    Dear Sir/ Maam, I ordered for a Tissot chronographs watch (Item No. #[protected] order No.[protected], Shipment No.[protected], amounted to Rs. 4500 which was delivered to me by your courier partner Ecom Express via AWB#[protected] on 16th March 2015. The seller of which is N.S. Marketing (37350), 301, Azad House, Red Cross Street, Agripada, Mumbai- 400011, Phone NO. [protected]. The product should have been delievered in proper genuine packing. The product was delivered to me in seal packaging and when I opened it I found a box which has no where written Tissot or has companies marking anywhere. Upon opening the box I found a watch and a bill, no where I found a warranty card or manual card or any card of the company the product is said to have been i.e. Tissot. On closely examining the product I found it to be a replica of the original. In simpler words "IT WAS A DUPLICATE PRODUCT" PAYTM cheated on me and has delivered me a duplicate/ false product. When I went to the site of Tissot and searched for the said product, I found it to be a patented design of Tissot, Then I received a call on 17th march from the said seller, to my shock he himself stated that he sold me a first copy of the product, on top of it he told me that the Original is for 45000 rupees and first copy is of Rs. 4500. PAYTM ALLOWED someone to sold first copy / duplicate product/ counterfeited product online with their consent over it. On asking for exchange of product they denied stating that they dont have any policy. Kindly look into the matter as a criminal offense against Tissot company and consumer

      Hello There, Greetings From Dr. Niket Shah. We run physiotherapy and weight loss clinics in City. We are already registered with mydala sehat and other many online promotion sites. Now your executive Mr. Aditya Avinash contacted me from getting my number from some database. He convinced me to get register on paytm He sent me realise order, but due to my busy schedule i couldn't send him back immediately. Than he started to call me thrice a day n on more worst side he started sms and whats app. I am a doctor and busy with my hospital work so it was irritating to me, i asked him that i will do it on my convenience. Today he called i didn't pick up as i was driving., Immediately he started messaging in arrogant language. Now i feel it affects my privacy. He said that you r a c grade merchant and all.         Hi Team, I am sick & tired of these bloody suckers (Paytm). Please let me know, if i can proceed legally because they are practicing fraudulent things.. On 7th March, i used my Axis card to Add Rs600 to Paytm wallet & rest Rs 149 were already their. I ordered a power bank worth of Rs 749 & it was delivered as Gojavas or misplaced the package. On the same day, Paytm has charged my card again with Rs749 & it was not authorized by me because i had already paid through Paytm wallet money that i had. Later on, they refunded Rs 564 & Rs187 because they could not deliver the device. I tried using 564 Rs from paytm wallet to order Dominos & order failed however money was deducted from paytm wallet, On top of it they charged my Icici card for Rs 399 when i tried to place the order again. I have sent almost 15-20 emails & i get that bloody standard template reply that too after like 48 hours. They have to refund Rs 749, Rs 564 & Rs 399 back to my card. Please let me know, how do i take this legally because there is no response to my emails since 2 days neither they call. Rohit Talreja [protected]

          I have ordered the external hard disk with paytm order ref :[protected] and paytm shipment id :[protected] last week. I get the hard disk yesterday but it was the hard disk with power adapter but i want without external power. Here is the link for that HD : https://paytm.com/shop/p/seagate-expansion-2-tb-external-hard-disk-CMPLXSEAGATE_... there is no such information available that it is external powered. Please give the solution for this concern. I want it to be replaced with without external powered HD.
          I want a Portable external hd.. I dun have any prob. If i have to pay little more for that.. but paytm is not responding neither by mail nor by call. Tried both options.. even seller is not picking phone ...

                Samsung galaxy E7 was bought from croma ahmedabad on 13th of march 2015 . With respect to Samsung policy 500 rs cashback was suppose to transfer to paytm account which still hasn't received any confirmation or notification . The opt wasn't recieved immediately the salesman had to work it out to register. How long would that take or what is the procedure to do it . Sincerely Samsung customer

                I'm facing the same issue as well...purchased E7 on 31st Mar...was told by Samsung exec that a coupon code will be recd. in the downloaded paytm app in 15 days but i became quite apprehensive after i bought the phone since i recd. no notification or messages from paytm. Sent several emails to Paytm but they just came back saying my IMEI is not registered with them and stuff. I guess this whole offer thing from paytm is a big lie. I tried calling their bluff by contacting samsung customer care. Samsung said i'm very much eligible for the offer and they're not sure why paytm is denying it and is trying to dodge customers by saying this and that. Try contacting Samsung care() and also send emails to them(General, exec and CEO support addresses) on their web. I just recd. an email also from Samsung saying i'm eligible and i need to contact paytm again. I'm in touch with paytm but they are giving me flippant answers. If there's no proper response from paytm, i'm planning to take legal action against paytm for floating such false offers and fleecing customers.

                        Past one month iam suffering from this company to refunding status send series of mails and phone call they intentionally didint attend the calls and getting bad customer care servise from this company, after one month i get my refund mony after redusing the offer mony and they told that mony they will refund .but its didint happen after sending a series of mails they give to me a funny mail "sir you are not abobe18+ becouse they cant refund the mony after that i send a scrren shot pic from my mail id to shown my date of birth but for that also no replay nothing .and very sad thing their customer serves i didint saw in my life these kind of bad customer care serves very bad.                           i have book bus by paytm on Ambala to Sundernagar i have book seat no-23 or 24 no on middle of the bus. bus driver no recevied my call and bus reched on 10.45 pm but correct time is 10:30 pm and bus driver provided me last seat of bus.i have facing many problem on journy in Ambala to Sunder nagar i have vomiting and many other problem facing. bus condition is not good bus tyre punchered in two time and driver and conductor misbehaviour on passenger. so i want refund my ticket money because i facing many problem and reached Sundernagr late and miss your duty time.                             Sir I booked bus ticket through paytm on 13 feb from Chennai to coimbatore in JJ Travels my boarding point is thambram, reporting time was 10.20PM and bus timimg was 11.00PM, I was standing from 10.00PM waiting for bus till 11.45, bus not came and I went to coimbatore through government bus, i paid 500 for bus in paytm, i given feedback to customer care but they responeded and saying that i have traveled and still paytm has not refund.

                              Order Number :[protected] ..order not shipping . refund my money fake seller . seller not shipping my order . No Responce from Paytm Team !!! Im using paytm from a long time ..one of the worst exp. this time .. i think its seller's fault he is not shipping my order but i paid for paytm so its ur responsibility to deliver it on time . only showing ur regret can' solve my problem .if you give that kind of service to the customer then for sure they never shop on ur website they would like to prefer amzone, flipkart etc. at lest they have a good customer support.   #paytm #staycharge

If you want i will provide the bank transaction number also that the amount is paid to ONE 97 Communications ltd Noida.

Again, i tried ordering it & they charged my Icici card for 399 rs and again order failed however money was deducted.                                         Got wrong product delivered to me, I have ordered 16 transcend class 10 microsd memory card but i got class 4 memory card. I have mailed to <[protected]@paytm.com> they asked for image of product when i did that, No body is even replying to my complaint this is really bad service be careful when buying from paytm.
