Product I order from paytm :- Endura Force 500 Gm ( i order 4 item of endura force ) ORDER NO.:- [protected] Mar '15 9:40 pm PRICE :- 582 Indian rupees i order total 4 item of endura force but i only got 3 endura force and the message arrives your product was delivered. I didn't received 1 product, I called paytm 5-6 times and also send a mail on paytm customer care but they didn't connect me to the customer care and did't reply my email. after 5 - 6 emails I warn them I will go to consumer form but they still didn't get any reply. so, I request consumer court to get my money back from paytm and take strict action against paytm website.     I ordered (order no.[protected] on 15th March) inflatable sofa, i received it in damaged condition, it was leaking i immediately filed complaint at paytm, i got mail from paytm then but after that when i sent photos and details i never receive any mail or comment till date. I think this is the is how they make profit

So this is not the product which is ordered by me. I am very disappointing about your service. I want my money back, I have kept product as it is. Please take action about it.

        I was having a Paytm Cash in my Paytm Wallet of Rs 350 (three hundred fifty rupees) and somebody had transferred the Rs 350 from my account to some other account and I am constantly e-mail them but still nothing happened. Please look out the matter as transfer has been done[protected]:41:37 I want my money back as well as I want to be secure while using my details over the internet as if somebody hacks my paytm wallet its totally means that paytm is not secured
        please check down because nobody will be safe enough to transact or add money to paytm wallet
        I transferred to my friend account Rs.1999/- Order details[protected]:30:39, Paytm Cash Txn ID A7351607DB7D9506, but order status pending ..
        Now dont want the order and pls refund my balance in my paytm wallet, mob-[protected],
        I want my money back as well as I want to be secure while using my details over the internet as if somebody hacks my paytm wallet its totally means that paytm is not secured..

            order no[protected] and [protected] i did a recharge of rs100 and rs17 on the same day..the recharge was not done.its more than 4 days, no refund has been made..normally acc to company policy the refund should be done within 4 days..i have complained so may times but all the response are nuisance, perhaps generated through machine.the msg displayed by paytm is clear enough to acknowledge that the money has been transfered to paytm account.my bank statement says the same. i am attaching a doc file at the end as a probe.it clearly says the same. rohan phone no-[protected]

                The DSLR Camera that I had purchased arrived in an insecure package which when opened revealed a wrong colored product which is damaged. I was utter disappointed with the product as 1. The product delivered is different color(black) from what I originally ordered(Red) for which I paid an extra Rs 1100 compared to the black one. 2. The packaging done by the seller is insecure and very easily damageable. 3. The product is already used as I had observed the Box seal had been opened already. 4. some part of the product is damaged and broken into pieces. Now the worst thing is paytm customer care. 1. Unable to reach them through phone for instant queries. 2. When we email they wont respond for days. 3. They wont check if the products from sellers are authentic and new or not before they sell it on paytm. I doubt if they have license to operate online shopping and they donot keep their promise of customer assurance policy as read from their site. Take serious action against these kind of sites which plays with customers selling duplicate damaged goods.

                I want a either a complete refund of my amount ie...49300 including the money I would be paying as interest to bank or a brand new sealed red color nikon 5300 camera(ship through fedex or bluedart).

                  Hello, I have been provided with wrong product...and no one is replying to the complaint no[protected] I raised. I have ordered micro sd card (2 items) and I received Dual USB Drive... Order no is:[protected] dated 12 Mar '15 2:08 pm Provided with images of the wrong product on mail complaint on demand but no action has yet been taken. I have even escalated the issue to the grievance manager and forwarded to him all the earlier mails and from his side too I have not got any response. Seems there is no meaning/ or no one is there as grievance manager... Please arrange immediately to deliver the right product which was ordered in exchange of wrong product.                     HI, I had done 4 transactions on 14-Mar on Paytm. Out of which 1 transaction got failed but my account was debited by 235 INR. I couldn't find any customer care number to talk to CSE of Paytm. Then I have mailed to [protected]@paytm.com with all the details on 20-Mar. I got a generic reply as below: "We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. The issue faced by you has been resolved. In case you are still facing the problem, please do let us know." But the amount was not refunded. On 23-Mar, again I have raised the issue but till date I could not get any reply from Paytm. Ticket number is "Ticket #[protected]: Information on failed transactions"

                              Hello, I have bought a product a product from Paytm with ORDER NO. [protected] Mar '15 11:56 pm i wasn't satisfied with the product and i returned on 21march 2015 via DTDC courier with assignment number: V21930072 as they are not providing the reverse pickup. The provided me the seller details but not provide the contact (phone number). The product is in Delhi since 24 march 2015, and i have contacted Paytm many times regarding the matter, but they are not picking the phone and also not giving satisfactory revert on mail, also i contacted the branch JHANDEWALAN BRANCH, DELHI, regarding this, they are holding the product since then, but yesterday they sent it back, now it is on the way, so kindly concern the matter.

                                Last night i did my aircel reacharge from Paytm.. Both time Paytm deduct my money.. But no reacharge n no reply reply for same.. I mail their service team .. after that just message i received no refund or no status of my complaint.. pathetic service by paytm.. Not acceptable at all..

                                  Hello, I am Samarth Jobanputra purchased Transcend StoreJet 25M3 (TS1TSJ25M3) 1 TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black) on 15th March. At checkout time apply promo code HDD1500 which for 1500 cash back. When before my order shipped one dialogue box highlights and says that your cash back will be added within 24 hours of your order shipped. When my order is shipped that dialogue box wasn't highlighted. Then I submitted the query on paytm website.There is no reply till my order is delivered. And then suddenly Paytm replies that you can't eligible for cash back because of you haven't apply promo code. If I haven't apply any promo code then why Paytm shows dialogue box which I told in above paragraph. Today is 18th day of my complain but hence no reply at Paytm's side.
