PLZ DO THE NEEDFUL AND MY ANOTHER ISSUE IS REGARDING PAYTM CASH BACK FOR THE SAME ORDER THAT IS RS 300/- AND THAT IS STILL TO BE CREDITED INTO MY PAYTM WALLET.. PLS CONFIRM ME WHEN I WILL GET IT IN MY ACCOUNT BACK

Paytm Help Request No :[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] Paytm Order No :[protected] Paytm Order Date: 25 Mar 15 9:07 am Paytm Ticket ID : OA7D2J Paytm Ticket PNR : 33036 I have made transaction (payment) of Rs.550/- on 25th March 2015 towards booking of the bus ticket in www.paytm.com portal - to travel from Chennai to Bangalore and journey date on 2nd April 2015. On 28th March, Bus Operator (Sharma Sardar Travels - phone no:[protected] informed me that the trip is cancelled and not running on the journey date. Also intimated me to claim the amount from where you booked. Now I am asking the PAYTM to refund the above amount i.e. Rs.550/- in paytm wallet and they are NOT taking any action. I have requested to paytm customer care, service head, and grievance officer. They are not replying at all or none of them resolving my problem.

Raised a query more than 5 times, every time PAYTM care suggests that technical problem has been resolved but till date not received any amount returned or any concrete answer that when will i receive my money back.. Moreover, PAYTM brilliantly made such an arrangement that no one shall reach directly to the representative of the company. All the customer care no. given on website does not provide any option to speak to their customer care, rather it seems that no call centre has been established yet by the PAYTM. Guys, its a humble request to all whoever are reading this complaint, please do not recharge with this website, they know only to sale and make profit, but on Customer servicing they are worst.. But still if you want to go with wasting money, you may at your own risk.

I ORDERED A POWER BANK (MI POWER BANK 20800 MAH) FROM PAYTM. AFTER DELIVERY I CHARED THE POWER BANK TO THE MAXIMUM LIMIT AND TRIED TO CHARGE MY DEVICE IT WAS NOT ABLE TO CHARGE MY DEVICE FOR MORE THAN 2 MINUTES IT IS NOT STILL ABLE TO CHARGE ANY OF MY DEVICE ALTHOUGH WHEN FULLY CHARGED. THIS PRODUCT CHEATED ME AND WHEN I TRIED TO COMPLAINT THEIR WAS NO REPLY EXCEPT PLEASE SEND SOME PHOTOS AND WE WILL LOOK TO YOUR WITHIN 48 HRS AND NOW ITS ALMOST 5 DAYS AND NO REPLIES.

On March 21 2015 i ordered a phone from paytm.com and it was a prepaid order. From the begining of my ordering i am facing problem and so on. After mailing them lot finally i got my product on 28 march (Saturday) 2015. After delivered to me i found some specification were missed on the phone.like in paytm website it has been mentioned that it supports the 3.5 mm jack cord for music output and it doe's not the JPEG format Photo, for those reason i want to return the article to merchant. And i informed the company through mail and the most dissatisfying part was that they did not give me the right information or they did not call for to solve my problem. On daily basis i sent them 2-3 mails for solveing my problem and to inform them mail is a single media. They gave a complaint number but when i tried to call they kept me 40-50 min hold . and every mailed that has sent by them were disappointing me because different people are mailing me different subject regarding my returning my article(Phone) .Finally i said if my problem will not solve in 3 march than i will compliant consumer forum against your company. and they sent me a confirmation mail on 4 april 2015 that "Request of return accepted for Order #[protected]" but in below the mail they mention a statement "We would like to inform you that currently we are unable to schedule a reverse pick up from your location. We would request you to courier it back to the merchant at the address as mentioned on the shipment. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the item. The item must only have been used for trial. It cannot be used, washed, ironed or tampered in any way. Request you to kindly share the Scan copy of your POD (courier slip) at below mentioned email id so that we can track the shipment further. Once the product reaches the merchant, amount will be refunded to your Paytm account along with courier charges as Paytm Cash. Sir/Madam each mail is with me that has been sent by paytm as well as my conversation with paytm. i spent lot of money as well as lot of harrasment by them. Please look for the case for helping me get my money back which i made payment for the phone.(Rs.2698/-). Thank you With Regard Deepak Tarini +[protected]
