    I had ordered a product karbonn titanium s99 mobile on 25 march 2015 from paytm. They accepted my order and took money also rs3799. My order number:[protected], Dc transaction number:-[protected]. Without informing me paytm officials cancelled my order after 8 days and refunded my order and refunded my 3799 rs to paytm wallet. But the issue is if want to transfer back from paytm wallet to bank account, i have to pay 4% interest. The paytm care officials replied the reason for order cancel was due to error from paytm logistic department. my complain number details to paytm are as follows:-" ticket numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]."       I have tried multiple times to reach paytm regarding my order no.[protected] but they only revert via generic emails. The customer care number doesn't get picked up and they never call you to understand the issue and resolve it. I have been trying to reach them from more than 10 days but till not there is no resolution. I must say of all the shopping sites I have used, paytm has the worst customer care.

I received the item on 30th March, 2015. When I opened it, I found it to have a broken handle. I asked them to replace it, but they have asked for the pictures. I provided them with all the needful, and they have now simply vaporised from the topic, not responding to any of my mails.                           Recently I has recharged through podium where it has been said that I can use promo code so that refund will be there and as said I have used it but I have not received refund and also i have raised many tickets regarding this but they are saying that my problem has been solved but i dont know my they are creating a fake response and not yet replying to the customers...this is bull- as they not even replying to the mail

                                      Order Number: MPtkt[protected] | Message: The product is defective ... when we opened the box it seems that this product was opened and repaired, There is latch at the bottom is opened and the screws inside are opened and making sound. This we don't expect from a brand like Paytm. This was our first order and and we feel disappointed and lost trust on Paytm.

                                        TICKET NUMBER:[protected] I had made a recharge of rs 275 from my number [protected] The money was deducted from my account and the recharge was not made on contacting THERE end they say there was technical problem from there end and will do my recharge in next 24 hours or pay money back to my paytm wallet No action is taken till the next 72 hours i emailed them back and now they said there was a problem from my bank this is the second time this is happening and i have never got my money back PATHETIC RUTHLESS SERVIES
