I am continuos contact with Paytm support but he never response. we already have ticket opened for it. ticket id :Ticket #[protected]. No one can respond on Paytm side. not level1, level2 or level3.

my payment got failed when i was filling my bses electricity bill paytm charged my 1450 rupess now its showing paytm has tranferred my money to bank but its not appearing into my account paytm is completely fraud there is no way to contact them no customer care number and on mail they only say sorry everytime and never solve the problem my ticket number is[protected] sir i also order for two bottle of spazyme syrup but i only got one its been very bad experience so far

I buy dell laptop from paytm on march 20 but getting defective

I had booked a ticket with paytm, but just now I got a call from
travel agency stating that the tickets are cancelled due to over
booking. So I want my Money back and also need compensation for the
worst service.

i have ordered a travel adapter with order no.[protected] on 17th of april 2015. but 8 days till 25th april the status is saying"handed over to courier" and after 27th april the status said that it is shipped and should delivered on 30th may.but i didn't display the shipping details. i have waited for 4 days, then i got fraustated and cancel the order on 30th april. but till now the status is showing "return requested". they are not taking any further action. when communicating through mail, they are only replying "our concerned team will look at it and get back to you in 48-72 hours." but till now i didn't get my money.it's been 20 days from the day of order. please help me to get my money. or else they won't return me.

Hi this is sukesh.I want to tell you a fraud done by paytm.I ordered an item worth 2200 rupees weighing 500 gms.they sent me an item resembes to the item I had ordered weighing 1300 gms.the price o that item was 1675 rupees.they add delivery charges to 1675 to show the item is worth 2200.as when I had placed the order the delivery charges were zero.they played trick with me.bit as I hold the item I camr to know this is not the item weighing 500gms this.they sold me an item of 1675 rupees in 2200 rupees..

When I talked to paytm abt this they adviced to send the item through courier at your cost we will refund you 2200 rupees addition with courier charges.I did the same.the day parcel delivered to paytm I get a mail that your refund is cancelled.now the paytm has parcel and money and I left with nothing.this company wears a logo SEAL OF TRUST.

I placed the order on 07-may. still not received my product however expected delivery date was 12-may then they changed it to 14-may and today is 15-may.when i tracked with courier dehlivery it shown that it till take more 7 days, pathetic service.

I had placed order thru Paytm for Seagate Backup Plus Slim (STDR1000302) External 1 TB Hard Disk (Blue) on 22.06.2015.

As per them, the Order was shipped by them on 25.06.2015 thru M/s Swapnex Logistics vide AWB no.[protected] on 26.06.2015.

I have been trying to approach M/s Swapnex for the status of the delivery, but the phone nos provided are either not reachable/switched off or are not picked. The mails being sent to M/s Swapnex customer care are bouncing back from their server.

I have been contacting M/s Paytm for last 3 days for the delivery status, but their standard reply is "We would get back to you within 72 hours."

I cannot believe that in the current stage of e-commerce, an e-commerce company can actually be so apatetic to the customers.

Considering the circumsatncesm, I do not know, whether my consgnment would actually reach me or not, but I WOULD LIKE TO CAUTION ALL OTHER TO BE CAUTIOUS OF PLACING ORDERS THRU PAYTM.
