Ticket #[protected] &[protected] dated 6 Feb 15 & 3 Apr 15 has not been resolved. Poor response from customer care of paytm. I did not get any confirmation sms from oprator but paytm account shows recharge successful and still no refund has made for the same.

    Sir I had purchased galaxy e7 on 30th march 2015 . And it was said that paytm should give you cashback of 3000 rupees that is rupees 500 per month for 6 months. But since now they are not replying me. And they have not sent any voucher so that i can redeem the offer of cashback. So kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

      i booked 3 bus seats for 7th April 1.15am from Hubli to Bangalore. PayTM also confirmed my booking with same date and time. But the bus operator(Manish travels) said we booked for next day i.e. 8th April 1.15am. So we didn't used the service itself and informed this to both PayTM and bus operator. I sent many mails regarding this mistake to paytm with screen-shots of booking confirmation details from PayTm and Bus operator but i didnt get any response. My PayTm request Id is[protected]. Please check both the tickets attached for ticket number, date of journey and time, You will find the mistake straight away. And please refund my amount ASAP.

But I haven't received any reply from your side. I am a regular customer of most of the Sites. I haven't faced any problem for my orders which I have ordered their Site. I have one request that please traced my Order and Take necessary action to deliver the same.

          MY ORDER ID IS[protected], I HAVE CANCELLEED THE ORDER I PAYED 49618 THRU CREDITCARD AND 318 THRU PAYTM WALLET BUT I RECIEVED 39618 IN CREDI CARD AND 318 IN PAYTM CASH WHAT ABOUT THE 9999 RS, DEPOSIT IT PLS, 100S MAILS NO RESPONSE PLS DEPOSIT MONEY, 25 DAYS MONEY GTO STRUCKED WITH U PEOPLE 10000 IS BIG AMOUNT FOR ME PLS DEPOSIT PLS, 100S OF MAILS NO ONE IS GETTING WAITING CALL FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR, PLS HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK

          i have purchased Pigeon Rapido Cute 1800 W Induction Cooktop(Black)which was damage .paytm accept his fault and arranged for reversed pickup on 12/10/15.

          but still they have not return my money which is 1383 rs they assured me 24 to 48 hours.

          wo mugese bolte he ki 24 se 48 hour me money return hoga jo ki aaj tak nahi hua.

          they have already taken 13 days after reverse picked of product.

          sir please give me some compensation money also because whenever i call paytm they charge 9 to 10 rs .

                  Respected/Sir & Ma'am I placed an order on Paytm online shopping portal on 31st March 2015 I was supposed to get in 2-3 days but I am still waiting for my order, I made every effort to contact Paytm over email and phone but no resolution, they keep saying its will be delivered in 2-3 days. I patiently waited but now I have lost all my patience after talking to the vendor this morning that my product is shipped back to them..and vendor told me to reach out to PayTm and they never respond. I would like to file my complaint and expect a prompt response and resolution.

                                    Do not buy anything from Paytm I have purchased Koutons Combo Of 2 Fit Denim Jeans With Power Bank (Size-34). I have received the parcel on today morning around 10:00 and I found that there is 2 fake jeans without any tag and very cheap quality also there was no power bank. Its really very disappointment from Paytm. I was never expected this thing from Paytm as I was using this from couple of years for recharge. Now I am going to stop every relation from Paytm as now these days it became Faketm.

                                      Order Number: MPtkt[protected] I bought a skullcandy earphone and i received a defective product.Only one side of earphone is working. Its been more than 10 days and there has been no response from the customer care. Even after sending numerous email and photographs of the product. There is no phone number to reach. i would be moving to the consumer court.

                                        This was my first purchase on paytm. Bought two davidoff cool water perfumes. Paid for them online. I received one product after 8-9 days but not received second one. So i emailed them regarding the same. Got email that the item is packed and ready to be shipped. 15 mins later got email your order has been canceled. No explanation whatsoever. This was the worst experience ever. Not happy with the service. Communication takes 3 days to get reply from them. I demand compensation for messing me about andwasting my time and money My order no is[protected]
                                        I forgot to mention they cancelled my order after 13 days
