I made 3 transaction of Airtel recharge on 10th Apr of 255rs, 260rs and 50rs though none of the transaction went through and amounts were taken off the card.Later on I received a massage that if the number does not get charged then the amount will be credited back to paytm wallet and now its been more than 24hrs. This is really a huge inconvinience.

        I have ordered iPhone6 from Paytm for the price of 49750 with the promo offer of 8000 cashback. After receiving my phone, there is no cashback happened and zero balance in my Paytm wallet. I have received the wonderful reply from Paytm customer care saying that I didn't apply promo code while placing the order. This is absurd reply from Paytm because I was very keen in observing the prices from all websites and found Paytm is cheapest among all online retailers. I am very much conscious that I have used A8K code for cashback and there is no proper response from Paytm either. Please don't believe this daylight robbers and lose your valuable money as like me..
        i paid 100 + 100 for ferns n petals deal using paytm wallet to get 105 + 105 cashback but havn't received the cashback yet. it's over 48 hrs but no support from paytm side.

          i have purchased a lapguard battery for acer aspire 4730z. now i got wrong one i want to return it. i have made lost of request to return it. but they are just saying we are working on your query. now they asking for image of product. packin detail. i have already sent some image. i don't have good quality of camera . so whatever possible i have sent to them. they delaying to tell me the procedure to return to it. now from 5 days i am asking this. product no[protected] mob no-[protected]

            Hello, I purchased fastrack watch of ₹1750 on 5th april. I applied code WAT30 for 30% cashback offer. Still 9th april the status of the order was processing, On 10th april i got message that your product is ready for shipping. I logged in website and status was "handed over to logistics" and next day i got message that your is cancelled. I didn't cancelled my order. How can they cancel my order without informing me? They said that they will cashback money to my bank so i have to wait for more 10 days. So they wasted my 15 days and also kept my ₹1750. Why should i wait so long for getting my money back. Still i didn't get money back. Shopping with paytm wasted my time. If paytm can't provide discount then why are they promoting? If they don't have that watch then why they listed it?

              Hello, I have ordered 16GB sandisk cruzer blade pen drive and my order number#[protected]. Pen Drive showing 16GB but its actual capacity is 8GB only. Why you are blaming people like this for small things. Now on words I never order any items through PAYTM and I will don't suggest to anyone to use payTM for any orders. You are loosing the customers for this type of cheep tricks. I need to give back the pen drive. Unable to find the paytm call center number. Please call me so that I will return the amount and please credit my amount in paytm wallet. If I didn't get the response in next 24 hours I will share theses to every one how paytm is blaming to customers. Waiting for your response. Pradeep P [protected]

I'll never visit paytm shopping ever. Pathetic people spoiling Vijay Shekar's dream & venture :(

                        I had raised a ticket earlier[protected] but there was no help full response .. please avoid users raising tickets for the same issue again and again and check on the below Please check my transaction history there is a failed transaction for foodpanda.com where foodpanda customer on call said that money was refunded to paytm. I used another payment method for my payment but now the paytm balance shows 0.26 rs instead of 257 rs. Please check as to why my money was deducted. I have also sent a mail for this query through my alternate foodpanda email id used to place order in foodpanda "[protected]@gmail.com".Kindly resolve at the earliest .                         Only solution is to stop using such crap sites like paytm. I was involved (and left) in the design and it was really a nightmare. No paytm employee use paytm themselves, I can tell u that much. They dont trust it.

                          I was using PAYTM for recharging mobile of my family and mine. But from 13th March it is showing my Wallet balance as Zero even though I'm having Rs. 363.80/- in my wallet. I had requested PAYTM customer care to resolve the same by email. But they are not responding properly and closing my complaint saying resolved. But still I'm facing the same issue. This is second time i'm facing the same problem and this time they are not even bother about my issue.
                          Yes wat u said is correct i am facing same problem

                              I have ever seen this type of site. its a worst site which i have seen in my life. They never reply for the solution of mail. i had ordered the scratch guard for my phone on 2nd April, but i not receive my scratch guard yet. Also i have complaint on paytm care for the same but they not replying me anything. Even they doesn't care. Guys i am telling you please never purchase anything from this site.

AFTER CALLING THE ECOM EXPRESS I WAS TOLD THAT THE MOBILE IS YET TO BE HANDED OVER TO THE COURIER. TILL 09 APR THE MOBILE HAS NOT BEEN HANDED OVER TO ECOM EXPRESS. PAYTM IS GENERATING FAKE TRACKING NO. IN CONLUSION WITH ECOM EXPRESS. EVEN IF YOU COMPLAIN THRU MAILS ONE GETS FUDGING DATAS THAT ITEM IS IN TRANSIT. THIS PAYTM IS A FAKE COMPANY. PLEASE DONOT BOOK ORDERS AS THEY ARE DEMANDING ADVANCE MONEY AND NOT COD. THEY WILL RUN AWAY WITH YOUR VALUABLE MONEY. IF YOU TRY TO TAKE BACK YOUR MONEY THEY WILL CHARGE 4% INTEREST ON IT. SO THE CUSTOMER IS LOOSER ALL THE TIME. THIS IS ANOTHER ONLINE SHOPPING FRAUD AS YOU WILL REMEMBER TIM TARA SITE. BEWARE TO GET FOOLED

Got the delivery on 1st april which was 2days late ! The phone isnt working . Sent yu emails regarding complaints but no reply ! Highly disappointed by yur services and products ! My order number is[protected] and awb[protected] and it's been 11days since today and I have got no response nor anybody came from your company to take the phone back. Why do you sell things to customers when you cannot solve their grievances. It's been 10days since I am without a phone and having lot of problems. Do understand this and reply to it and give a solution.

U ppl replied sayin that was used on some other transcation. order number mentioned by u was recharge I did before d 1 m talking about. Does it make any sense for u.
