Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I had ordered a set of Gritstone T-shirts and Kouton denims from Paytm, order no.[protected], dated 12/04/2015. My complaint is concerned with the set of Gritstones t-shirts pack. The size that I had chosen was medium but the order details displayed size as small due to which I cancelled the order, but as it was already handed to the courier I was asked not to accept the product once it reaches me. The product was delivered to my house today and since I was not at home, my parents unaware of the situation accepted the order. I still tried to confirm if it fits me just to avoid the long return procedure.The product does not fit me and I therefore want to return the product and want refund for the same. I have written to the paytm customer care thrice but there has been no reply from their side yet. The return policy is subject to time limit. The notification states that they shall take 48hrs to reply to the query and there has been no reply from their side. If they take so long to reply to my complaints the process shall exceed the time limit and any hope of the product being replaced or refunded shall be lost. The other e-commerce sites act upon the complaints within 4 hrs. I am really stressed with regards to the casual approach they have towards their customers. Kindly do the needful to help me get my hard earned money back.

        Hi, This is D.B.KIRAN KUMAR and i have a concern regarding a product which i have recently order with paytm. I have received a defective product( PIGEON MIXER) where i see a crack like line near the mixer wheel and when i try to turn on the Mixer it is giving some sort of noisy sound. Please find attached images of the same and my kind request to you is i need a replacement of this product.           I have received my product. It is defected piece and not working. It's quality very poor and also scratches on side of product. I think it is used product. I have complain on there site but there is no response. And now currently order status is shipping there is no option for return product.

            I have ordered "Anmol Iranese Kishmish(970 Grams)" from PayTm order no.[protected]. They have sent me rotten product which was also very different from what they have shown in the product product page also. When I informed them about it they are asking me to courier the product to some address. I don't have time to go to courier and follow up the things for a KG of Kishmish . Better I back-out and loose the money which may not that important because this has given me a lesson. I don't understand where is there hassle free return policy. Please be care full while ordering any product from PayTm. Initial it may seems to be good deal but at the end you will end-up paying for nothing.

                        Order No:[protected]. Rs.299 recharge for mobile no. [protected], was showing successful, but I got an sms from Reliance- (Your request cannot be processed). Kindly take an action as soon as possible. As like 10-12 hrs has already passed. Their Reply :- Suchit, Apr 18, 13:22: Hi there, I’m Suchit, and I am going to do my best to solve your problem. I understand that the recharge/bill payment for your mobile number [protected] did not go through but your bank account/card was charged. I feel terrible that you had to experience that. We could do better! I checked your account and found that the recharge/bill payment is now showing as successful in our system and was delivered on 18 Apr 20152:58 am. In case you have still not received the recharge/bill payment, please wait for another 2 hours. Sometimes, it gets late due to latency in server. I hope this helps.                           hi, I had bought a portable charger of Intex whose order No is[protected] on 11th march 2015 . it was commited that I would be given 50% cash back . the item cost was Rs 1261 and accordingly cash back was 630. i wrote to customer care several times but every time the reply would be a copy and pasted one only the name of the executive would change. The reply to my mails would be that i need to verify my mobile no . i wrote to them that my mobile no is already verified but still i got the same copy and paste reply as earlier. the cashback has still not been added to my account.My repeated mails to paytm service head has also not solved my problem. The answer remained the same . My account is showing mobile and mail id as verified.Had my no not been verified then how come it is showing as verified and if at all it is not verified then what is different procedures of verifying nos as i know only one. Its been nearly1.5 months that I purchased the product and nearly 15 trail mails have been sent to service center and service head through various ticket nos. kindly see i get my commited to me cash back at the earliest if at all i am to get it as now i am really starting to doubt intentions . hoping against hope to get my cash back fro PAYTM.

                                    My name is Ahmed and I am from Surat. On10 April I placed order for a memory card at paytm and paid the amount rs 925 through debit card. Actually there were two types of memory cards which I wanted but I ordered for SanDisk mobile ultra 32GB class 10 microSD memory card. The estimate date to receive the courier was 12 april but I got it on 16th. when I opened courier I saw that it was not the one which i ordered but was SanDisk Ultra MicrosdHC 32GB (UHS-I Class10) memory card Which was of rs 765. I have complained at Paytm helpline since 2 days but I haven't got any satisfactory reply. This is a cheating done to customers and request u to take strict actions.. pic is attached for the proof which contains 1 pic the product which I chose n 2 was another low priced. 3-confirmation for product I ordered n 4-product which I received is same as 2 which is low priced.                                       Go to contact us on the right hand side top and fill up the details, a mail will be sent to them from your account.
                                      Or you can mail them to [protected]@paytm.com
                                      I dont see their telephone number but you can use the above methods to complain.
