Sir, I have used LOVE14 promo code for Rs 500 transaction on PAYTM portal on 12 feb 15 (Paytm Cash Transaction No : 293BA58AE5EC9A00) and it was shown that Rs 70 will be credited as cash back in 1 hour. However, the same was not credited. Thereafter, I wrote a email to Paytm (email id: [protected]@paytm.com) and received the reply on 13 Feb 15 (As stated below). Also, the same code validity was till 14 Feb 15, but it was being shown as expired prior to use two more attempts left. Just got a call from Paytm Stating they would refund it in account. But to my atmost disbelieve they dont have listed HDFC, State Bank, Axis in their list. And they regretted to pay as they i dont have bank account they have listed. And they dont have any other way to refund and they disconnected.
Can You please explain :
1. Why major Banks are not listed ?
2. Why the cashback is not credited to Wallet ( as done with my earlier oders i.e[protected],[protected] ?
3. Why do they have guys on Helpdesk who dont know how to handle things and Talk?
4. Why are the terms and condition not specified for the Cashback?
