I have filed a complaint on 20th march having subject : I have ordered the external hard disk with paytm order ref :[protected] and paytm shipment id :[protected] last week. I get the hard disk yesterday but it was the hard disk with power adapter but i want without external power. Respected Sir, With respect to my Paytm Order No:[protected], the return was approved by paytm. So for that they told me that you ship the item back to the seller at your expense, after that once the item reaches back to the seller we will refund you the total amount i.e. {950(item refund) + 150 (shipping expense)}.
