Sir, i have orderd apple iphone 6+ for rs 85, 000.from paytm order no #[protected]on 12.04.2015 time 07:30pm.somebody called me today 13.04.205 at 9:20am they tell me we are from paytm and requested my paytm email and password and they login my account and cancelled my order and transferred 85, 000 to his account .my credit card txn no is: [protected].i have already filed a complaint in police station and cybercrime department ..My request to paytm is please refund my amuount or help me to detect theifs ...my phone no is [protected]

    Do not buy anything from Paytm I have purchased Koutons Combo Of 2 Fit Denim Jeans With Power Bank (Size-34). I have received the parcel on today morning around 10:00 and I found that there is 2 fake jeans without any tag and very cheap quality also there was no power bank. Its really very disappointment from Paytm. I was never expected this thing from Paytm as I was using this from couple of years for recharge. Now I am going to stop every relation from Paytm as now these days it became Faketm.

      Order Number: MPtkt[protected] I bought a skullcandy earphone and i received a defective product.Only one side of earphone is working. Its been more than 10 days and there has been no response from the customer care. Even after sending numerous email and photographs of the product. There is no phone number to reach. i would be moving to the consumer court.

        This was my first purchase on paytm. Bought two davidoff cool water perfumes. Paid for them online. I received one product after 8-9 days but not received second one. So i emailed them regarding the same. Got email that the item is packed and ready to be shipped. 15 mins later got email your order has been canceled. No explanation whatsoever. This was the worst experience ever. Not happy with the service. Communication takes 3 days to get reply from them. I demand compensation for messing me about andwasting my time and money My order no is[protected]
        I forgot to mention they cancelled my order after 13 days

          Dear Sir, I did shopping of shopping of samsung microsdhc class 10 evo memory card -16 gb at Rs.525/- (two numbers), i applied a promo code for paytm cash of Rs.150/-. each afer which the card would cost around Rs375/-, but according to them the cash back would be received after the shipment. But even after i received the item I have not received the cash back. After I approach them the answer i received that feedback that i have not applied PROMOCODE.
          I am so much hurt from paytm which I trusted a lot . I purchased many products and done recharges through this site . I purchase a groupon coupon in deal section which was telling pay 500 and get 550 cash back . Cash back should be credited within 5 days but its not. I purchased voucher on 8 of june . And send many emails to paytm about my problem but bothing happend. And most of all there is no phone contact available with paytm . Help me for getting my money 550 rupee

              Sir/Madam, I placed a order no.[protected] on dt. 01.04.2015. As per order the cash back of rs. 7000 will be added with in 24 hrs. in the wallet after delivering of product but after 72 hrs the cash back will not be added in the wallet. Please rectify the problem.

                  Order no : #[protected] I have ordered shoes from paytm.com but I have received different product size also wrong, I have requested to return it same day, and I had receive auto responded email, and said get back to solve your query within 48 hrs, But 3 days no any response also there is no any phone no to talk directly to paytm.com Paytm just offering huge discount to sell out all worth less product which any people not interested, totally horrified with my first online purchase with paytm.com Please don’t trust this fraud company, they will eat your money by offering half amount of cash back or 50% discount

                            I have send multiple emails to this company, i had ordered 5 Power banks out of which 3 turned out to be faulty. They gave me a refund for 2 however thy r not ready to give d refund for the third product i have asked them to get a manager to ring me back, its been almost a month i have received nothing. I emailed them on many occasions but no response. Today i got an emailemail asking me to call them n failed to chk other complaints i raised. Please help

I had explained the same in 2 tickets #[protected], #[protected] but no response from your staff from last 2 weeks, again they are asking these foolish questions..                                   Hi, I have ordered a OEM 10400 mAh MI Power Bank from PAYTM on 30th March 2015. The product was delivered to me on 7th of April 2015 but when I received the product the product was broken and defective. The case was broken the charging point as well as the adapter point, button was damaged and broken from inside. I have written 7 mails to [protected]@Paytm.com till now but I haven't received any reply till now. I have tried to connect to the customer no[protected], +[protected] but every time it goes to voice call. I am very much disturbed and disappointed with the kind of service and product PAYTM deliver. I earnestly request everyone not to bye any product from PAYTM as they cheat and doesn't respond to your queries. Any help from any source would be highly appreciated and very helpfull for me. Kindly share any suggestion.

I REQUESTED PAYTM TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK THE REQUEST WAS APPROVED AND I RECICVED A MESSAGE THAT WITHIN 72 HOURS PAYTM'S COURIER MAN WILL COLLECT THE PRODUCT BACK AND THE AMOUNT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO MY BANK ACCOUT OR IN MY PAYTM WALLET. BUT NOW I AM GETTING A MESSAGE SAYING THAT PAYTM CANT SEND SOMEONE TO COLLECT AND WE OURSELF HAVE TO GO TO PAYTM TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. THIS IS NOT HAPPENING . YOU HAVE TO SEND SOMEONE TO COLLECT BACK THE PRODUCT AND REUFUND MY MONEY BACK VIA TRANSFERRING IT IN THE BANK ACCOUNT. IT IS A FRAUD. I WANT IT TO BE SOVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                      I had booked a bus ticket on paytm.At the date of my journey, the bus operator called me and said that their trip was cancelled and that they have refunded my amount back the same day itself through paytm. It's been about seven days and still I haven't got credited that amount in my bank account or as paytm cash. When I contacted the bus operator again, they said me to contact paytm customer care. I tried calling at the paytm customer care number(+91-[protected]) but there was no response from them. I had also mailed them at [protected]@paytm.com. They replied back with a ticket no.[protected] and said they will be contacting me soon. But there was no further reply from them.

                                        I had purchased a Lenovo Laptop (ORDER NO. [protected] on Mar '15 8:46 am). I found, the product was defective, Laptop screen was broken. I have requested return, they have taken a long time take back the defective laptop and assured that once laptop will reached to merchant, they will refund my amount.
