Dear Admin, I reserved a ticket for simhapuri travels from bangalore to nellore, journey date is[protected], suddenly i got a message yesterday saying that bus is cancelled due to break down, can you tell me how those travels people predict and tell us what is happening on[protected], are they gods. very simple reason why they cancelled the bus is from[protected] all IT people are getting 3 days holidays so they can earn more. when they opened booking for that bus they released offer from paytm as 500rs and payback amount is 250. They didn't recognize on that day holidays will come. see i am going to post the same issue what i faced in fb twitter and other social media what happened and i am suffering now without having bus tickets to do journey on[protected]. Your site will get bad name and no one will reserve the tickets as it is like a cheating the people. I am expecting some response and action against them, i will wait for 2 days other wise i post in fb...

    I ordered Spice Blue Men Loafers (Size-10) on 13th of April with order#[protected] and received on 17th of april but when i received the delivery it was totally disappointing the color of the loafer was red instead of blue, size was 9 instead 10. I don't why do you do like this. I am a frequent online purchaser & according to me for every online purchase made any company send their return address along with the product delivered which you all don't do.If you are with of stock with the product you should inform first to customer rather sending anything what you have and making your customer feel embarrassing. Worst experience ever, don't know what is gonna happen with my second order made on the same date.

        Sir/Madam, I am Animesh. I ordered a product from Paytm.I ordered 2 ' Tupperware snack cup set of 2 ' on 21 March 2015. It was delivered on 1 April 2015. Later on I didn't fund the product satisfactory, so I placed a reverse order for the product on 5 April 2015. They didn't replied me within 48 hours as they had written. So I again placed a reverse order 5 April 2015. Again they didn't replied. So again on 8 April 2015 and 12 April 2015 after they had not replied me I wrote to their officer, he replied next day that the reverse order could not be taken as I ordered the reverse order can not be placed because I did not ordered on time. I also then told them that Reverse Order can be placed within 5 days on delivery as written in website.What can I do now. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com And my phone number is [protected]

          The address I entered was while making the order was not complete, but I realised it with in few minutes after that and made an address change request ..all this happened yesterday in the evening around 4pm[protected] and today[protected] in the morning I got a mail that they cant do anything about it.

              I am trying to get in touch with paytm since last three days and sent so many request to get in touch with me but no response. I bought iPad mini retina display 128 gb (silver color) order no:[protected], but I received space grey color and that too when i opened the sealed box and configure and registered it with my id and when i took it out from the plastic cover i was shocked to see that has a dent on back side i dint think of it as the box packing was absolutely ok. (Enclosing pictures of the product and packaging) I wrote a request and asked for replacement and not refund of money and for the same i need to have a clarity whether paytm or seller have it in stock or not other wise let me know about any other model available, but suprisingly no revert. And yesterday i.e. On 15th someone came to my house for taking back ipad for processing refund without bothering to even inform or giving me a call assuming that i am available on that address 24x7, how unprofessional!!! And same day I received a message that i denied my refund request!! How the hell am I supposed to convey to that guy to give me call before arranging a pickup, on top of that i am not even sure if i return my product for how long do i need to follow up for my refund or replacement, when i have no contact number of paytm which is working i tried many numbers available on internet but to my surprise none is getting connected to paytm executive. This is the scenario when i want to know just the availability of the second peice of the ipad with same configuration i ordered.! Only i can imagine if i give this product back for how long do i need to chase paytm guys for my money or replacement! Please understand my situation and process my case on a level where in I can speak with your executive and get a clear pictures in respect to the resolution of my case.                   Hi, I booked a bus ticket from Delhi to Nanital for the date 2nd April 10.30 pm departure of the bus. I booked it on 1st of April 2015. However, I had to cancel it due to some reasons and I mailed Paytm on 2nd April 8.28 AM which is nearly 14 hours before the bus travel (Can be confirmed in the attachments below.). However, 2 days later, I received an email from Paytm that I informed them too late and they stated there policy which clearly stated that I should get 50% refund. I replied them back immediately and after that I got no response.I even reported the issue on play store and was asked to mail at a different id which I did and I got no response again. I even called on the toll free number and recorded the whole grievance but got no response again. You can find all the attachments of all the emails I sent to Paytm. I really think that even though the money is really less but I deserve a refund as I feel cheated clearly. I am taking this last step of posting the story here. If the issue does not gets resolved in 48 hours, I'll be going to the consumer court for sure. Thanks, Siddharth kathuria

                    i bought a kassan blue stretchable jeans but the jeans i have received is not stretchable. Also the product received is not same as shown on the website.it is not stretchable at all and the fabric quality is too bad. Its colour is very fade.overall unsatisfied & disappointed.

                      My PAYTM ordered :[protected], I was receiving the order but they had Sent me very poor quality, not genuine product so I have complain on there site, Now since seven days gone there is no response. I have requested for the return the part and refund my money even after in one hour but no luck at all. Not sure what the hell is going on with his PAYTM.

                        I received a broken photo frame. Kindly replace it. Complaint has been put via mail. A reply saying problem resolved received but what was the resolution I didn't understand.                               hi, i have ordered a helmet on paytm.com on28mar, 2015. and they gave me estimated delevery time 3april, 2015. and helmet not delevered yet. when i was complaining them for my query they said that helmet has been delevered. and they never pick my call.. so please help me in this case so that i can get my money back.

My order no. is '[protected]' As i have also consulted with the bus service person told me that its ok it will be done but as i have booked a ticket from PAYTM so he told me that you have to make it from their. I request you to do the needful at the earliest. I tried to call at the no. provided in your mail but it is realy disgusting, I called 40 times but not able to get connected to your customer service executive. I have also mailed 2-3 times but didn't got any response from your side. Awaiting for you reply.

                                  I had made a online payment(of Rs. 432/-) with Paytm for Airtel Sim no.- 9535xxxx54, using net
                                  banking on 11th March 2014.
                                  When contacted Airtel customer care, they said that transaction was not
                                  successful & the amount cannot be refunded.

                                  Transaction No: IG00SGSKQ2.

                                  But When I contacted my Bank, got to know that transaction was successful-after
                                  verifiying with merchant(i.e. Airtel), so the amount got deducted from my bank
                                  account.

                                  And Airtel Support suggested me to contact the third party website(paytm) from which i have made payment. Please help me through the process.

                                    I am highly unsatisfied with the product (Saree, Order#[protected] as the product's quality is not appreciable and of very low standard. The product shown in display pictures is varied from the actual product received. No Customer Care Number is mentioned on the site and it is getting too difficult to return the product and get refund as they are not providing any procedure to do the same (in contrary to guarantees they have given on site for refund of money or exchange).

                                      I request public in large to be cautious against forged company paytm who is selling duplicate products under brand name and voilating intellectual property law. I bought a so called samsung power bank from paytm after receiving my product i noticed it hardly charged my mobile to the extent of 10 % then i gain tried three four days but the resulkt is same. Then i contacted paytm several times first they were ready to refund my money back thereafter they ignored my complaint and defrauded me by taking Rs.950/- from me by selling local third class product in the name of samsung. Around five months are passed till date no support from paytm. Therefore i request public at large to be alert from paytm offers and avoid loss of hard earned money.

                                        Ordered a pair of shoes on 27th March with Order No.[protected]. On 3rd April got mail about shipping of order details (Shipped: Thursday, April 02, 2015, Courier Partner: Swapnex Logistics, AWB/Tracking ID:[protected]. Wrote so many mails regarding this but no action taken. On 13th April I cancelled my order. But till today neither i got my refund nor shoes. Kindly either refund my money or deliver shoes.
