Dear Sir, My name is Kush Verma. My email Id is : verma.[protected]@gmail.com Since last many days I have been receiving numerous emails from Paytm which states that somebody is using my email ID for his /her profile over Paytm. Due to this reason, I am also not able to register myself there. I have already sent numerous emails to Paytm care but I have not got any resolution done. I have only received one email saying that the issue has been resolved, but I still am receiving numerous emails as of today as well. Some time the number is so high, like >9 every day. I have also send an email to Paytm today but have not received any response till now. I am not able to contact them as there is no customer care number available for the complains. I tried one number[protected] but still not able to talk about this issue with anybody. I am very much fed up by this. I dont know about the one who is using this profile so much that everyday I am getting these kind of emails. Regards, Kush Verma

Activation of Paytm- Mobile [protected] is not done and money is not transferred to my wallet, as per Paytm Offer. I have registered complaint to customer care and ticket no. is[protected].               Hi, I have placed one order ORDER NO.[protected] WD My Passport Ultra (WDBZFP0010BBK-NESN) 1 TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black) worth Rs4608. The time i ordered the hard disk there was an ongoing scheme of Rs1000 cashback on harddisk. Even though on paytym the hard disk was 600Rs costlier than other ecommerce site, i purchased from paytym. It was mentioned that it will take around 24hrs post delivery of product to reflect cashback. Its been 4days now but i have not received any amount in my paytym wallet. I have even dropped a mail on paytym support but still no response been made. There is no customer care number where one can call and assist. Even on toll free number, you can just record your complain. Now don't know where to ask. Regards Mohit

                        I had purchased a product (hard disk) from Paytm Order no - #[protected] . But by mistake i have entered wrong shipping address & for changing it i had sent an mail to paytm customer care . Next day, a call on registered mobile no came & he told me that he is paytm customer care & this call is in response to mail for correcting shipping address . He then asked me for paytm id & password for changing shipping address, I gave him the details and told us to wait for 2 hours for correction . After 5 min I received a message that your order has been cancelled and money is refunded in paytm wallet account then i tried to open my account but password doesnt match . He had transferred the whole amount of Rs 4580 to his account ..Few digits of his ATM are saved in my id when i changed password & opened my paytm account .I have his recording saved in my mobile which i can send u for future proof.                           Paytm ORDER NO.:[protected] I have ordered product on 6 APR 2015. Paytm didnt shipped the product till yet, 8 days passed. I am continuously mailing them to know product status but no proper reply from them. Just says wait another 48-72 hours every time. I have called them 3-4 times on their helpline [protected] but the phone line just says please wait you are in queue. 3-4 times each time i have waited 25-30 minutes but no answer from them. then complained 15 times to them through mail, i have their ticket numbers for each complaint.No answers for the complaint. I told them to cancel the product and refund my money if they cant arrange the product. For this they said they cant cancel the product. So i am totally helpless.

                            Paytm.com has the worst customer service. They are not trustworthy. A few days back I ordered some items. The seller sent me wrong item and contacted their customer care. Then I got a reply from a customer representative stating to send him the picture of the item and the package that I received. And asking if the package was intact. So, in my reply I told him the packing was in good condition and sent him the snaps. Since, then I got no response from the customer representative. I have even sent 3 reminder emails but no response and it has been a week I have been waiting for their response. Paytm.com is not trustworthy.

                              Hi, I don't know what Paytm is upto. I have placed an order[protected]. I have paid Rs.18, 000/- the amount have been deducted from my account and I have even confirmed with the bank. they are telling that the transaction is very much valid. I sent around 8 mails and this is my 9th mail. I got 3 wonderful mails. One gut told that my mobile will be delivered in 1-2 days. Another guy told it will be delivered in 3-4 days. One more guy told payment is not at all done. I have no words to say after those 3 mails. Funny thing is same guy has told that it will be delivered with in 3-4 days first and again he sent a mail saying payment has not done. You can see those replies below. 1. Dear Sir/Madem, As human being please listen to me carefully, I ordered Panasonic rice cooker for my mom on Paytm.com through pre paid payment of net banking.NB Transaction number: 2429239. dated:24/03/2015 but the order was not shipped/processed for 6 days on 30/03/2015 i got email from Paytm.com that the order has been cancelled by us due to some issues from merchants/Seller end, so we have refunded money to your bank because your wallet limit has exceeded.I got this email on 30th march 2015 till now i am regularly checking my bank account there is not any refund from your end, My wallet limit was exceeded at that time when you initiated refund, If you have any issue in sending my refund to bank so i request you to send my refund in my paytm account wallet.If it is not possible then please tell me where is my refund and when will i get it.16 days passed when refund was initiated but no refund, Requesting you to forward my complaint to concerned team to look where is the problem.I have attached my bank statement (microsoft excel format) in this email, as it was said by you to send the bank statement from order day till now.Now i am not able to shop on Paytm bcoz i am in confusion what to do as you can see i always shop in prepaid payment so you better understand my problem as human being. These were my words to [protected]@paytm.com but only response I got after 2 days wait for each email sent to [protected]@paytm is that we have technical problem from our end, issue faces by you have been resolved.16 days passed but no refund my bank till now, I have attached my updated bank statement, Please sir give a look on it and see is there any transaction of 5545/= from any source.Sir I don't know what to do know. I have hope on you that you will understand my problems and will help me out. Thanks.

                                    Good morning Sir/Madem, I ordered Panasonic rice cooker on 24/03/2015 but after 7 days on 30/03/2015 it was automatically cancelled by Paytm saying having some issues from merchants end and order has been cancelled.Money has been refunded to your bank.Till now today on 14/04/2015 my bank account is not credited.My issue has not been resolved by you, I have not got refund of 5545/= rupees in my bank till now, I contacted Paytm many times yesterday, it was told by you to send bank statement from ordered date to now, I have already send my bank statement, Now I am again sending my bank statement.Can you tell me what is my mistake, I shopped on Paytm always in prepaid payments because i trusted Paytm but I never expected such experience from Paytm, 16 days passed when I got message that money has been refunded to your bank but not any credit transaction from your end till now, Please have a look in my bank statement, Why I will email you daily regarding this situation, am i mad.You are not understanding your customer's problem.Just send me my hard earned money in my Paytm wallet, if You are facing any problem in transferring it to my bank.I have send my bank statement (microsoft excel format) from my Paytm registered email I'd: [protected]@gmail.com but not refund I got till now.Requesting you to send me my refund.

                                        Hello, This is in reference to a defective iPhone 6 purchased from Paytm. I had ordered iPhone 6 16GB (Silver) from Paytm. Order no:[protected]. It has been about 20 days now since I returned the defective iPhone 6 to the vendor and 15 days since I was told by Paytm that refund would be credited into my account. I have written multiple mails to paytm but the refund has still not been done in my account. I have requested enough number of times for refund of Rs 51070 in my account as the vendor has already received the defective phone 20 days back. Since last month, I am mentally stressed and have wasted enough of my resources i.e time and money but have still not got the refund in my account. I have also written to Grievance cell and Service head of Paytm but I have got nothing other than false promises of my complaint getting resolved in 48 hours. Enough number of tickets have been raised for my complaint of refund but paytm doesn't seem to care a damn about its customers! I am now referring this matter to you as I have given enough time for Paytm to refund Rs 51070 in my account! Request you to please interfere in the matter and provide justice to the honest and helpless customers. I would be obliged if you provide help for my refund alongwith 1 month interest on Rs 51070 and damages for causing mental agony, stress and wastage of my precious resources i.e. time and money.
