Hello I have registered paytm on 27 mar 2015. But till now i did not get any promotional code. I have purchased a new samsung galaxy core 2 mobile and on the same day i login paytm.. My login id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in and mobile no. [protected]... Plz resolve my problem as soon as possible. .. Geetu suri

my transaction is failed...please tell me my 25 rupee in wallet will be return? Tell me please...paytm is name of trust...but this type of incident make it fake...please guide me how can i get my 25 rupee again in wallet ..because my recharge was faild due to net issue.

Have given prepaid order for Puma shoes on 24th march for delievering the same to Dhule location. The parcel was received on 31st march 15 but after opening the same it was surprise that box was filled with newspapers instead of puma shoes. Further, parcel sleep the weight given was 500 gm, but while weight measurement the box weighted 250 gm and newspaper is about 265 gm. I am unable to accept that 1 pair of puma shoes will just weighing 250 gm. The parcel was been received from govt post office and he denied for any knowlege about the same. It is purely fraud with us. Have make a complaint on mail and customer care no but did not got any revert on this. Hence i would like to lodge a complaint against the Paytm co and its supplier for the same.

Today I get an email stating that my product has been shipped. I have still not heard back from your team. I want this order to be cancelled immediately and I want the money to be refunded to my BANK ACCOUNT. Hello sir, I m very very disappointed with the service of paytm. I did lots of mail at [protected]@paytm.com, but there is no any repl. I had purchased femme Classic gold wedge at 7/03/2014. But the seller had send me silver wedges so i had returned it on 14/03/2014. It had been delivered at 17/04/2014. And then ur executive had called me told me that the refund would be added in ur wallet in next 48 to 72 hours. Today its been 16 days there is no refunds and no reply of my any mail. i have lodged a complaint through [protected]@paytm.com twice but still din't got any satisfactory calls or mail in reply. all they do is reply with a ticket no that is system generated. Highly disappointed with the kind of customer support they provide.

Hi I ordered Nexus 5 32 Gb but received 16 Gb for Order no[protected] on March 22, 2015 .Full payment made . Ticket No[protected] I have sent mail on March 22, 24, 26, 26 27 30 and April 1 but till not date no reply received .All photographs have been sent . I placed an order with paytm on 25March2015 for the product Creative Inspire Speaker T6300 and the order number for same being[protected] . After I ordered the product and made the payment immediately the next-day it shown the status as Item Packet and Awaiting Dispatch Later 6days passed on and the status remained the same . I contacted paytm 2 times with regard to this and they kept repeating the same answer that, it will be shipped in 1 or 2 days Later I got more doubt and hence checked on other forums and learnt that paytm has not delivered products to many customers, So its a massive fraud affecting lot of people .

Recharge was successful but i did not get any balance till now in my account. Hi, This is regarding the product with order no.[protected]. Actually I got this product on Sunday which is Xiaomi power bank. I found that there is some defect in the product. As its not getting charged nor its discharging, So I just wanted to return the product but as there is no return option in your site near the product order which shows that it is a bad interface. So hope you people would help me as early as possible to return the product and also refund the appropriate amount. sir, i had bought jabra blue tooth 27th march-15, order number:[protected], the fallowing tempered has found after i opened the cover and i did not found blue tooth item inside the box exept charger and cable packing found very untidy paytm tape has not been used Delivered product and two inner seal of box and packing found is opened condition (not sealed condition)

Dear Sir, I have tried to recharge my DTH with INR 200 on dated[protected] the transaction number was 214986E43DD305BF & my order number was[protected] but my transaction was failed and then I received a email that “ We are processing your money in the bank account “. Now It is almost more then 15 days, I am writing to Paytm to refund my money back in my bank account but from their side I am not getting any response that when they are refunding my money back or what they are doing with my money, I have not received a single email that resolve my problem and give me satisfaction that my money is safe and they will refund in my account . I have written so many emails and reminders to [protected]@paytm.com but I am not getting any proper reply with them and if you write something to resolve the problem then you have to wait for their reply for 3-4 days with the most worst way which can not resolving any problem . They have not any contact number one number which is toll free (i.e[protected] continously showing engage tone or if you are lucky then only computer will speak “ that let us know your order number and after filling the order number phone disconnected by saying very shortly we will email you . “ It is very surprising and pathetic that the services provided by the Paytm I am totally disappointed and willing to write you to solve my problem and refund my money in my account, if you required their emails then I will send you the screen shots or forward their emails to you . I will also plan to write to Honrable Prime Minister in their webpage that they have to pay attention by making a regulating body for online websites or make a law for all online recharges websites or shopping websites & I hope by this a customer like me save our money and time both . i had payed my airtel landline bill of rs 570 through paytm and money had been debited from my bank account and in paytm account it is showing that order was successful but in my airtel account money had not reached.an when i made a complain then they say We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. Your recharge should have been successfully delivered by now. In case it has not been delivered, the amount will be transferred to your Paytm account within 24-48 hours and will be available for immediate reuse. but 24-48 hours are already over i had made payment on 31-03-15 DC Transaction No [protected] ORDER NO.[protected]
