    i made a wrong dishtv recharge to dishtv vc no:[protected] on 30th of march of 500rs. i emailed to [protected]@paytm.com.i am getting a email that my issue is resolved.but i didnt get any refund.i need the payment gateway transaction of paytm for the order no:[protected].cc transaction no is :178985
    I am also facing the same problem. I wrote complaints so many times but they are responding the same reply to me too. Let us do something to learn a lesson to Paytm. Paytm is so unresponsive and neglect the issue. Please help us to solve the problem as soon as possible. I am also attaching my complaint which is already put in this site. Please help us.


    {I have made DTH recharge through paytm to my dishtv of vc. [protected] for Rs. 250/- on 14 March. However, it was mistakenly gone to [protected]. So, I contacted to paytm and dishtv customer cares. Dishtv customer care told me that the payment transfer from VC [protected] to [protected]. It is necessary to get the correct transaction ID should starts from AR**** or PMGW************ from paytm. Paytm is not supporting me in this regard. Paytm is not responding properly. Rather paytm is responding like this only Sorry for the delayed response. We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. The issue faced by you has been resolved. In case you are still facing the problem, please do let us know. Though paytm told me it is resolved it is not actual resolved. I again reply to paytm. They replied the same response. So, please help me to take necessary action against it.         Hello Sir, I have ordered Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo (Black) Date: 24 march 2015 Seller: Waves telecoms Qty -1 Rs.[protected]casback in paytm wallet ) Remaining refund 15975 Rs. But i received faulty product with seal broken (images attached ) and placed request for return, after reverse pick up done on 31st march still there is no confirmation about my cash back from PAYTM . As i paid to paytm from my credit card and my due date is 9 April so Paytm has to refund my money as per their policy to return within 7 days stated in there website. And seller's number is also fraud in this case (Invoice attached )

          Hi my oder no[protected] i booked two seats for the volvo bus from manali to delhi and status was confirmed but when i called to tht bus representative he said tht bus was cancelled so till now my money not refunded from your side i already mailed you but there is no response. i m vevery fed up from your service so kindly request you please refund my money otherwise i will to go consumer court and file case against yoyou

              Why you Block my PayTm account? I am not able to"sign in" my PayTm account, which already have PayTm Cash and i also have ordered a product. .               I am facing login issue here is screen shot of error in my account.

              I am unable to login to my paytm account since 8 days this is ridiculous and no one from paytm is helping out.

              I Have huge money in my paytm wallet.

              my registered paytm. email id: [protected]@gmail.com

              I face same problem in mobile app also.
              I, m not able to login my paytm account after recent update for iphone. Already complain in paytm care 3 times. Got mail from care side but no proper solution. I sent them screen shot before and today will submit here too. Please find a solution asap. Thanks.

                      On 26 may 2015, i am comunicating with paytm on mail([protected]@paytm.com, [protected]@paytm.com) but they did not given reply on it.
                      I have tried Paytm call - center also but there is system generated voice.

                        I am really frustrated with the way Paytm is handling my concern. Initially I made a purchase of 51064.00 for a laptop online on 26th Mar'15 and than I do not hear from them. I had to follow up on regular basis. I was told that there was a concern with logistics and the seller and the product will be shipped in the next 1-2 business days but they cancelled my order. I am not made aware of why the product was cancelled and the product is still available online at a higher price. I have already send them 3 emails since 4th of April'15 but they have not yet responded. Also, i filed complain with the grievance department but they seem to be least bothered.                           I have tried recharging D2H, while doing recharge i was getting error message and it was not even going to payment page but three times amount has be deducted from my PayTm wallet and got recharged successfully with out my consent. I have mailed regarding to '[protected]@paytm.com' but i got a common system generated like replay saying that it was a technical issue and it got resolved now. Apart from that they didn't give any proper information or contact me for rectifying my issue. i send mail again still no replay or resolution.

                            Hi, My item has been picked up on Thursday 2nd of arpil and it has been reached to seller on Saturday 4th april and got the acknowledge from your side but still my paytm wallet shows the balance amount zero and even dint get any confirmation from bank. My order shows that amount for item returned has been credited to your wallet and even in cash transaction history there is txn id for it ( 6F7617B75BE472F0 ) but no balance in wallet so kindly release my amount to my bank account. I have even logged ticket in their portal to get that money back to my paytm wallet but they are not answering.                                       I received one call on 6th April 2015 at 12:24 pm saying that this call is from HDFC and your reward points on credit card has been laps(expired) so now bank will refund you that, for which we need to fill one application form and for which we need to confirm your identification, so please tell us your Date of Birth, Billing Address, Card Number, CVV and after that you will receive one six digit code which we need to match at our side we have same six digit code at our side so please tell your six digit code and we will match it with our six digit code and then we will credit the 8900 your reward points amount against your credit card and then they have made fraud order on Titaniumoffers_PayTM.Avl of rupees 8698/- Please cancel this order. Please refund my money at then earliest. I already filed a police complaint against it and will receive FIR copy soon as soon as I receive that I will forward you that as well if needed. Please do the needful at the earliest.
