Dear Sir, I did shopping of shopping of samsung microsdhc class 10 evo memory card -16 gb at Rs.525/- (two numbers), i applied a promo code for paytm cash of Rs.150/-. each afer which the card would cost around Rs375/-, but according to them the cash back would be received after the shipment. But even after i received the item I have not received the cash back. After I approach them the answer i received that feedback that i have not applied PROMOCODE.

I HAD BOUGHT SAMSUNG GALAXY E7 ON 27 MARCH 2015 FROM SAMSUNG AUTHORISED SHOWROOM.THEY PROMISED ME THAT PAYTM WILL GIVE ME THE PAYTM CASH OF RS500 PER MONTH FOR 6 MONTHS AS SAMSUNG IS GIVING THIS OFFER WITH THE PHONE.AND TILL NOW I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PROMO CODE OR PAYTM CASH FROM PAYTM.I HAVE WRITE SO MANY MAILS TO PAYTM BUT THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING ME THE PAYTM CASH AND NOT TELLING THE ACTUAL PROBLEM.EACH TIME SOME NEW PERSON CONTACT ME AND DID NOT GIVE THE SATISFY ANSWER TO ME.I AM REALLY IRRITATE FROM PAYTM.MY REGISTERED MOBILE NO.-[protected] AND EMAIL [protected]@gmail.com.I REQUEST THE CONCERN DEPARTMENT TO TAKE ACTION ON MY COMPLAINT AND HELP ME GETTING MY MONEY.THANK YOU

Sir/Madam, I placed a order no.[protected] on dt. 01.04.2015. As per order the cash back of rs. 7000 will be added with in 24 hrs. in the wallet after delivering of product but after 72 hrs the cash back will not be added in the wallet. Please rectify the problem.

Hi, I have ordered a OEM 10400 mAh MI Power Bank from PAYTM on 30th March 2015. The product was delivered to me on 7th of April 2015 but when I received the product the product was broken and defective. The case was broken the charging point as well as the adapter point, button was damaged and broken from inside. I have written 7 mails to [protected]@Paytm.com till now but I haven't received any reply till now. I have tried to connect to the customer no[protected], +[protected] but every time it goes to voice call. I am very much disturbed and disappointed with the kind of service and product PAYTM deliver. I earnestly request everyone not to bye any product from PAYTM as they cheat and doesn't respond to your queries. Any help from any source would be highly appreciated and very helpfull for me. I had booked a bus ticket on paytm.At the date of my journey, the bus operator called me and said that their trip was cancelled and that they have refunded my amount back the same day itself through paytm. It's been about seven days and still I haven't got credited that amount in my bank account or as paytm cash. When I contacted the bus operator again, they said me to contact paytm customer care. I made 3 transaction of Airtel recharge on 10th Apr of 255rs, 260rs and 50rs though none of the transaction went through and amounts were taken off the card.Later on I received a massage that if the number does not get charged then the amount will be credited back to paytm wallet and now its been more than 24hrs. This is really a huge inconvinience.

I have ordered iPhone6 from Paytm for the price of 49750 with the promo offer of 8000 cashback. After receiving my phone, there is no cashback happened and zero balance in my Paytm wallet. I have received the wonderful reply from Paytm customer care saying that I didn't apply promo code while placing the order. This is absurd reply from Paytm because I was very keen in observing the prices from all websites and found Paytm is cheapest among all online retailers. I am very much conscious that I have used A8K code for cashback and there is no proper response from Paytm either. Please don't believe this daylight robbers and lose your valuable money as like me..
