Paytm team is playing with customer. I have ordered product from Paytm estimated delivery time was 26-Mar-2015. I got confirmation from your team that you King computers and services seller will going to provide service for the product. When i called to seller ie. King Computer and Services told me that your order has been cancelled by paytm seller central. sinse past 4 days order status is "HANDED OVER TO COURIER". They fooled so many customer with the same issue.

They reply with the same answer that your product will shipped today..
Sinse last last 6 days i am getting same response that product will shipped today, but still product not sent by payTm.

      I have used online payment using Paytm. However Rs.500 has been deducted from my HDFC bank account during recharging my videocon D2H account no. 6553701 on 30th March 2015 but same has not recharged properly.

      I request kindly reacharge my D2H account. 6553701 or refund/transfer my amount Rs.500.00 back in my account.

            I had paid Uber bill through Paytm with Paytm transaction ID 76359EC1F96527F4 & Uber Transaction ID[protected]a2, in Paytm it is showing as success but amount was not credited to UBER. Even after several mails to customer care both sides are not responding properly.

                  ORDER NO.[protected] I have ordered Tupperware Set Of 4 Fliptop 750Ml Water Bottle and site they mentioned 350 cash back offer. But after product delivery I didn't get cash back. I applied promo code while ordering the product. When I asked related to this issue they are telling your not applied promo code, if you need cash back give a screen shot of particular page where you have applied promo code. Help regarding this issue.

                    I ordered RED TAPE shoes on trust of Paytm. But i find vendor sent me duplicate Red tape shoes, quality of shoes very poor. I also visited to red Tape showroom to exchange it but they denied with argument with it is not original Red tape. Also I made payment for this vide transaction details as follows: Paytm Cash Transaction No 49CB79A80E10E2B1: Rs 29 NB Transaction No IG00SYNWW1: Rs 4969 Order Total: Rs 4998 Later I received info that the product is shipped through Blue Dart Courier vide AWB Number: [protected] But till now I did not received the product. When I tried to track it through Blue Dart, I got the info that the product is untraceable & product value will returned to shipper. Now I neither get the refund nor product. Kindly request you to resolve the issue on urgent basis.

                          I have purchased from paytm, order #[protected], on 25.03.2015 for 8564/- rupees, they give coupon code "GET2000" for this order, their estimated delivery is 2 -4 days. But coupon code is not working for any of the paytm online shopping from 25.03.2015 to 28.03.2015. And on 28.03.2015, the coupon code is expired message appeared. I am mailed several times to [protected]@paytm.com for "how to use the coupon code?". There is no response. On 29.03.2015, I am cancelled the order due to delay of delivery (their estimated delivery is 3.04.2015) and coupon code is not valid. So please try to refund the amount (Rs. 8564/-) as soon as possible.

                                  Hello, I have mailed and raised my queries several times to paytm customer care but they doesn't really seem to be helping. i was paying for an order in groupon through paytm amounting rs 775, since my paytm account had 548 rs it asked me to add more 227 during the transaction and when the money got debited from my bank as well as paytm a total sum of rs 775 the order was not placed transaction failed . Then i contacted bank which said money has been paid to paytm, and also contacted to groupon customer care which clearly said money is not with them, paytm customer care once said that on 18th march there was an IT up gradation in the site which led to the situation so i will get the refund it has been 12 days now and i didn't got the refund till now.i have mailed the paytm customer care several times, they just reply that the issue has been resolved but i got no refund . i have sent the snapshots of the transaction log & also the chat with groupon customer care stating that they haven't received the payment from paytm.                                       Dear Sir or Madam, I had ordered a Lenovo hard disk from "Paytm Inc." on 23rd March, 2015. Payment was done online and the order was placed instantly. I received the order on 26th March, 3 days after placing the order. I have attached pictures related to the same. The HDD model I placed an order was F310s and I have received F309 which is a previous version. I had written a mail to the support team about the issue about 8 times and received no response. I had called the number that was provided on the invoice and it made me wait 1 and a half hour asking me to hold the line until they connect to one of the customer care representative. This has been my routine for the past 3 days. They do not work according to the policies or standards. Thanks and Regards, Sujith BK

                                        hi i am vasunder i have purchased a mobile and i got offer from that every money i get 400 rs in my wallet by appling promo code but in the first my my balance has been deducted from my wallet of RS 370.. so kindly send back my money in my wallet and tell me what is the issue for that
                                        my amount is deducted from paytm wallet n i don have any transaction detail, if i did by mistake, so its a fault of paytm.
                                        i am very much dissappointed
