Sir, I place a order of karbonn mobile, I received the product on 17/03/2015. Then I checked the mobile there are some loudspeaker problem, I send numbers of time mail this regarding, but i not received any phone call and any response yet. Company accepting returns within a period of 15 days from the date of delivery of the item. I WANT TO CHANGE OR RETURN THIS PRODUCT. PLEASE HELP ME

      Order No.[protected] March 15, 2015, 7:43PM Amount 1, 350.00/- Maxima 26341LMGT Men's Analog Watch I placed the order on 15th march The status on the website since 16th march is : Order Has Been Invoiced & Packed and Ready to Ship Till now the product is not Delivery & amount is not refunded . On website it was mentioned that the product will be delivered in 5-7 days but its been 10 days now. When called customer care they only try to avoid and wants us to wait for their reply and then no one reply. When someone order anything from website it means he need that product or it is a useful item and customer might need it but if customer does not get the delivery on time than what's the use of ordering a product from such website. ...

        Hi, I ordered Philips GC1010 Iron (Green) with oreder no.[protected] from paytm on dated 18 Mrach and received this product on 23 march but received dameged product. Its back part was totally dameged after that I tried lot to contact paytm customer care but did not get proper respons.I did so many mails to Paytm but they did not replied meexcept computer generated mail.So I want to file a complaint against Paytm because They are doing froud to me.                     my paytm order no is[protected], I ordered a 16gb sandisk cruzer blade pen drive from PayTM thinking its good, but today I got the packet when I open I found a 8gb Samsung memory card.but the important thing is in the packet there is pen drive bill.damn it.I was thinking that PayTM is gud site who care customer and provide best but what this heck.

                        i made a payment from my wallet on ebay.but due to some reason the transaction failed.the amount got deducted from my account.i was given no details or order number.i immediately contacted ebay and paytm. ebay replied in 3 hours confirming that they did not receive payment and no order was placed.i contacted paytm, they did not reply for 5 days.then i wrote to their grievance officer but did not get a reply. in total i wrote 12 mails to their customer care and 3 mails to the grievance officer.i got a reply from the customer care was to contact ebay.i mailed them what ebay had written.again i was asked to contact ebay for no reason. they after 6 days i was given the order number.i contacted their payment gateway partners.who confirmed that the payment was not approved by paytm. paytm is not refunding the amount which mysteriously disappeared from my account.

                          I had bought a product (sandisk 64 g.b memory card priced 2398.99) in ebay. Amount was paid from my paytm wallet. After completing the payment ebay reported a failed transaction. Since my paytm amount was deducted I wrote to ebay asking to refund the money if the transaction has failed. Ebay called me and told me that the particular transaction did not go through at their end and hence I need to contact paytm for the refund. They wrote the same in email as well. I then wrote to paytm on 18-March-2015 regarding this. After 2 days I got the following reply "Sorry for the delayed response. We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. The i ssue faced by you has been resolved. In case you are still facing the problem, pl ease do l et us know. Look forward to see you agai n at Paytm. Best wishes Team Paytm" But my debited amount was not refunded. In between they credited Rs.300 as ebay cash back. But my due was Rs.2398.99. But since 360 has been refunded I am waiting refund for Rs.2038.99. I have written multiple mails after that and also had written to their grievance officer. But two days once I only get a standard response as mentioned above. My query on what action was done is unanswered. Today s 25th and I am still awaiting proper response and refund of my amount. There is not even an acknowledgement that amount has been debited by mistake and will be refunded. My paytm account mobile number is [protected]

                          i have the same issue i made payment on 17th march on ebay.and amount got deducted from my account but order was not placed. i contacted [protected]@paytm.com and wrote 12 emails but did not get any reply.i even contacted their grievance officer but did not get any reply. then i was given the billdesk order number.i contacted them and they confirmed that paytm did not approve the transaction and hence it got failed. but paytm is not ready accept it and are not refunding 1080 rs which got deducted from my wallet.till date i have not received any reply from paytm.
                          The issue has got resolved now. I had lodged a complaint through Akosha and paytm acted on that complaint.
                          But they did not responsd to the mails which I send. I am thankful to Akosha for the help rendered. It was through their follow up the issue got resolved. Related to PayTM service I am not happy at all as they did not bother to responsd to my emails.

                          I had a PAYTM wallet balance of 500.
                          I did tata docomo recharge of 150 which failed and no recharge was done on 19 Nov 2015.
                          My PAYTM balance was reduced by the same amount and not yet reflected back.
                          After that i attempted another transaction of rs 150 on 20 Nov 2015 which was successful and amount was deducted again from my PAYTM wallet.
                          I have not yet got the refund back for the failed transaction.
                          When i contacted the PAYTM customer care, they kept on saying that they have not received an amount from bank.
                          I don't understand why they said so as amount was used from my PAYTM wallet which was added long back.
                          I have been billed from the bank for that amount add transaction.
                          It is crystal clear that amount was used from the wallet and should be added back to the walllet in case of failed transactions.

                          I think PAYTM always tries to fool their consumers.
                          I have a transfer Paytm wallet to Paytm wallet 12/12/2016, 5000 rs. Received Paytm wallet confermetion msg. But not received amount . this trangction I'd. [protected] is Champlain ticket no. 13273206 not resolve mi issue before 6days .
                          Please conform my issue resolve .

                            On 24 march I recharged with Rs 249 on the airtel no [protected]. I filled in the details and went for payment. I entered all the details of net banking and pressed enter and the next page showed me a message “OOPS, the payment is failed”. I tried it once again and the same message appeared. It was not showing anything that order is processing or whatsoever. Then I tried for the third time, then message came that payment is done and the order is processing. Since this message appeared then I did not try again thinking that this final recharge may be successful. The order nos in the sequence are a[protected] b[protected] c[protected] Moreover, I was recharging for TATA sky for the no [protected] (order no[protected] and again the same message of “OOPS, the payment is failed” appeared. Post that I did not try from your website because of poor services. Then I recharged from MOBIKWIK and the recharge was successful. But the poor services of PAYTM did the recharge for all those failed payments. How come it is successful? Are you trying to make fool of your customers? I am not an illiterate that I can’t read plain English message. My objective is clear that I need the payment back for a) Rs 249 b) Rs 249 and c) Rs 351 without any wastage of time.

                              My order[protected] has been shipped on 14/03/2015 till now I did n't get the order, since it has taken more than 2 weeks. So many times I contact with Delhivery customer care and as well Pay tm care but there is no response. Some times delhivery customer care guys told that your order missed and some times they told as your order was in transit likely I thought even they do not have the exact update. Finally I came to know that my order was missed irrespective your service.Please let me know What will happen if the order contains important items which are not to be replaceable.                                 I ordered Sony External HDD model (HD-E1/BC). Order Number :[protected] It was delivered in just 2 days. But when I used the hard disk. First day it was ok but the speed was not as mentioned in the website. The next day, there is a sound coming from the HDD when I connect to PC, copy, moved files. I am very upset and this is the first time I am purchasing the product. NEXT TIME I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS FOR PAYTM FOR ANY PURCHASE. I tried to cancel my product and no body contacted me or came to pick the product. REPLACE IS FALSE PROMISE. If anyone from PAYTM is reading this, please call me by tracking my order number. On website it was mentioned that the product will be delivered in 5-7 days but its been 15 days now. When called customer care they only try to avoid and wants us to wait for their reply and then no one reply. When someone order anything from website it means he need that product or it is a useful item and customer might need it but if customer does not get the delivery on time than whats the use of ordering a product from such website.
