    Order#[protected] I ordered 4 pair of Globalite shoes and floater combos and i have received only 2 combos. I have already registered a complaint against it but no one is resolving it. Paytm is saying that send us back the received product. But why should i give back the thing which i have already received. I have payed for the thing to get it. Now you haven't given me complete order this doesn't mean to return all ot it. i just need that paytm will send the rest of the suborders to me at that price else refund my money for the products which i have not received.

        Order Details Order#[protected] Monday, March 02, 2015 19:20:31 seller : smile n buy item: Koutons Pack Of 3 Denim Jeans (Size-34) Dear sir /MADAM As per my return request for above order and your confirmation call (mob. no. [protected]) for the same for revese pick up of above item, the courier boy from ecom express came for reverse picup but did not accept the product because of different order number On the invoice and on the return request sheet held by courier boy. Further when i read your mail above i found different awb no. but order no in return request approved mail is same then what is problem am not able to understand. I had mailed paytm and call on[protected] many time still my problem not solved and reverse pick is not initiated again. Actual details of bill are Awb no.[protected] Paytm order no.[protected] Shipment no.[protected]. Please arrange reverse pick up again with correct details as earlier as possible and resolve my problem. Its hectic to purchase that jeans. no answere on part of paytm after 5-10 mails and no customer care no is there to contact paytm. thank you

            I have placed many order from PAYTM online shopping site, they given many offer for cashback when I had placed order from that site so I didn’t got any cashback and when I sent mail regarding cashback so they told me already they have sent cashback but till now I didn’t got any cashback from PAYTM side.                     Hi, I was purchasing a item from american swan. I was not able to payment. but my amount 1349 rupees was dedicated from paytm wallet. I was talked to to american customer care. they was saying that they are not getting any amount from paytm. I have mailed to paytm 10 times but nobody is not giving any resolution. I am attaching the screen shoot of paytm and american swan reply. you can see and check now . please help me for my refund as 1349 rupees.

                    I made a payment of amount by using paytm cash on American Swan for purachasing ** . I called American swan regarding my order but they told that they have not found any payemnt for order number this. I checked in paytm wallet my amount was deducted. I have queried many times before but you people are not giving me my money back. Now american swan has given me written confirmation that they did not get the amount for the same.

                      Hi, I have installed paytm app for the first time and I am really disappointed from the first transaction i have made on paytm. I have recharged my idea mobile number from this app. And did not receive the talktime/topup. Also I supposed to get 50Rs. Of cashback for the 'new50' offer. I did not get that too. 50 Rs. Got deducted from my bank account, and i did not receive anything. I tried to call on your toll free number, every time I am getting busy message. My transaction details are as below: Order No.[protected] Cc transaction number. [protected] Mobile number. [protected] There is no way to check previous transaction history on your app. Thank god, I have taken the screenshot while doing the transaction. Other wise customer has no way to track the previous history.

                        i has ordered a Sony CP-F10L/BC 10000 mAh Power Bank (Black) at Rs. 940 but they sent sony CP-F2LS POWER BANK .Also product what they does not contain any serial number and product number so i think its a duplicate product .i complained it but they not replying me.I has attached photo of a product and invoice bill.

                          Order ID[protected] ordered kids toy on March 9th but product not delivered till now and also no clue what they are doing, no response from customer care, dono whther I will get my amount refunded or not.                             Dear sir, I had ordered Nike socks through your portal, below are the detail's...I really had very very bad experience with delivery boy, he was very arrogant, he said he is in hurry and hence he asked me to come at different location than my usual/mentioned delivery address...this caused me lot of frustration...I asked him I will not accept delivery at that address so he took back below item with him.                                 They posted an advertisement in Paytm blog regarding Surya Queen 3 burner gas stove Automatic. But they are cheating customers by delivering some brandless stoves instead of displayed brand to the customers. Please take a right action on them so that they should not do any fraud and cheat customers again.

                                    Dear Sir/ Maam, I ordered for a Tissot chronographs watch (Item No. #[protected] order No.[protected], Shipment No.[protected], amounted to Rs. 4500 which was delivered to me by your courier partner Ecom Express via AWB#[protected] on 16th March 2015. The seller of which is N.S. Marketing (37350), 301, Azad House, Red Cross Street, Agripada, Mumbai- 400011, Phone NO. [protected]. The product should have been delievered in proper genuine packing. The product was delivered to me in seal packaging and when I opened it I found a box which has no where written Tissot or has companies marking anywhere. Upon opening the box I found a watch and a bill, no where I found a warranty card or manual card or any card of the company the product is said to have been i.e. Tissot. On closely examining the product I found it to be a replica of the original. In simpler words "IT WAS A DUPLICATE PRODUCT" PAYTM cheated on me and has delivered me a duplicate/ false product. When I went to the site of Tissot and searched for the said product, I found it to be a patented design of Tissot, Then I received a call on 17th march from the said seller, to my shock he himself stated that he sold me a first copy of the product, on top of it he told me that the Original is for 45000 rupees and first copy is of Rs. 4500. PAYTM ALLOWED someone to sold first copy / duplicate product/ counterfeited product online with their consent over it. On asking for exchange of product they denied stating that they dont have any policy. Kindly look into the matter as a criminal offense against Tissot company and consumer

He convinced me to get register on paytm He sent me realise order, but due to my busy schedule i couldn't send him back immediately. Than he started to call me thrice a day n on more worst side he started sms and whats app. I am a doctor and busy with my hospital work so it was irritating to me, i asked him that i will do it on my convenience. Today he called i didn't pick up as i was driving., Immediately he started messaging in arrogant language. Now i feel it affects my privacy. He said that you r a c grade merchant and all.                                         Hi Team, I am sick & tired of these bloody suckers (Paytm). Please let me know, if i can proceed legally because they are practicing fraudulent things.. On 7th March, i used my Axis card to Add Rs600 to Paytm wallet & rest Rs 149 were already their. I ordered a power bank worth of Rs 749 & it was delivered as Gojavas or misplaced the package. On the same day, Paytm has charged my card again with Rs749 & it was not authorized by me because i had already paid through Paytm wallet money that i had. Later on, they refunded Rs 564 & Rs187 because they could not deliver the device. I tried using 564 Rs from paytm wallet to order Dominos & order failed however money was deducted from paytm wallet, On top of it they charged my Icici card for Rs 399 when i tried to place the order again. I have sent almost 15-20 emails & i get that bloody standard template reply that too after like 48 hours. They have to refund Rs 749, Rs 564 & Rs 399 back to my card. Please let me know, how do i take this legally because there is no response to my emails since 2 days neither they call. Rohit Talreja [protected]
