    This is regarding order number[protected] in which i ordered Xiaomi 10400MAH power bank. Paytm was giving heavy discount in terms of cash back. So i received the product with in delivery date promised but when i opened the product it looked to me of inferior quality, there i got doubt of its genuity. Then i searched and found video from Xiaomi original website showing difference between original and forfeited product and to my surprise my power bank satisfy all traits of forfeited product. I contacted and they asked for photographs of product via email. I did all that but then no reply has came back and its been more then month. I believe who so ever has also bought the xiaomi power bank must have got forfeited...

      I have ordered speakers order I'd Order #[protected] Login id manish.[protected]@gmail.com On 30 March. Product received was damage, one of the speaker is not working. I have sent complain mail on same day, latter received mail from Paytm on 4 April (5 days latter), asking pics of the product with more detail I have sent mail on same day it self, after that I haven't received any communication higHly frustrated with such services. There is no direct contact no on which we can call to customer care, I have used call back option too but didn't receive any call. I am using Paytm from last 8 months but havent seen such rackless behavior with customer. Please do solve my problem asap
      Dear friends,
      The same type of problem i am facing with respect to.Order#[protected],
      I have ordered an HCL tablet and received a used, non working product from paytm.

      The product has reverse picked up and assured for refund of amount, Its a week lapsed but no response from paytm.com.

      In the Name of discount/cashback making fool to the general public Continuously in touch with PAYTM, no very slow response, no proper customer care, and from 01 Apil 2015, on wards no updates for our emails.

      Now i planned to file case in local consumer courts, what is the procedure please guide me.

      same problem ... 1 speaker damaged . After writing to [protected]@patym.com they replied 5 days after it asking for pictures and more details, its been 15 days since i sent those details and then no reply . highly frustrated . do not shop from cheaters.

        I am receiving payment and credit notifications from PayTM - a service I do not want and have never activated. I do not know how they got my information. I received notes everyday beginning April 7. I have emailed to request immediate stop of all activity and removal from all databases. Please advise steps I can take to end this connection with PayTM and what process I follow to lodge a complaint.             Order Shipped - Your order #[protected] has been shipped I have ordered Arkray Glucocard Mini Glucose Monitor on 31st Mar 2015, and received the same on 09th April 2015. After opening the contents of box, i found that box pack is old, (Please check attached picks) 1).Shipped Glucometer was found to be used and old. 2). Battery missing in the Glucometer, so unable to check the meter is working condition or not. 3). Lancer was also in used condition. I am quite surprised that paytm is selling defect/used/demo/missing accessories to the users. So with missing battery/parts, i will not be able to use meter.

                  I am sending you the picture of the product and the packaging. When i received the product the outer packaging was seems to be Ok but there was no seal on the inner box of the product. As you can see the picture the USB port is damaged also the cable is so dirty it seems that some one else already used this product. This is the first time i have purchased through Paytm and i am very disappointed with this shopping experience with Paytm. The battery is also loose i can hear the sound when shaking the product gently. There is no serial number on the product so i would request you to please do the needful without any delay and ship me the brand new original product. If this time i did not received the authentic product then i am sorry to say that i have to share my pathetic experience with Paytm on social media.More than three days no one can call me they assured me to get in touch with in an hour but there is no contact till now with us.

                    Respected sir, myself Kartikesh Yelmame I have ordered 5 lights through paytm.com and paid in advance this is the paytm cash transaction no:34379E37598D9890 and DC transaction no: [protected] and Order no:[protected]. The matter is they only delivered me 2 lights. I have been contacting them from 4-5 days bt no response from them. I have my proofs. There were 2 package, first package contain 1 light it weighs 100gm and another package contains 4 light it weighs 80gm only how is it possible. Its been noted on package its by the company named paytm.
                    I ordered one kurta -pajama set vide order no[protected]. When I received the parcel there was kurta and pajama was missing. for this I raised complaint and in revert of mail i got assurance for solution within 48-72 hrs. But 72 hrs are over and they did not respond. I have dropped many mails but not getting any response.

                    Really, I must say that these people are big cheater, and they are aware about their cheating that is why they people do not work on Cash on Delivery Terms.

                    Why I should bear this type of issue while I have paid whole amount to these paytm people.

                    Now, I am having one option to visit their office which are in sector-5 and sector-8 in Noida. Near to my office.

                              I booked ticket through Paytm for my round trip.For my returned i booked ticket on April 5th 2015 but on 4th April 2015 i got a call from Travels stating that Paytm has booked the bus on 4th April 2015. I tried speaking to Paytm customer care but no use except losing my mobile balance. I dropped more than 20 mails but no use. I have all the proofs. Could you please help me whom should i contact next. I wasted almost 1000 Rs for getting my 1500 Rs back. Even i am ready to go to Consumer court. I have reply mail copies too. Still i didnt get my money back.

                                I have made DTH recharge through paytm to my dishtv of vc. [protected] for Rs. 250/- on 14 March. However, it was mistakenly gone to [protected]. So, I contacted to paytm and dishtv customer cares. Dishtv customer care told me that the payment transfer from VC [protected] to [protected]. It is necessary to get the correct transaction ID should starts from AR**** or PMGW************ from paytm. Paytm is not supporting me in this regard. Paytm is not responding properly. Rather paytm is responding like this only Sorry for the delayed response. We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. The issue faced by you has been resolved. In case you are still facing the problem, please do let us know. Though paytm told me it is resolved it is not actual resolved. I again reply to paytm. They replied the same response. So, please help me to take necessary action against it. The shipping date was 7/04/2015 but it didnot get shipped till 8th evening , I paid already for the transaction .I have sent a complaint via mail to [protected]@paytm.com but I did not get any reply from your side,my complaint ticket number[protected] and Order number[protected].                                     I have placed Order ( Order No :[protected] for Alto k10 but received the Parcel for Alto 800.. Please replace it ASAP... let me know when I can get the magnetic sunshade for Alto k10, Tried a lot to reach Paytm customer care people, they are not even pickup the call. Finally tried nearly 4 hours and got a person and he replied me to send the pictures of the parcel and i sent that too but nearly 48 hrs gone still i didnt got any responce from PAYTM... Really a very Worst customer service...

                                      Dear Team, I recharge an amount of 1440Rs via Paytm on ORDER NO:[protected] which is been accidentally been transferred to the incorrect VC number which i mentioned during the recharge. I am not asking for any refund for this transaction. I just want the PAYTM transaction id when is been used for this transaction and it should starts with PMGW*** . As i recharge this amount of 1440rs to wrong Dish TV VC account number. I am chasing with Paytm for this thing but their team is not responding me with the details.
