphones (S2IKDZ-144) (Black And Gold), so please visit your nearest service centre for the same along with invoice." So Please resolve this issue as soon as possible like me any other going to suffer

                                  I placed an order for 2 puma t-shirts on Mar 5, 2015 order no.[protected]. Until now I have not received the product. When I contact customer care they take 4-5 days to respond and say they will resolve the issue in 3-4 days and the same thing happened 5-10 times until now and still waiting for the refund.                                         I placed an order for a dinner set on 13th April, 2015, till date (21st April, 2015) I have received no response. i have raised my complaint many times but no one bothered to reply. Call immediately option when we place a complaint are also of no use. I doubt they even see the complaint we raise. More than 60 min hold when I called up the customer care number. (Trust me I am still on hold after 60mins) Are your customer service representative this busy or do you have only 2 -3 customer care representative? Extremely poor service. I regret using this paytm. I recommend people not to waste their time in using paytm. YOU PEOPLE HAVE TRIED MY PATIENCE. Please bother answering the complaints also.
