i have purchased nokia bluetooth headset is Rs. 1145 and i have received damaged charger and headset . i have mailed so many times to paytm but its replied for return pick up but still its not arrange more than 15 days . please do need full
i ordered a yonex badminton from paytm and when i received my order the badminton was broken and the packaging used to pack the product was just a bubble wrap it was definite to get broken with such lame packaging. when i asked paytm to replace my ordered product they tell me to send the pictures of the product and then we will proceed and now when i have sent the pictures they ask me to courier it back to the sellers address and then we will process the amount to ur paytm account. it is their way to block consumers money in their wallets and then ask to make new purchases with it. whereas all other online shopping websites either refund the money to the bank accounts or replace the product. i am not asking for the refund of my amount but i want a replacement on my order.
the badminton was worth 1250.

      Hi, I had purchased a Hard Disk from paytm.com. I returned the product. I didnt get the amount refunded to my paytm wallet or Bank. Its showing message as Parked_In_Pool in Mobile App. Its showing message as returned the Amount to Paytm wallet in Website. No proper reply from the Customer Service of Paytm. ORDER NO. [protected] Mar '15 6:09 pm i attached the screen shots of both plz check it..

          Order No.[protected]. The recharge for my mobile was failed (15 days back) and they told the amount will be refunded to my Wallet. But till now the amount not refunded in my Wallet. I sent so many emails to [protected]@paytm.com. They also replied so many times and told that due to some technical problem, the money was not refunded and now corrected it and the amount is in my wallet. But every time I checked it, the balance is 0. Please do the needful.

            Bought 2 Xiaomi Mi 16000mAh Powerbanks from Paytm. Had warned them about fake Xiaomi product being showed in their website and had mailed them beforehand that in case I get a fake one I will send it back and ask for refund immediately. They reverted the mail by saying "Paytm sells only 100% genuine products". No action yet from Paytm's side. Awaiting.

                Sir, Please find below details of Paytm ORDER No.[protected] dated 24.03.2014 received on 30.03.2015 at 11:45 Hrs through Delhivery courier services. 1. I have received an old used, non working HCL tablet from PAYTM on 30.03.2015, It was already used and was already tampered at seller end. 2. On opening, It was observed that, the security seal of the HCL Tablet cover was already opened at seller end. Many scratches on screen and body was also observed 3. The Paytm tape was used for packing of the product covering with an another hard paper on the tablet cover.. 5.The IMEI No on the tablet is [protected] (Found on Tablet Box). Further, It may kindly be noted that the "invoice of the product" was found inside the tablet cover and, Right now the product is not possible to use, as the display is blur, improper, non working and totally a unusable tablet. In this regard i have contacted paytm at care @paytm.com, but no immediate response from paytm.com and paytm customer care numbers also not working proper. For which I have mailed you. and I got a call from customer care executive that you make a courier to Smile N Buy. for which I have make a courier before 10 days ago. and I have mailed receipt of courier. But after that also I have not got my refund. and mailed to you 5 to 6 times but didnt get any reply from your side. its a very bad experience for me from paytm. now this is my last mail to you If i didnt get my refund than definately suit a case against paytm and also i will update my experience and all communication make with you through social networking sites. I am sending you the copy of receipt which showing that the merchant already gets delivery which I have returned back to him.

                      I have ordered a tablemate do 11/3/15 from M/S Fitting line through paytm.com. But due to first time for me to the online shopping I could not operate the promotional code table50 properly. This matter immediately Brought to their notice and requested for cashbook offer for which they agreed with condition that this should not be repeated again. I agreed and accepted the item. But they paid only part amount of the offer. They paid only Rs245 instead of Rs 500/-.TillTnow the matter is pending unsolved. I would have returned the item if they clearly says cashback is not possible. Only after their assurance of giving cash back offer I accepted the item. Otherwise I would have returned the item. I had better deals with other companies for the same item. I believed their words.

                        I ordered for Zahara Triveni Multi Color Net Faux Chiffon Jacquard Lehenga Saree from Paytm Order#[protected]. The product was delivered on 15th march. I checked the product and it was faulty. So i requested for a return and refund. Paytm approved the return and it more than 15 days return is not picked up and event the amount is not refunded. I have dropped several mails to paytm customer care but nothing happened. I am seriously pissed of with the paytm services. Please look into the matter and get my money back.

Images of received product along with inner and outer packing. ( find the ref pic attached, the outer packing was with the invoice taped with normal cello/transparent tape ) 2.                               i have initiated a transfer of 5000 tp punjab national bank it causes a fail of recharge but amt was deducted this is emailid came frm there on gmail Prakash, Mar 19, 13:31: Hi there, I am Prakash, and I am going to do my best to solve your problem. I understand that your transaction did not go through even though the amount was deducted from your account. I feel terrible you had to experience this. We’ve checked and discovered that the recharge was unsuccessful due to an issue with your bank. I have already initiated the transfer of Rs 5000 to your bank. The bank may take 3-10 working days (and sometimes even more) to show this money in your account/card. If there is any delay in receiving the refund, please check once with your bank quoting the refund reference number[protected]. I hope this helps. Should you need any further assistance, let me know.                                 I purchased a Titan Gold Contemporary Analog watch from paytm site. and i paid full payment. but paytm shiped this order from Go Javas Courier. but I can not trace my order. Regarding this issues I tried to contact paytm and many times send complains to paytm but no any responce and call customer care executive from paytm site. when i raise queary to paytm then paytm computerised response that customer care representive talk back after 1 hour. but no any talk to me and no any response by paytm.                                     its been more than 7 days, my account is not upgraded yet.i am having a of cash backs which is pending order no :[protected] and when ever i am claiming for it, its showing that wallet limit has exceeded, I have send so many of e mail to the Paytm but they do not concern about it and they are not adding cash back to my wallet and Sir i request you to please take some strict actions against the Paytm so these mistakes can not repeated again

                                      Dear #paytm, its been more than 20 days, my account is not upgraded yet.i am having a lots of cash backs which is pending order no :[protected] and order no :[protected]. when ever i am claiming for it, its showing that wallet limit has exceeded, please verify and upgrade.Before 10 days i received a call from Paytm customer care team to schedule a KYC visit.After that no executive officer visited to my place to collect my document copies.sorry to say i never excepted this from paytm. please solve this issue and upgrade my wallet ASAP so that i can claim for my cash backs.Dont tell me to send mails to [protected]@paytm.com.i have done it 25 times.
