I want to cancel the order which i have placed in paytm yesterday, its for the order#[protected], i want to cancel it because mistakenly i have placed it for different model, kindly cancel my order as i mistakenly placed an order for Apple iPhone 4.however i tryed to track my order but then the product is not yet been shipped.Therefore i wish that you would help me to the best and cancel my order.I would like you to go ahead and cancel my order which was place a yesterday and have kept on sending e-mails to care @ patym.com, but then the customer support team did mot turn back.So that i'm Looking for the best from you soon.
Hi, I have been sending you many mails, regarding the cancellation o my order and why is that there is been no response from your end.
I have been receiving only the ticket number for the e-mails which is been sending from my end.And i have kept calling patym toll free number as well, and the IVR is states to only record my complaint kindly reply back and i would request you to take immediate action in regards to the cancellation of my product.
