I placed the order on 11th march and till now the product is not delivered. On website it was mentioned that the product will be delivered in 5-7 days but its been 15 days now. When called customer care they only try to avoid and wants us to wait for their reply and then no one reply. When someone order anything from website it means he need that product or it is a useful item and customer might need it but if customer does not get the delivery on time than whats the use of ordering a product from such website. My order number.[protected] The status on the website since 12th march is Handed Over to Courier. I hope, I will get some solution after escalating it here.

      Sir i recharge Dishtv VC no-[protected] on dt.04.03.15 of Rs 240 2 times By intenetbanking(INB) by "DISHTV"apps on my mobile, the recharge failed but Rs 480 means Rs 240 eachtime deducted from my SBI Account but i recharge Rs 240 by INB by "RECHARGR IT NOW"apps on my mobile, recharge was done, but my previous money Rs 480 was not credited to my account till now.Date.24.03.15 was my next recharge.So i recharge of Rs 240 by INB by "DISHTV" apps on my mobile.Recharge was not done but Rs240 deducted from my SBI account & So i cleverly Recharge Rs 240 by INB by "RECHARGE IT NOW" apps.Recharge was done.Ultimately i have a request plz do something that i will get back my money Total Rs 480 & Rs 240 to my account

          I have given order of 'Talking Tom Cat' on 16th march 2015. I received it in damaged condition. Its face is completely broken and it is not properly working. I have registered complaint to paytm customer care but no any reply from them.

            Hi, My Order no is[protected] and order date is 9-march-15. it is not delivered on till 18-march-15 then i cancel this order now today i checked it is showing that delivery date 26-march . it very bad, I complain many time for refund my amount but they reply we will excl ate your issue please wait for 2 or 3 days .Today 25 -march .               Hi, I have tried to made transaction on Tastykhana.com using PayTm payment gateway. during making the transaction Money got deducted from my bank A/c and got an alert that Transaction failed. I have mailed PayTm many times but they are not refunding my amount in my A/c. all that they are replying as :- Hi there, Sorry for the delayed response. We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. The issue faced by you has been resolved. In case you are still facing the problem, please do let us know. Look forward to see you again at Paytm. Best wishes Team Paytm Thus, Please please take strict action against them. my Amount is very few its just Rs 152 + Rs20 from Paytm Wallet. but there could be many users. these guys are stealing money from us. Hence please take strict action against them.

                    I have ordered for 1 suit which pic was showing in this site and its look very beautiful so i was ordered for that suit but after receiving this parcel i cheked its maTeriial qwality is too bad and its totaly diffrent from pic so i request from this site to please take back thhis parcel and agreed for this and want few days for complete this procisor but after one i remembered this site for pic this parcel they didn't get any response. So i request you to please solve my problem bcause i cant wear this product i dont want to waste my money

                      I was purchasing a combo shirt on eBay and I have done my payment after applying coupon through Paytm and as well as debit card but my order has canceled/not proceed and ebay deny the payment which is shwon as below. and my paytm wallet(Rs.200) and my bank(Rs.323) was debited Rs523 as total of paytm wallet and my bank balance.                         we booked a micromax yu yureka mobile phone in online on 20.03.2015 the order no is #[protected]. yesterday we got a call from the courier person that our order is delivered, but we didn't accept the order and the same order is cancelled. when we can get back our amount paid to you on the cancellation of order.
                        plz provide us good services on our complaints
                        I ordered a yu yureka via order no #[protected] on 25-June-2015 for INR 10999 /- and the order was delivered to me on 29 june 2015.As soon as i opened the plastic bag i saw that the yu yureka original seal was already tampered and the paytm tape was pasted on it.still i removed the tape as i had trusted them and opened the box furthur to my astonishment i can see that the original screen guard was removed and was placed beneath the instrument in the box and the extra screen guard given was placed on the phone and that also seems to be used one as it had developed bubbles in it.the handsfree and the charged were already used as i can clearly see small particles of hairs on the ear buds of the handsfree.the cord of handsfree and charger was tangled and was just fixed in the box.it was not properly tied as it should be in a brand new phone.when i tried to reach them they had no customer care no and just had an e mail id. I registered my complaint ln the same and after much of a hue and cry they offered me a compensation of rs 300.i highly recommend everyone not to buy any product from them.altogeather they have cheated me by giving me a used phone in the name of a brand new one .
                        PAYTM IS A CHEATER.BREACHING TRUST OF PEOPLE.

                              I have two accounts with log in id's [protected] and [protected] If I try to make any payment with these id's I am getting payment failed message I have mailed to paytm but they are sending the mail saying that it is technical problem you can use your account now. But I am unable to use account i have around 2000 Rs.in both the accounts.                                   I ordered "Akaas Men's Combo Of Black Jeans And Aviators (Size-30)" and "Hultung Stretchable Blue Cotton Jeans (Size-30)" and "Olay Total Effects 7 In One Cream + Serum Duo Spf-15 (20 gm)" and "Hultung Stretchable Blue Cotton Jeans (Size-28)". But all products are faulty. "Akaas Men's Combo Of Black Jeans And Aviators (Size-30)" In this order Aviators Gogals is missing and size of Jeans also smaller than ordered size just like that I can't wear it. "Hultung Stretchable Blue Cotton Jeans (Size-30)" Here is strictly mension that color is Blue but they send me Black and also size is smaller than order size. "Olay Total Effects 7 In One Cream + Serum Duo Spf-15 (20 gm)" This is made in China product. And "Hultung Stretchable Blue Cotton Jeans (Size-28)" This has bigger size than I ordered. I ordered 28 size but they send 34 size with label of 28. I can only trust this site only for recharges Nothing else.

                                      I paid my Vodafone bill of 630 rs from using paytm on 22 nd march 2015 . Which is last due date of my bill payment . On that time I received confirmation mail and msg from paytm regrding succesfull payment of bill but after 2 days on 24 I got msg of decline of my bill payment . Now Vodafone charging me 100 rs late fees . Now who is responsible for that. I want my late fee charge .

                                        I tried to add money in my paytm wallet twice but it failed and it shows that, Cancelled and refunded to bank but out of two orders i got only refunded only once but my account was debited twice 700 rupees. So what about my 2nd order, i want know about it. And i want my money back.
                                        Now i had really very bad experience about paytm. And i'll suggest others not to use paytm for further shopping.
                                        I want my 700 rupees back in my accout, did u got it i mailed u many times but their is only one reply, your ticket number is so and so and we will get you back soon.
