I have ordered for an electric iron, Philips GC83 750 W Dry Iron (Black) from Paytm on 24th March, 2015. My order number is #[protected]. I received the item on 30th March, 2015. When I opened it, I found it to have a broken handle. I asked them to replace it, but they have asked for the pictures. I provided them with all the needful, and they have now simply vaporised from the topic, not responding to any of my mails. I would like to draw your attention to this problem and help me get my product replaced with a new one.
