Hello Mr Hitesh, Ahshan, Akash & Shivani Thank you for the reply Regarding your Questions about the package 1. Was the packaging appearing to be tampered with when you received the product? I have received the package in a very very bad condition and this is the first time which i had received from any of the online suppliers and this is done by only PayTM ( I have attached the picture of the package ) 2. Was the packaging sealed or partially open? Regarding the opening it is been not opened i think because the cover is given is PayTM cover only so i imagined that it is not being opened 3.     jiska order no[protected] hai jiske mene 14700/= rs diye the yeh product mujhe aaj 2/7/15 tak na to mila na hi mujhe mere paise wapis mile mene online check kiya to paytm ne 27/5/15 ko fedex courier se jiska docket no[protected] tha mujhe bheja par 1/6/15 ko fedex ne yeh courier wapis shipper ko return kar diya or comment kiya ki unable to deliver shipment returend to shipper or return kar diya jiska docket no[protected] yeh hai

        There is an option on paytm to transfer money to friends and i did the same thing and transferred 1000 rs to my friend on 1st april. still it is showing the status as pending so they have taken the money from my account and they havent send the money to my friend. i sent the mail to paytm care then also they are not doing anything.

            Sir, I have used LOVE14 promo code for Rs 500 transaction on PAYTM portal on 12 feb 15 (Paytm Cash Transaction No : 293BA58AE5EC9A00) and it was shown that Rs 70 will be credited as cash back in 1 hour. However, the same was not credited. Thereafter, I wrote a email to Paytm (email id: [protected]@paytm.com) and received the reply on 13 Feb 15 (As stated below). Also, the same code validity was till 14 Feb 15, but it was being shown as expired prior to use two more attempts left.                   Hi This Is Anurag. I booked bus tickets (Order no:[protected] from Chennai to Bangalore dated 10th April 2015. I got a call from Bus Service that the bus has been cancelled. When I dropped a complain asking for the full refund, I got a response from some Jaypal on 7th April 2015 saying that they are checking with the Bus operators and they will be intimating us within 72 hours. Its already 15th April 2015, still havent got any response from Paytm neither have got the refund.

                    Hi paytm, my order id is[protected] dated 11th April 2015 12.55 pm which is i cancelled bus ticket.I Send 7 times mails regarding my refund money to [protected]@paytm.com but i didnt get single mail from your side.Its really feel very sad bcoz such big company never respond for concern mail.Still my problem is not Resolved and now i cant check my money where it is.It is not in bank account neither in paytm wallet.Where is my money i am afraid you guys r very careless and not trustworthy.So i request you please look into this matter and refund my money as early possible.otherwise i will escalate it to high level.I m looking forward for your reply.

                    Booked a ticket journey on 30th May 2015.
                    The Bus operator called on 29tha and said that the bus was cancelled due the Bundh.
                    He took my account details and said he would refund the amount to the bank acc.
                    But the refund never came.
                    I contacted Paytm care but in vain no replies at all.
                    Searched google found a few who had faced the same already.
                    Never again with paytm.
                    Paytm karo aur apna paisa waste karo.

The tampered and broken it was looking very old packaging, there was no seal presents on the Sony they sold me the duplicate product. 2. the above product is claiming 10000 mAH power supply but its not working only, even the 2000mAH bettry cant be charge by this product. 3. No reply from customer care team after giving complaint 2 times (Ref. No. (Your ticket no is[protected] on 06.04.15 and[protected] on 10.04.15). i have received the product on 4th evening and immidiately registered the comlaint. 4. No one picks the call on customer call.there is no direct calling option to cc executive. its causing the mental harassment to the customers 5. The product is false and its cheating from the seller so, we cant accept that at any cost

Due to this reason, I am also not able to register myself there. I have already sent numerous emails to Paytm care but I have not got any resolution done. I have only received one email saying that the issue has been resolved, but I still am receiving numerous emails as of today as well. Some time the number is so high, like >9 every day. I have also send an email to Paytm today but have not received any response till now. I am not able to contact them as there is no customer care number available for the complains. I tried one number[protected] but still not able to talk about this issue with anybody. I am very much fed up by this.
