I have ordered the 1td hdd on 5th of Mach today it's 27th March still my item didn't get shipped from the paytm seller. When ever I send email to paytm for cancelling the order, they keep saying that We can not cancel the order once it's reach to you then don't accepted the delivery then We will give your money back. I don't understand that they don't able to delivery the order then how I can get money back. even now days, they are not replying of my emails. please do need full to get my money back, my order details are as below.       This is regarding the order which i tried to make payment through paytm for the book aiims vol-1 by asish gupta through Zigmakart.com The page crashed in between and payment was unsucessful.However the money was deducted from my paytm wallet .Details are given below Zigmakart Order #713 (http://paytm.zendesk.com/requests/713) Paytm Cash Txn ID 5AE2CCAC688DE641 Money is deducted from my account but the payment was failure and also it is not reflected in my zigmakart account. Please do the needful. The merchant confirmed that there is no payment madde to them.Also the order Zigmakart Order #713 (http://paytm.zendesk.com/requests/713)Paytm Cash Txn ID 5AE2CCAC688DE641 doesnt even exist in their system Paytm is either cheating people or your payment mechanism is poor or failure.I will never make any other payment through your site.Moreover there is no number to which I can call them

        Dear sir/madam I suraj Agarwal had placed a order of koutons pack of 3 denim jeans(size 36), quantity which I have order quantity was two(2).my order no for the above mentioned product is[protected].I have placed this order on 2nd march 2015. I would like to informed you that I have received the product on 07 th march 2015. The product which I have received is totally different from the product shown in the site and I have placed the order for quantity 3*2 jeans(total 6 jeans)But i have recieved only one set of three jeans through courier which they have send me. Please try to asked them to collect their product and please refund the total amount to me which I have paid for the order.The product which I have received also doesn't contains any brand lebel I mean to say the koutons lebel.

          I bought a laptop from PayTM on 25th feb 2015, Order No[protected], the deliverd laptop is defective. so i raised query and asked for return of the item. since then i have not got any update on this return of delivered defective item from Paytm. Due to this I am facing lots of problem aas i dont have any working laptop and it is hampering my work very badly.

Order No 2 Email I.d - maneklal.[protected]@gmail.com Order No.[protected] Order Date: 6th March 2015 This package had the Harddisk. Both got delivered to me on 16th March 2015. And for your information i have conveyed the same to your rep who called me on 17th march evening ( around 4:30 pm).If you want any further proof, you can check the call recording with your customer care person.                       I have recharged for Rs. 1499/- MTS M blaze data card No. [protected] on[protected] txn id M[protected], Payment deducted from credit card but recharge failed. I mark the mail to paytm on[protected]. But till now I didn't get my money back. Paytm mail comes after 4 days on[protected] with saying problem resolved. Not mention of my refund status or my deducted amount Again mark the mail to paytm for same, no response till now.

                        Order #[protected] sir, I have also raised a ticket on this long back-Ticket #[protected]. The product doesn't contain any dates about the manufacturing or expiry date. That raises the concern and from the cover it looks like old and tampered.Delivered product was not in new condition, as you can see in the images. i have posted the image of the cover along with the bills. It doesn't gives the sign of authentic. It looks like a used product. Please take your product and give back my money. I have learnt a big lesson . Please solve it ASAP.

                          order no.[protected] paytm.com se maine VIVA mobile order kiya par defective pic (softwear falt) delivered huya.. delivered ke 1-2 hr me he maine paytm ko mail bhi kar diya.. plz mujhe replice karke de.. 2day tak mujhe koi reply nahi aaya.. 3day reply aaya ki aap viva service center me ja kar repaier karwa le.. maine unko bola ki hamare yaha par viva mobile ka service center nhi hai. plz aap mujhe replice kare. aab vo koi reply call/mail nahi kar rahe .. maine paytm care par call bhi kiya. 15-16 min phone hold par rahta hai.. par koi attend nahi karta .. aur na he back call karte hai ... paytm is froud company... plz all online costemer paytm se kuch bhi parchege na kare sceem dikha kar defective item bhej rahe hai.. jodh singh sachdeva [protected] [protected] [protected]@hotmail.com [protected]@gmail.com

(I got a message that there is a limit by RBI on adding money and the transaction failed) [protected]:27:28 Paid for Order BILLDESK Order #BPT[protected] Paytm Cash Txn ID E24CCF6B91EF8EAB Above are the details of transaction done on ebay. (But ebay transaction failed) Inspite of both the transaction failed, they are showing success on Paytm. I tried to buy an item from ebay using paytm . when I tried to make payment I was asked to add money to my Paytm wallet.I used my SBI Credit Card to add money to the wallet to complete the transaction . Amount of Rs. 8594.04. But when I proceeded to make payment I got a message that transaction failed . it showed the reason that I cannot add Rs 8594.04 as it exceeds the limits permitted by RBI and I needed to upgrade the account. The amount of Rs 8594.04 is charged on my credit card and Paytm shows transaction success but the merchant ie Ebay.in has not received or confirmed the transaction. Please help . I just dont understand where is my money ? I am already charged on my credit card.Please, its a sincere request, help me get my money back.                               I previously had Rs 176 in my wallet (on 19th March) and attempted to book a Dominos pizza worth Rs 377 by adding extra amount of INR 201 using my friend's City Bank Credit card. Transaction was not successful but My Pattm Wallet Amount went to zero and even INR 201 was deducted from City Bank Credit Card. When I send email to customer care, I just get automated emails.                                 I had previously 332 in my wallet (on March 02, 2015) and attempted to pay my Airtel Landline bill of 1284 by adding extra amount of INR 952 on March 02, 2015 using my ICICI Bank netbanking amount. However the transaction did not go through due to a failure however INR 952 was deducted from my account. The wallet amount of 332 was returned back to my wallet. I waited for my transactions to be reversed back either from ICICI or added to Paytm wallet. On contacting ICICI CC, I was told that the transaction was successful and went through so the amount should have been added to my Paytm Wallet. On contacting paytm Customer Care I am getting weird automated responses. Help me address to this. It has been almost 24 days till the issue happened. Regards, Subhashis [protected]

                                    I want to cancel the order which i have placed in paytm yesterday, its for the order#[protected], i want to cancel it because mistakenly i have placed it for different model, kindly cancel my order as i mistakenly placed an order for Apple iPhone 4.however i tryed to track my order but then the product is not yet been shipped.Therefore i wish that you would help me to the best and cancel my order.I would like you to go ahead and cancel my order which was place a yesterday and have kept on sending e-mails to care @ patym.com, but then the customer support team did mot turn back.So that i'm Looking for the best from you soon. Hi, I have been sending you many mails, regarding the cancellation o my order and why is that there is been no response from your end. I have been receiving only the ticket number for the e-mails which is been sending from my end.And i have kept calling patym toll free number as well, and the IVR is states to only record my complaint kindly reply back and i would request you to take immediate action in regards to the cancellation of my product.

                                        Hello Sir, As in the previous complaint I told you about the 20 rupees payment which I have done through net banking which was not proceed and balance was cut from my account... And i told to you to take an action against it... But, still from your side the action was not taken.. And not even you draft a mail about it that what action will you take. Either you recharge the amount of rupees 20 in my number [protected]. Or transfer the amount of rupees 20 in my account.. If, no action will be taken from your side within this day, than I have to an action against you through "Ghrahak Surakhsha". That your company is fraud, doing cheating, etc..
