I booked the ticket on the Paytm for Rs.380 on 12/3/15 but no confirmation message has been sent to my mobile number and email id about booking success...I cancelled the booking next day(13/3/15) but only 150 rupees were added to my paytm wallet.my journey date was 19/3/15 night.the site cancellation policy refunds 90% of the booking amount i.e. refund amount should be Rs.342.paytm not refunding remaining amount that is Rs.192. Please look into the matter.

    As i have already submitted my KYC document to the one97 executive from Paytm . He came to my home to verify my details and completed successfully before 20 days even i spoke to the customer care they confirmed the KYC documents . The issue is the Paytm is not responding the calls when i call to the customer care even it seems to be they are charging for the customer care ( too costly ) I HAVE MAILED MANY TIMES TO PAYTM ( [protected]@paytm.com )REGARING THE ISSUE BUT NO RESPONSE LET ME SEE WHAT THIS SITE CAN DO

          On the phone, when I first got it and own about 1 hour I got off the phone until noon. Now having white display. Please take me back to my phone so you do not have a phone. And your phone number so that I could file I talk to you. Soon as possible to solve my problem. So I could file a product shopping. And return my money.

            They didn't follow the company policy. They didn't delivery the product even after the due date, they are the worst customer service experienced they don't reply to the mail either. It's been more than 24hr and there is no reply for the complain sent to customer care of PAYTM

              Recently we have purchased Samsung E7 and as per running scheme we have to get Rs. 3000 paytm rewards. We have got coupon code also by Paytm. But when we login to paytm account we are unable to see the reward amount. And after serveral enquries also we have not get any satisfactory response.                 Dear Sir My Paytm Order No:#[protected] I bought a laptop for Rs.24340/- with Rs.7000/- cash back, Paytm sent a damaged piece, (screen broken) Now they are saying that paytm will refund your money. But to buy the same product now almost Rs.4500/- difference is there.who will bear that now? Is this best paytm can do???? Wasted all my time searching a product, ordering it and waiting for product. After that what i got " A [censored]ing Damaged product" I cant buy a new product now because my money is blocked somewhere(I will get a refund after 1 or 2 weeks), I am in urgent need of that product. What i have to do now? Is this the way you treat customers? This is the worst shopping site with all fake products and fake promises made to customers.I was totally disappointed. All i want is "Either give the same product for same cost or refund extra Rs.4500/- for me".Because of it's absolutely mistake of PAYTM . Do better and best. Thanks.                 Dear Sir Now i would like to order same product but i need it before price .it;s 24340.(7000 Cash back) now it's 24500(4000 Cash back). if paytm people delivered a new undamaged product this problem may not occurred So due to paytm service only i lost this product. And Yester day i got a call from 020 6614900. he just discussed about my issue and he said that my superior will call you back and he disconnected my call. Again 6 minutes after i received a another call from 8979200769.he said am superior customer relationship officer like he starts the discussion about my issue and order details He is generating otp and asked him i shared to him He said that we will refund the amount directly to wallet like that. But he is transferring my total wallet amount to his account.His name(Krishan Kumar).he is generating new password. This is totally doing illegal and fraud behalf of using PAYTM brand.I just belief the brand name of PAYTM and i shared the details. Some of paytm executive shared my issue and details to third party illegal persons with the hand of paytm executives he did fraud and lost 5540. Please check the issue and cancell the amount and refund to my wallet. Here am sending the Transaction Details.                     I had ordered Lakme radiant compact on 02.04.2015. of Rs. 167. I recived it on 07.04.2015 with fully damage condition. I already complaint about it so many times but still no response . Please return it back and send me fresh piece. . The courier packaging is good but the compact is leaking.

                      Dear Pay TM, i have been writing Emails to you since 14 days and every reply from your end is not giving solution to the problem. Because of your technical fault i have been charged twice for 2G internet. Please find the details below. 2G recharge: on 24th March Payment of Rs. 175 is received by Paytm ! Paytm Cash Transaction No B1D9D53204B47556 After 2 days i still did not get any updates and i did one more 2G recharge: Payment of Rs. 175 is received by Paytm ! Paytm Cash Transaction No B8833C2616EBA47D Problem is i get a confiirmation from Airtel that both recharges are successful but i just needed one. Please refund one of the recharges or roll it over to next month I am Disappointed with your service and also the the way you handle customer complaints.

                            I purchased one Mobile of Samsung Grand Neo Plus from E ZONE-KOLKATA-CHITTARANJAN AVENUE-E MALL, 2ND FLOOR, 6 CHITTARANJAN AVENUE, KOLKATA-7000072 on 26/03/15, Receipt No. 0002887. At the time of purchase I was told by the sales counter that from Vodafone ( whose mobile connection I have) I will get monthly recharge of Rs 300/- value talk time for 3 Months, from paytm free.That sales counter also told me that paytm will send First free recharge of Rs 300/ within 72 Hours of my mobile purchase.However, till today I'm yet to receive free recharge from paytm J.SARKAR (jayashree.[protected]@gmail.com) .

                              I have purchased a Seagate Expansion (S TBX[protected] TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black) from PayTM on 31 March 2015 (Order no.[protected]. I have applied a promocode considering a deal where I was supposed to get Rs 1500 cash back, as per your poliy this cash back was to be transferred in my wallet within 24 hrs, however till now I haven’t got the above mentioned cashback in my mail id. Despite of many reminders and complains at PAYTM customer care forum, my request has been closed without resolving my issue. I put up two request via request id[protected] and[protected].

                                  I have ordered WD My Passport Ultra 1TB Portable External Hard Drive on April 1st 2015 and Order ID :[protected] I received the hard disk on 7th April. When I connect the hard disk to my laptop to test it, it is making continuous sound (like small motor). Actually, it should not make any sound. I have contacted WD support team for technical assistance. As per WD customer care, If the hard disk is not working fine\Damaged, then we will get this kind of sound. So, I would like to return this hard disk. I don't want use this damaged hard disk. In order to say this complaint to Paytm, I have send 4 mails as of now. But there is NO RESPONSE. I Tried dialling paytm customer care number +91 [protected], but no one is attending the call. It says always busy\it is trying to connect customer care representative.I have tried around 10 to 15 times from last 2 days. BUT NO LUCK. I have tried toll free number also, but there is NO RESPONSE. I would like to know what is the status of my problem now. Please can some one check and solve this problem. After receiving both the product I realize the product quality is very poor, so I raise a request on 30 Mar 2015; As the quality of both the products are very poor as per expectation, so I would like to request you could you please take a request for returning of product, and cash back for same. as I am no more interested in those product. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Can you please send me some pictures of the product as well as packaging (inner/outer). We would also like to know: 1. If the packaging appeared to be tampered with when you received the product. 2. Was the packaging sealed or open? Once you send us these details we will co-ordinate with the concerned departments to help resolve this unfortunate incident. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Happy to help, Suman I replied that mail on same day stating Dear Suman, Thanks for approaching. packaging was poor, invoice was pasted on package by tape so that if you will remove it will tear off. Product was not packed for particularly designed box or stuff it was managed anyhow. I have already opened it so it is not at all possible to send the real pictures how it was packed. Same day I got a response from another guy Hi Gagan, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I would like to request you to send us the screenshot of the product and its packing along with the invoice of the order received so that we can check and help you further. I hope this helps.                                         I ordered Zigaro Z19 Blue Badminton Shoes (Size-7) (https://paytm.com/shop/p/zigaro-z19-blue-badminton-shoes-size-7-SPOZIGARO-Z19-B... ORDER NO.[protected] but the seller has sent size 6 and also the different model. It was not as per the picture given in your site, also the color was different. As per customer care instruction I have returned the order to blue dart courier. And waiting for the refund. Already it took 6-7 days(very slow delivery) for item to reach me and that too one size less.I made the order on 14th march I didn't get any response from the seller as well as Paytm team regarding return. I am really disappointed by this. Even I have sent multiple mails for the above mentioned concern, didn't get a single positive response from Paytm. Everytime they keep on asking to submit copy of courier receipt . Hoping a positive response from your side regarding this issue. I will be thankful if you could return my money at the earliest.
