I have booked bus tickets from Ernakulam to Coimbatore and Coimbatore to Cuddalore few weeks before for travelling on 2nd April. On the day of travel I was waiting for my bus. But when I contacted the travels they told that the bus ha been cancelled. I did not get any message or call regarding this. Due to which I have to miss my vacation. And also my another bus. I was trying to contact Paytm. The customer care is busy always. I am also not able to cancel my tickets. I want my full money back. I am really very much disappointed with the service. Please reply back at least for this mail.

    Wrangler Sky Blue Cotton And Spandex Jeans (Size-30) was buying on 1st april. The delivery day of my order has been 12th april but today also my item is not delivered on my adress. and i was tracking my order but some problem for tracking my order.Few days ago i was buying a mixture grinder and the mixture grinder was canceled by paytm.if order is not delivered by paytm then why show the product on his site.

      I received different product from Paytm so ii return product manually on 6 th April as paytm requested.. And product was reach on 9 th April.. But I don't receive any refund.. My order worth of 325 rupees..and courier charges of 100 rupees

        Dear Sir /Madam, I am a small middle class person, And i suppose to travel on 31st march 2015 to my home on a emergency work, I booked the ticket on same day morning, I didn't get any confirmation till 7.30pm on that day from bus, I only got paytm.com that bus ticket is confirmed . But i called VINAYAKA TRAVELS at 7.30pm, they told me because of Telangana government is charging from today we are cancelled all the buses and you will receive your money in 7 days to the account, for that i need to contact paytm.com.From then I am calling and sending mails to Paytm.com, They are simply saying we will get back to you, they are just escaping from this issue with customer's money. I cannot go to court because even i don't have money to pay to the layer, So kindly Pls take some action and kindly do the needfulORDER NO.           Ticket #[protected] &[protected] dated 6 Feb 15 & 3 Apr 15 has not been resolved. Poor response from customer care of paytm. I did not get any confirmation sms from oprator but paytm account shows recharge successful and still no refund has made for the same.

            Sir I had purchased galaxy e7 on 30th march 2015 . And it was said that paytm should give you cashback of 3000 rupees that is rupees 500 per month for 6 months. But since now they are not replying me. And they have not sent any voucher so that i can redeem the offer of cashback. So kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

              i booked 3 bus seats for 7th April 1.15am from Hubli to Bangalore. PayTM also confirmed my booking with same date and time. But the bus operator(Manish travels) said we booked for next day i.e. 8th April 1.15am. So we didn't used the service itself and informed this to both PayTM and bus operator. I sent many mails regarding this mistake to paytm with screen-shots of booking confirmation details from PayTm and Bus operator but i didnt get any response. My PayTm request Id is[protected]. Please check both the tickets attached for ticket number, date of journey and time, You will find the mistake straight away. And please refund my amount ASAP.

                  i have purchased Pigeon Rapido Cute 1800 W Induction Cooktop(Black)which was damage .paytm accept his fault and arranged for reversed pickup on 12/10/15.

                  but still they have not return my money which is 1383 rs they assured me 24 to 48 hours.

                  wo mugese bolte he ki 24 se 48 hour me money return hoga jo ki aaj tak nahi hua.

                  sir please give me some compensation money also because whenever i call paytm they charge 9 to 10 rs .

                      I purchased two bed sheet from paytm.But it was found defected, i return back to Merchant.Merchant received back before 4 days but no confirmation is given by Paytm. I have already done a number of complaint to paytm . But no response is getting from Paytm . Please help..

                          Respected/Sir & Ma'am I placed an order on Paytm online shopping portal on 31st March 2015 I was supposed to get in 2-3 days but I am still waiting for my order, I made every effort to contact Paytm over email and phone but no resolution, they keep saying its will be delivered in 2-3 days. I patiently waited but now I have lost all my patience after talking to the vendor this morning that my product is shipped back to them..and vendor told me to reach out to PayTm and they never respond. I would like to file my complaint and expect a prompt response and resolution.
