On 23rd of March I've asked a question (assorted Barbie for 449 - 3 dolls were shown in the site & I'm not sure whether the cost is for 3 dolls or for a single piece) to PayTM customer care & received a response on 25th (below is the reply).

I suppose I wasted my time expecting a reply from useless customer service team. Start up company is relying on stupid people. I don't think Customer Care guys really read the mail before answering.
In this era how can a company have couple of technical issues within a week? On top of it group of irresponsible people in customer services team just forwarding automated mail without even reading what the customer wants.
Highly disappointed. I'll never visit paytm shopping ever.

they have contact me . but my problem has not been solved yet. they said
they have created my comlain within 24 hrs it will be resolved.
but. but i am not getting any link as they mension to return for the
product, they said their pick up guy will come when i will click on
return by going in my order no. but nothing is there
