Dear Sir/Madam, This is Priyodeep Ghosh from Kolkata. I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy E7 from Samsung Smart cafe at Salt lake, City Centre on 18 March 2015. My mobile No is: [protected] (Vodafone). My Email ID: [protected]@gmail.com IMEI: [protected] I have been told that I would get Rs 4000 in my Paytm wallet but still the balance is showing as Zero. I was also told that initially I would recieve Rs 1000 and then rest of the amount I would receive in parts. Please let me know why the amount has not yet been deposited into my Paytm account and why there is a delay of so many days? I would like you to look into this matter urgently and solve my problem at the earliest. Please note that I have already registered myself at Paytm on 18 March 2015 but still in my Paytm wallet the amount is showing zero.       I Was trying to make a payment for my friends mobile number .. the transaction did not get thru and was taken out of my credit card and was transferred to paytm wallet .. i made a request to put that money back to my credit card .. as i have no bills to pay or even i don’t want to use the paytm wallet. My credit card has been billed and if I don’t pay the 3K I am sure you know I would get charged interest .. As the money did not get thru please transfer the money back to my credit ASAP .. I have been writing since that day .. its been more than 10 days now .. still I have not received my money back or a satisfying reply Can some one please assist me Here is the Transaction No 04B058CE10EA51B5

        Sir, I ordered Kingston DTM30 USB 3.0 32 GB Pen Drive on 18th march . My order no #[protected], & tracking id was UNIPAYP1562965. When I tracked my order it showed in transit at Cuttack from 20th march. But they did not delivered it till 23rd march. i gave complain 2 times but not received any feedback . so i cancel my order on 23rd march..but still now not received my refund.

          Respected Sir, With respect to my Paytm Order No:[protected], the return was approved by paytm. So for that they told me that you ship the item back to the seller at your expense, after that once the item reaches back to the seller we will refund you the total amount i.e {950(item refund) + 150 (shipping expense)}. So based on that i have send the item back to the seller on 14-Mar-2015, of which the item has successfully reached back to the seller on 16-Mar-2015. It is now 6 days since that, i have contacted the paytm customer support twice regarding it and also shared the details regarding it.             Beware Guys...I recharged a BSNL Prepaid in PAYTM with Rs 299 (2 GB Data plan + Rs100 talk time ) on 20th March. Till now that is 24th March I have not received any recharge nor any status. I am warning you people not to recharge with Paytm always as its a TRUST factor and people may be cheated.                     I wanted to cancel the order No.[protected], and asked for the same at [protected]@paytm.com ; only one reply was there, where it asked for the images. Even after sending all the images & reminder for 7-10 days, no reply is coming. The attitude is really irritating, I experienced it even before. If this mother[censored]ers continues to do so, then "may the force be with them", Any way as a shopping website no body gives a [censored] about paytm, "we" the customers always have a better choice. I wanted to plan a big item(around[protected] Rs items), which obviously I will not by thru paytm, , ultimately paytm is looser, not me!! ha ha ha ha, good eye opening attitude. thnk u paytm!! I am considering this amount as if I have given some food to the street dog!! ha ha ha aha ha !!!

                      I have filed a complaint on 20th march having subject : I have ordered the external hard disk with paytm order ref :[protected] and paytm shipment id :[protected] last week. I get the hard disk yesterday but it was the hard disk with power adapter but i want without external power. Here is the link for that HD : https://paytm.com/shop/p/seagate-expansion-2-tb-external-hard-disk-CMPLXSEAGATE_... there is no such information available that it is external powered. Please give the solution for this concern. I want it to be replaced with without external powered HD. Please take necessary action as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you. After that i got the call from paytm and they said we will refund you but that time I dont have my debit card ready so i told them that i will call him in evening but from that 20th march evening, number is coming switch off. Infact their official numbers are also coming switch off. The number from which i got the call is +91-[protected] and their official number is [protected], i.e also switch off.                         Please note that the tag on the jeans is of no brand its only blank tag without koutins brand name. and the quality of the jeans is not as per the real quality of koutons jeans supposed to be.
                        i dont want this silly product this is fake local brand.

                        You are therefore requested to arrange pick up and refund my money of Rs. 1500/- at the earliest as i am regular user of paytm.

                        The seal of the laptop box was found broken at the time of delivery.

                        Product doesn't seems to be tampered, but the product doesn't looked as if it is made for India as well because of the following reasons:

                        i) The laptop keys have some other language engraved except English

                        ii) Both the power cord received with the laptop are not India compatible

                        iii) It is mentioned on battery that it is made to be used either in US or Canada.

                        iv) The user manuals received with the laptop are also in some other language and not in English

                        v) On switching the laptop ON the same language(non-English) appears on the screen

                        Also the date sticker on the out packing also looked tampered.
                        Highly disappointed

                                I have ordered 2 set of 3 jeans in size 34. But they have delivered me 2 set 3 jeans in size 36. I have intimated them on the same day when I received the parcel. They simply blocked my account where I cannot file to return the product. Then I chatted with their FB id and sent a mail to their email I'd. Today morning they have took 400 rupees from my account without my knowledge. So I lost 2400 rupees totally. Please file my complaint and make them to give my money back.

Then i submit request to upgrade my account. It is 10 days over i did not get even a single reply from paytm. I have more than 3000rs pending with paytm.

                                    i have ordered one item from PAYTM site unfortunately the size of my product was small so i have initiated a refund process by returning the item, The paytm team collected my item from my end and now they are not refunding my money back. i am contacting them from last 20 days but not getting satisfactory reply.

                                      I ordered Dominoz pizza on this 17th March in JAipur and while paying the bill of Rs. 871 through Paytm, somehow my balance was deducted from my Axis Bank Account and order was not placed and still it was not showing in my Paytm profile. Order no. from Dominoz was 97. Paytm BILLDESK Order #BPT[protected]. I have written so many mails regarding the issue and no actions has been taken by them.

                                        Return Request ORDER NO.[protected] I ordered JBL Pulse speakers from Paytm site and received the JBL Speakers 10 days back. The speakers delivered to me are fake speakers and I asked them to arrange for a return. I tried to follow up with Paytm and set them mails multiple times but they are not responding properly. Following is the first mail sent by me on 13 March 2015. After this mail they asked for some details that I provide but no action has been taken by them yet. I am attaching the images of the fake product that was delivered. Hi, I just received the JBL Speakers that I ordered and to my surprise, it is a FAKE JBL speaker. I have verified thoroughly that it is a fake speaker and want my money to be refunded immediately. I received this product after waiting for a week and this is what was delivered. I am disappointed in PayTM. Please process the cancellation request immediately and arrange for the pick up of the item. I have already placed the request on your site as well. Regards, Manoj Bhatia
