    its been more than 7 days, my account is not upgraded yet.i am having a of cash backs which is pending order no :[protected] and when ever i am claiming for it, its showing that wallet limit has exceeded, I have send so many of e mail to the Paytm but they do not concern about it and they are not adding cash back to my wallet and Sir i request you to please take some strict actions against the Paytm so these mistakes can not repeated again

      Dear #paytm, its been more than 20 days, my account is not upgraded yet.i am having a lots of cash backs which is pending order no :[protected] and order no :[protected]. when ever i am claiming for it, its showing that wallet limit has exceeded, please verify and upgrade.Before 10 days i received a call from Paytm customer care team to schedule a KYC visit.After that no executive officer visited to my place to collect my document copies.sorry to say i never excepted this from paytm. please solve this issue and upgrade my wallet ASAP so that i can claim for my cash backs.Dont tell me to send mails to [protected]@paytm.com.i have done it 25 times.

        I RECHARGED MY MOB NO - [protected] ON 28 MAR 15 THROUTH PAYTM AND GOT RESPONSE, THAT Payment of Rs. 220 is received by Paytm ! AND NB Transaction No IG00UKYGZ2 FOR THE PAYMENT. SAID AMOUNT RS. 220/- HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT MY MOB HAS YET NOT BEEN RECHARGED. I CALLED TO BSNL CUSTOMER CARE TELLING THE SAME PROBLEM, AND THEIR REPLY WAS THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM FROM BSNL SIDE. I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL . THANK YOU ...

          Paytm team is playing with customer. I have ordered product from Paytm estimated delivery time was 26-Mar-2015. I got confirmation from your team that you King computers and services seller will going to provide service for the product. When i called to seller ie. King Computer and Services told me that your order has been cancelled by paytm seller central. sinse past 4 days order status is "HANDED OVER TO COURIER". They fooled so many customer with the same issue.

              I have used online payment using Paytm. However Rs.500 has been deducted from my HDFC bank account during recharging my videocon D2H account no. 6553701 on 30th March 2015 but same has not recharged properly.

              I request kindly reacharge my D2H account. 6553701 or refund/transfer my amount Rs.500.00 back in my account.

                    I had paid Uber bill through Paytm with Paytm transaction ID 76359EC1F96527F4 & Uber Transaction ID[protected]a2, in Paytm it is showing as success but amount was not credited to UBER. Even after several mails to customer care both sides are not responding properly.

                          ORDER NO.[protected] I have ordered Tupperware Set Of 4 Fliptop 750Ml Water Bottle and site they mentioned 350 cash back offer. But after product delivery I didn't get cash back. I applied promo code while ordering the product. When I asked related to this issue they are telling your not applied promo code, if you need cash back give a screen shot of particular page where you have applied promo code. Help regarding this issue.

                            I ordered RED TAPE shoes on trust of Paytm. But i find vendor sent me duplicate Red tape shoes, quality of shoes very poor. I also visited to red Tape showroom to exchange it but they denied with argument with it is not original Red tape. Also I made payment for this vide transaction details as follows: Paytm Cash Transaction No 49CB79A80E10E2B1: Rs 29 NB Transaction No IG00SYNWW1: Rs 4969 Order Total: Rs 4998 Later I received info that the product is shipped through Blue Dart Courier vide AWB Number: [protected] But till now I did not received the product. When I tried to track it through Blue Dart, I got the info that the product is untraceable & product value will returned to shipper. Now I neither get the refund nor product. Kindly request you to resolve the issue on urgent basis.

                                  I have purchased from paytm, order #[protected], on 25.03.2015 for 8564/- rupees, they give coupon code "GET2000" for this order, their estimated delivery is 2 -4 days. But coupon code is not working for any of the paytm online shopping from 25.03.2015 to 28.03.2015. And on 28.03.2015, the coupon code is expired message appeared. I am mailed several times to [protected]@paytm.com for "how to use the coupon code?". There is no response. On 29.03.2015, I am cancelled the order due to delay of delivery (their estimated delivery is 3.04.2015) and coupon code is not valid. So please try to refund the amount (Rs. 8564/-) as soon as possible.
