Team, I had made a vacation deal purchase in Groupon using paytm wallet paytm gateway. Due to unavailability of rooms for the desired dates, I had canceled the deal. Groupon immediately responded to me and refunded amount to paytm wallet and asked me to followup paytm to refund the amount back to credit card. There is no phone line for paytm, only one toll free number to register complaint through voice, I did that too. I had started emialing...
