I have ordered a apple laptop. upon opening I came to know that one of the key is not working. I took it to apple service centre Chennai and logged a complaint. They told me to return it since it is very new. so I mailed to paytm and contacted the seller. seller accepted it but he told to contact paytm since they only can communicate to both. from then I am sending mail daily no response. making call daily again no response. I even spend more money in call for waiting in line. can any1 please help me.

      Sir, I have recharged my DISH TV with the help of DISH TV APP of my android smart phone BY Rs. 375.00 on 22/03/2015 at about 7:30 PM. I have got message from CANARA BANK that your account No. is debited with Rs 375.00 on 22/03/2015 towards POS withdrawal. But I have not got any conformation message from PAYTM and also Transaction ID and Order ID. My dish tv also not recharged yet. So, I request to provide me the transaction ID and Order ID and also confirmation message of transaction.

        As yesterday I have lodged complaint against paytm. I got a call from paytm and that person accepted that recharge was failed but he is saying that they cannot transfer my money back to my bank account from which it is debited and he was asking for another bank account. He asked for my debit card no of another account which I gave him and also asked me to register for 3D secure and was asking me to put password of his choice which I refused to do it so he disconnected the call directly. Please take a strict action it seems that they are doing some big blunders. I dont understand if they can debit from net banking why they cannot refund it by same why they are asking for debit card details. It is very much risky this kind of sites should be suspended or banned. I wont give them any of the details ask them to credit it in my bank account only.

        Its being 9 days issue is not resolved Paytm has not refunded my money back and they are not bothered for it. I recommend all of them to please do not use Paytm site or Mobile Application as they are cheating people in the name sake of service. Paytm is not willing to refund money back and so not interested to resolve this issue. They just want me to be forget it but i wont do it.

          I have recived power bank of mi with capacity of 10400 mah.i have charged power bank fully and then charged my mobile phone but power bank is charged my mobile phone for only one time and then power bank is totally discharged so it does not gave output as per the capacity of it which is specified in add.. And colour is not same as per my order… So I want to return this product and please return my money in paytm wallet.. Please do the needful…

On the time of purchase Samsung brand Promoter (yash +91-[protected]) commited me that I will get paytm voucher of value 2400/- I boought my phone on 25-feb-15 and still I did not get my vouchers. When I tried to contact him he replied that my boss is saying that _quot Kisi ke aaye ya na aaye tum tenssion mat lo . Bas sale pe focus kro._quot...I am helpless.                     Team, I had made a vacation deal purchase in Groupon using paytm wallet paytm gateway. Due to unavailability of rooms for the desired dates, I had canceled the deal. Groupon immediately responded to me and refunded amount to paytm wallet and asked me to followup paytm to refund the amount back to credit card. There is no phone line for paytm, only one toll free number to register complaint through voice, I did that too. I had started emialing them from March 7th asking them to refund the amount to my credit card. No one is least bothered to reply me and they started closing the request without informing me. I have raised complaint at AKOSHA where they couldn't help me too. I saw an option in paytm to transfer the amount to bank. I tried to transfer 5999 and then 5500, which didn't allow me. Later, I tried with 5000rs, which is successful but only 4800rs was transfered to my bank account. Paytm page show 5000 got transferred and my bank shows 4800rs got credited, i then contacted back who asked me to check with paytm. After many days, I got a reply saying that 4% charges will be applicable for transferring amount to banks. Trust me, no where in the website says about the deduction. No bank would have charged 10rs for transferring even 50, 000 rs. Frustration part, no one replies properly or calls me, atleast dont provide a contact number to call me. They says system upgradation and some other reasons. Going forward, how can I trust these paytm if there is no proper response from customer care. I want my money back now.Its not about the amount, its all about the service and response expecting from paytm. Thanks, Naveen

                      I have filed a complaint on 13th march having subject : I have ordered the external hard disk with paytm order ref :[protected] and paytm shipment id :[protected] last week. I get the hard disk yesterday but it was the hard disk with power adapter but i want without external power. Please give the solution for this concern. I want it to be replaced with without external powered HD. Please take necessary action as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you. After that i got the call from paytm and they said we will refund you but that time I dont have my debit card ready so i told them that i will call him in evening but from that 20th march evening, number is coming switch off. Infact their official numbers are also coming switch off. The number from which i got the call is +91-[protected] and their official number is [protected], i.e also switch off. Please take concern in this.

                              I have recharged on 17th March 2015 for my prepaid mobile number [protected] of Tata Docomo for amount of Rs.125 via Paytm site (Order no: #[protected] & NB Transaction No[protected]. But my mobile no. is not recharged yet and money for same has been deducted from my bank account. I requested on Paytm care thrice but they replied issue is resolved but it is actually not resolved. I havn't received recharge amount yet and not even they have refunded and now they are ignoring it by not replying on email. Kindly take strict action against Paytm and help me out for getting my money back. It is not just about 125 but they would be cheating many people like this, so they should have fear and could not repeat further with anyone.

                              Its being 11days Paytm has not resolved my issue have not refunded my money yet and not even bothered for it. I reccommend to all of them who are reading it and also pass on to your friends and family to not to use Paytm site or Mobile Application because they are able to deduct money from account but not able to refund it and then they ask for our credit card or debit card details and passwords so that they could grab some more money by cheating us.I think they are not willing to refund my money thats why they are not trying to contact also. They have not given there contact nos. so that we could not reach them easily. They want me to forget it but I wont and wont make them to forget.
                              Myorder no.[protected] on 23rd march 2015 at 1:53pm, bill payment airtel of Rs.1224 is failed and it was debited from my accont but money is not yet refund...

                                Hi, i purchase a product from paytm but its not working properly and not according to my expectation...At the time of purchase there is a cash back of 50%...this is also not credited into my wallet...so i want to return to return this product...i have mailed so many times to [protected]@paytm.com but no proper response is given by them...Also not showing the Return option in my order list.. so please help me in returning this product...i want my money back...

                                  hi i have booked an order on 7th march and its not deliver till now and when i raise a complaint its cancel by paytm instead of delivering thr order .and on 7th march i have used 50% cashback coupon which is no longer available so paytm cancel my order .WHY u have booked this order and waiting me for long time . FEELING CHEATED WITH PAYTM . I HAVE BOOKED ORDER AND TAKE FOLLOW UP AND NOW U paytm has CANCEL MY ORDER .WHY? PAYTM HAS NO POLICY REGARDING THAT EVEN IF THE ITEM IS AVAILABLE AND ON 7th MARCH WHEN I PAY THE AMOUNT I M USING 50% CASH BACK WHICH IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE SO eITHER PROVIDE ME THE SAME COUPON FOR SAME ORDER OR RESTORE MY CANCEL ORDER WHICH PAYTM HAS CANCEL WITHOUT CONFIRMATION TO CUSTOMER . AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC WHO CANCEL MY ORDER INSTEAD OR GIVING RESOLUTION ON DELAY THEY JUST CANCEL MY ORDER why????

                                    fraud by paytm I had raised many complaint against paytm by email regarding cashback so after some time paytm officer call to me and he took my paytm account information . He removed my transaction details and said they don't have any information for my account details but I have all email which sent by paytm so please help me.

                                      i booked a data cable from paytm on dt11/03/2015 having order no[protected] and it delivered to me on 17/03/2015 but i found it is not working it cost only Rs69/ several time i send them the video shot and requested them for refund but nither they responding the mail nor they refund please help.
